My daughter and I went through the drive-thru and ordered TWO Panda Bowls for the road two weeks ago. When we arrived at home 10 minutes later we noticed that one of our bowls wasn't correct. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman, who asked details about my order, my receipt number and what I ordered, and he assured me Panda would comp my bowl on our next visit. Today I went inside and inquired about my comp and the two ladies who assisted me checked and couldn't find my name or the note from the other employee. They asked for my receipt which I didn't have and the name of who I spoke to which I couldn't remember either. Long story short they still honored the comp and gave me a plate instead of the bowl (which was the value of what I paid for last time). I am very happy how they handled my situation. Where do I begin? So I placed an online order for a family meal. Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, black pepper angus steak, fried rice and chow mein. I go in to pickup my order and except for a customer getting food, there were no signs to indicate where to go nor did any of the 4 employees give me any attention. Eventually I call someone over and I got my order. All sealed and ready to go. So far alright Once I got home after a 15 minute drive, I open everything up to see one mixup; I got double honey walnut shrimp and no angus steak. I look at the receipt and it said I should have gotten an order of angus steak. So I make the 15 minute drive back to the restaurant and explain. So they let me keep the extra shrimp and gave me my angus steak. That's good customer service. So why is this a 1 star review? It started after 2 hours when my girlfriend started to throw up from the angus beef and orange chicken. As I was standing by the bathroom door, I feel a rumble in my stomach and I dash for the other bathroom. As I'm writing the review on the toilet, I'm still dealing with the lava flow of diarrhea that's been on and off for 4 hours. I text my girlfriend whose now on the other toilet for the same reason. Every time I come to this location I always leave upset with their drive thru service. Today I ordered a plate with half white rice and chow mein with honey walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. First mistake was the rice, I received fried rice instead of white rice. I would of been ok if the rice didn't taste like bits of plastic are inside. Some of the rice was not cooked well and I had to keep spitting it out as it was inedible, literally disgusting. Second they only gave me 5 pieces of shrimp, are you kidding?! Every other location gives you atleast 8-10 pieces. I feel ripped off as they charge extra for the shrimp and only received 5. Last the chow mein was so bland how did you mess that one up? Will definitely be avoiding this location and if you do come here, make sure they are listening to you, they always try to rush you when taking your order when they're not even busy. read more

My daughter went to Panda ordered a double entrée of orange chicken and fried rice, she arrived home with just enough time to get on her online class, she quickly called and was told by a female worker the chicken would be replaced and an extra entrée provided for inconvenience; she told them she could not come for an hour and half due to her class, she was told that was ok, when she went to the Panda, the male manager told her there was no note, she showed her receipt, the call time stamp and a photo of the food, he said he did not want to fight her but he would only give her the chicken not the extra. My first time coming in here and ordered a combo plate I ordered walnut shrimp and orange chicken and when I got home I've noticed the shrimp looks old like it's been sitting there for a while and also very greasy and the orange chicken had lil black burnt pieces all around! The only plus side was it was very quick getting our food. The bad part of that is it tastes like the food has been waiting for us since last week. The orange chicken could barely be cut with a steak knife! We couldn't even stab into it with a fork. The cream cheese ragoons were almost empty inside probably from being cooked for way too long. On 8/23/21 I placed a mobile order for a family meal at the Wildomar, CA location. When I picked up my meal the sides and entrees weren't in their usual boxes. Instead they were in 14.8 oz panda bowls. The bowls were filled at the bottom and empty over two inches below the top of the containers. I asked an employee why my family meal was packaged into 5 panda bowls and I was told that they ran out if the large containers. I questioned the portion sizes and was assured that the panda bowls are 26 oz just as the large boxes are. I complained and the manager told the same thing. Unfortunately when I served the food to my family there was only enough food to feed three tiny portions of sides and not much of the entrees. I searched online and discovered the panda bowl is 14.8 oz and not 26 oz like I was told. I am very upset because I paid over $30 for less food than I would have received by ordering bigger plates instead. I was misled, cheated and lied to. I paid for goods that I didn't receive. It is unethical to have customers pay for 26 oz per item family meal just to receive a 14.8 oz panda bowls instead. Additionally the food was so dry we had to choke it down. I have never received dry chowmein and rice before. It seems they are stingy with portions and sauces. This is the worst Panda Express in the area. read more
