Sat at your drive thru for 10 minutes repeatedly saying "hello?" For nobody to answer. The location is open - they are serving people inside! But clearly they don't care about their jobs or their drive thru / who even runs this location anyway? Lost a customer! I'll be going to the local Chinese place down the street instead - where they care about their customers and business. Everyone take note: Their website lists hours on Sundays open at 10 am but they won't answer their drive thru so go somewhere else. Corporate should really get involved here. I've never had bad food at any Panda Express before... Until this one! It was horrible! The Spring rolls tasted 6 months old. The shrimp was like rubber, the orange chicken was all gristle, and the chow mein was unedible. I am not making any of this up. It was terrible. Yes, imagine going all the way to Joshua Tree national park, and you see this random Panda Express here. This place was really good for several reasons. 1) the counter was stocked with food at around 6pm. Every dish was loaded. Looked freshly cooked. 2) lots of available parking and lots of available seating areas. 3) staff was friendly, perhaps one of the happier staff at a PE I've been to. 4) bathroom was spotless, and tables and counters cleaned by staff frequently. Went in on a Sunday ( 01/25) at around 1:30 and have no complaint. Food was good. The dining area was being cleaned up by one of the associates. The front staff was very polite and kitchen said welcome when we walked in. Honestly don't understand the hate , if it's a busy day then yea there's going to be a wait in drive thru. I usually like this place because I can get veggies and high protein entrees in a drive thru. Today I ordered a family meal over an hour ahead of the time. I got there and no one was working other than the cook and drive thru. No customers inside at all. My order had not even been started. I had to wait almost half an hour before it was finally ready. They had to cook the veggies. The whole reason I ordered ahead was so they had time to cook everything of they needed to. They just weren't checking for online orders. read more

Service has been pretty quick, even if they're cooking fresh Orange Chicken. I enjoy their varying entrées and being able to choose brown rice. This location is usually pretty clean unless they're super busy serving and people don't buss their own trash. The only thing I don't care for is their veggie side with kale. I'm not sure what a fair review is for this establishment. The waiting time in the drive-through was not long and the staff was beyond friendly. Our family size order was prepared quickly and everything tasted very good. My only qualm with this experience is that the beef and broccoli I ordered had less than an ounce of beef in it. I counted the very small bite sizes and had a total of five. If I had to give a comparison to the size of the beef slices a nickel would be an appropriate comparison. Went to panda last night; we were behind a large group( high school team) , and a few other people. The guy directly ahead of us was really nice or really smart- he let us go ahead of him.l, and He ended up getting his food before we did!! Someone directly behind us complained about the service they received, and the whole crew forgot about us and stood there listening to them instead of getting our order. They remade our order and made it wrong. I won't ever go there if it's busy, they are incapable of handling a large crowd. Mixed veggies instead of noodles was too much for their system of 2-3 cooks. The person I ordered from yelled to the cook to cook veggies and customer waiting. After 15 minutes I went back and said give me rice instead. So much for eating more veggies. There was 1 person paying ahead of me so it wasn't busy. It wasn't just me being hangry behind a big crowd of orders. Also they didn't give me my drink cup after paying. I didn't say anything getting my food. So they missed 2 chances to give me the cup. I ordered the Black Peoper Angus steak bowl. As you can see I got it via drive thru (through, for you grammar-nazis). As you can see the drive-thru Panda kit comes with everything you need to successfully feed your face; a main dish, fortune cookie, fork, napkin and complementary soy sauce. First, the meat and vegetables are real and are much better quality than I expected from the fast food genre. Also it didn't have a bunch of filler mushrooms to take the place of the steak. That is great because holy shitaki, I hate mushrooms! I got the steamed rice, which seems to be an instant rice. Thankfully it was all moist, no dehydrated crunchy pieces. The bowl was probably 60% rice, so if you want more flavor I'd get the fried rice or chow mein. The fortune cookie provided sound windows (see the photo). Over I'd recommend stopping by with some friends or someone you've been dating for at least 6 months. read more

I sat for over 1 minute at the drive thru speaker waiting for someone to acknowledge me as I sat in the drive thru. I had to yell out "hello" until finally he came on the speaker to say "I will be right with you". I waited another 5 minutes at the speaker until I finally yelled out "hello? Are you guys open?" And I received no response at all. It was 2pm in the afternoon. 1 vehicle was ahead of me sitting at the pick-up window. The employee "Alan" at the drive thru needs to learn how to communicate! Came here late night an hour before closing. A lot of the times we visit places close to closing time employees aren't happy to see you. Not the case here the Employees were Awesome, friendly, and super helpful! We got a family meal and most of our order was made fresh because they were out. They could have easily said were out of that. Nope they made everything hot and fresh for us. This is by far the BEST Panda we've been to in a long time! Exceptional Service way to go Panda Express! 4/13/24 4:30pm. We are weekenders in Parker az. Frequent Orange County to Parker every few weekends and take Joshua tree route to stop with the kids for food. Hardly any of the items were avail or ready and it wasn't even crowded. Had to wait a bit as well as others. The entire crew is very rowdy, extremely loud shouting and all young looking. Many of them shouting and joking with each other, cussing very loudly. One guy was playfully arguing with his buddy and kept saying "that's bullsh*t" to whatever they were talking about. They call the customers "boss" which is strange. Kept hearing them drop cooking utensils on the ground.
