Panda Express is getting worse and worse. I went last week to place an order and get to the window to pay and they are like oh yea we are out of fried rice can you pull around? They had on the menu reader board about 6 items they were out of. Today I went and they had 6 items they were out of on the menu board again. I place and order and they say we are out of fried rice. I am like really? That's your main side item. THEN CLOSE YOUR DOORS. People don't want to wait in line for food to get told they don't have the main item. people were getting furious and driving off. They forget to give you all of your order so you have to drive around and go back though the drive thru because of covid, and round up your bill even though you are paying with a card. Literally just left...waited a hour but it's a busy area so figured it comes with the territory. My order was easy. 2 bowls, a medium rice and a plate. Kept it easy. Repeated it. Had them repeat it. Everything was good with the guy that took my order. Got the window and the female was rude, thought she was probably tired, didn't say anything. Asked for some soy sauce. She gave it. Shut the window. Didn't say a word. So I left. That was my bad. Should have checked my order. I don't know how they messed up rice and gave me some cabbage or something. Unsure. I tried calling. No answer. I really just wanted rice. I'm sick. Been sick all day. Just wanted some rice and to go to bed. But got attitude and some cabbage. Dang. read more

We went here late last night after being told that dominos and Taco Bell were both going to be a 45-60 minute wait... on a Tuesday. We ordered orange chicken and black pepper chicken. The food was fresh and good. The service was super friendly but we waited in the drive thru with three other cars for 30 minutes but the workers were working extremely hard. They gave us coupons for our wait. This location is much better than it was when it first opened. I'm glad we have it a try. read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST service of any Panda that I've ever been to. I live in town and every single time I go, they are out of food! Every. Single. Time. Online it says they are open til 1030pm and they will often close an hour early. For people who work late, this is extremely inconvenient! Do better! read more

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered through the app and arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. I stood at the register for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Instead of my food being ready to go, I stood there and watched several other patrons order, receive their food, and leave. By the time I finally received my food (20 minutes later) I was livid and asked to speak with a manager. The employee let me know that there was not a manager in the store and did not even bother to offer the manager's contact information. There are tons of restaurants in Pigeon Forge and this is definitely one we'll skip in the future. read more

Best Panda Express hands down! The staff were very knowledgeable about the different dishes. They all seemed to love their job. The food was amazing as always. All the dishes were stocked full, no waiting around for your favorite dish to be cooked. Absolutely loved this Panda Express. The managers should be very proud of their staff. read more

On 5/11/21 at 5:25 pm, my order was taken here. I was told it would take 6 minutes to cook the string bean chicken. They were out of egg rolls and fountain Coke. I was charged extra for Coke in a glass bottle, which was all they were offering. At 6:00 pm, I returned through the drive through and asked for a refund, saying that 35 minutes later I still had not recieved my food. The manager, Kim, was very unapologetic. I can't believe Panda Express got such good reviews. The food selection was limited and not good. The worst egg rolls I've ever tasted. They were actually out of mixed vegetables too. Panda Express never disappoints. The food is delicious, always fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the chicken teriyaki, steamed veggies, and chicken with garlic green beans. All of it was fresh, all of it was seasoned really well. Overall, this place is really quite clean, well priced and a good bang for your buck. read more

Even during this snowy messy time, the store was clean, and someone was cleaning the wall behind the grill which already looked perfect. And I absolutely love their food. My daughter-in-law, her 3 children and I ordered a delivery meal from the Panda Express in Sevierville on Dec. 17th. She is a school teacher and all her children attend school so it was around 7 when arrived in Sevierville and decided to order from Panda Express. When we got the order the meals were wrong and also no rice or noodles. When she called to let them know it was not right, the "customer service rep." asked if we could come pick up the complete/corrected order and said sometimes they change the menu. I doubt that rice and noodles are something you have to order along with your meal. I've never seen anyone eat oriental food without one or the other. Our response was "no, it was their mistake and they should correct it". She responded with telling us to contact corporate and she hung up on us and wouldn't answer the phone after our calling back 3 more times. Can't find a way without having receipt number or store number to submit a review so this is it. You would think with the trouble businesses are having now staying open and full employment there would be more respect and consideration given to customers by their employees. My first and last time at eating at a Panda Express. I didn't select a star rating because it doesn't start low enough. read more

What a meal fresh ingredients you can eat in or take out we elected to eat in. The selection of oriental entrées was absolutely out of this world for a fast reasonable meal with fresh ingredients highly recommend Panda Express A plate came with one side of either rice or fried rice or noodles and two entrées the orange chicken with spicy but yet comforting, The broccoli beef was good but the broccoli was just a little tough, The peppered chicken was very good and high recommendations for the fire and sausage chicken. Average dinners or about nine dollars plus beverage I would recommend panda express to anyone read more

The drive thru was quick and friendly. I had the chicken and mushrooms, and it was good for a quick service restaurant. They have a few sizes of entrees available, and I got the bowl (smaller size). Check the bottom of your receipt, as mine had a survey (earns you a free entree). I would definitely stop back through on my way into Gatlinburg. read more

If I could give this Panda no stars I would. I went to eat with my wife and 4 year old. They were busy and out of a lot of food. My son and I were able to find something to eat and have our orders fulfilled immediately. However, my wife ordered the broccoli beef and was told it would be approximately 6 min and they would bring it out when it was ready. We have done this in the past and thought it was no big deal. My wife went to check on her food after waiting approximately 15 minutes, the manager sarcastically told her that they were busy and she would get the food when it was ready. My wife asked for a refund and was told no. Here's where it gets worse, as we were leaving I asked the manager if it would be possible to obtain a refund since my wife was never served her food. Keep in mind this is now approximately 25 min into our meal. I was told that no refunds where given at a store level and I would have to "google" the corporate number to see about a refund. I told the manager that this was not acceptable and was told "I guess you won't be getting a refund." As we were leaving he sarcastically told me "merry Christmas" keep in mind that Christmas is already over. I Informed the manager that he was a poor manager and he stated that "Your lucky that I'm at work right now or I would be over there." I asked the manager if he was threatening to assault me and he nodded his head up and down. As I have a wife and a 4 year old that I'm responsible for I chose to leave the establishment in lieu of being assaulted. I really don't appreciate a business that would employee a manager that would threaten to assault a customer just because they spoke their mind. I understand that we can all be stressed at work but this is unacceptable. We will never be returning to this establishment. Keep in mind that if you are dissatisfied with your food or don't get your food you better pay with a credit card so that you may dispute the charge. If you pay with cash you're up the creek. read more

Very nice looking location; however, does not offer the vegetarian dishes as shown on the web menu. Very disappointing. There are so few options for vegetarians at resturaunts, the few that have vegetarian menu items should actually serve them. read more

Not only was I given the wrong change. I asked for steamed rice and was given fried. So I had to turn around go back to get the proper rice. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and accommodating. It was a gentleman who was working near the window (I believe with glasses/hat on), a younger girl with a choker necklace on, and the woman who was working the register. I wish I had gotten their names, I think Erika was the cashier, but the other two were incredibly helpful with my company's togo order. This was my first time at Panda Express and the inside looked so nice. I am excited to bring my husband and kid there in the future. I'm a local and don't go out much, but the people were very nice and everything was delicious so I can make an exception. As far as the food, the orange chicken was fantastic. I will order more crab rangoon next time as well. read more

We ate at Panda Express often when living in Calif. Tried this one and the chow main was dry. The white rice needed a little more water in order to stick together better so you can use chop sticks. Other dishes looked ok but we miss the good ones in the west. read more
