Everything was pretty tasteless, dry, grainy, the noodles had some oil but no taste at all. And the extra order of fried rice not in bag. It was not worth eating. I will never go there again. The only thing good with the food is the orange chicken that I ate from my plate. The service was friendly, but horribly slow. There was several vans full of people that came in at once and you would've thought the staff would have came together too get people fed faster. Ambience was as expected, it was clean and modern. Biggest thing that upset me is, I had to change my newborn on the kitchen sink because that men's bathroom does not provide a changing station. This was only my second time eating panda express my first time was a long time ago several years. My mother and I went there yesterday and dined in. The server behind the counter was very nice. Had a wonderful welcomed smile and answered all the questions that we had, that being said, the food was cold, tasted old, no flavor, the rice was the best part, but there's something inside of their egg rolls. They're clear gel like about a half inch long spread throughout the egg roll. When I broke the egg roll apart, I saw them. What is that? Has anyone else noticed that? If you go to panda express break your egg roll apart and start fishing through it. You'll find it there too. We will not be returning to panda express and that's very disappointing. wish I could give this zero stars. Staff was rude, my order was wrong, and they didn't put utensils in the bag. I placed a mobile order to pick up at in store at 10:15 (they close at 11) and they refused to give it to me in store because the had already locked the doors when I tried to go inside at 10:05. Always makes you pull up and wait for food then forgets you're out there and you have to go in and get it. Gave very simple directions asking if they could put one of the three entrees of the bigger plate in the little box and they still couldn't even do that and got it wrong. Sweetfire chicken with the chow mein is fantastic. This locations noodles were on the dry side, but I enjoy that, so it's not an issue for me. The chicken was nice bite size pieces and didn't have too many vegetables, which again is great, because I'm not a big fan of them anyway. The cream cheese rangoons were stuffed full. They have the more herby type rangoons, not the sweet type. They where out of several types of chicken, but that is due to supply issues and no fault to this location. Today was my 2nd time trying a Panda Express. This time will justify me not giving it a 3rd try. Order pepper chicken, broccoli beef, chicken egg roll, and Rangoon. Rangoon was ok for $1.95. The other stuff...they could have saved me the headache by just saying we don't care about what we serve to our customers. There were 6 small pieces of beef in the bowl and the noodles taste like rubber. The chicken dish was just awful. I ate 3 forkfuls and the rest went in the trash. We just got takeout at Panda Express. The drive through was quick but the pain was about to come. When we got the meal, it smelled bad. On the way back to our cabin, we tasted the spring rolls. Hands down the nastiest taste I've had in a long, long time. The taste was like it was fried in week old grease and the interior was mushy. Disgusting! I spent the rest of the trip swishing tea around in my mouth to get the taste out. We got back and opened the rest of the food. The fried rice could have been steamed rice for all we knew. The taste was so bland! The crab Rangoons had the same old oil taste as the spring rolls. Just bad. The rest of the food was just nasty, quick takeout food taste. It instantly made my daughter sick and my wife refused to eat any more. This place was God awful. I will NEVER eat at another Panda Express. It was so bad it was like someone had to be playing a joke on us. Dinner for three for $40 was a BUST! I was craving for Asian food while in Tennessee and found Panda Express. I am not a huge fan of franchise restaurants but once in a great while, I will go try their food. From my past experiences, Panda Express food is decent. Not here on this branch (in Sevierville, TN). Not only was the rice not fully cooked (coz the texture was hard), but same thing happened to the noodles. The kung pao chicken and the walnut shrimp were good but the portions were small. read more

This is not a real Panda Express. The noodles were different, no veggies in them and very dry. The orange chicken was not orange chicken just big bulges of batter with little dark meat inside. We also got a beef entree that was ice cold. They said they put the receipt in the bag (with no fortune cookies) and there was no receipt. Me and my friends are visiting from Ohio and expected a good lunch from panda. My friends boyfriend and I both got Broccoli beef and were very displeased with how the Broccoli turned out. Very large pieces and almost undercooked to the point where your plastic fork couldn't stab it. And unfortunately missing 2 of our favorite entrees. Walked up to the door only to find it locked. Witnessed several other people try as well. Now the line is even longer. Saw a gap from the drive through speaker to the window so I walked up to see how I could pick up my order. I was told they were short staffed and this one time I could get my order passed through to me from the drive through window. Put up a sign informing your customers the lobby is locked or something. My wife and I used the drive through, we were told it wold be just 4 minutes for an item we ordered. They asked us to pull around the front of the store to wait. Since no one ever pulled behind us we declined to pull around. The MOD whose name starts with a Z got extraordinarily angry with us and began throwing items in the kitchen, came outside to look at our license plate (possibly take a photo) then eventually brought our food to the window telling us he'd call the police if we returned to the restaurant. By the end if his tantrum as we were leaving there still were no vehicles behind us. Check your cameras and remove the man from a leadership position or properly train him to manage his dangerous behavior.
