Food, fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. Fries are awesome. Milkshakes so good. Service good and professional.

We need a Pal's in Knoxville, but until then we make the trip for fries, chipped ham, etc. it is worth the trip!

The burger and hotdog along with the fries was awesome. The drive thru only the is a bit of a draw back. Would be nice if they had a place to sit down. We've been by several on motorcycles and always wanted to stop. We actually made a special trip from Maryville to give a try. We love the food. read more

Line was long, but moved fast. Good burger and fries. No eating inside, just drive through.

Food was pretty good. It's definitely not horrible but not the best. The patty, you can tell was a cheaper meat. I have definitely had worse. The fries are for sure the best part of the meal but come in the small paper bags. If you're a fry person I recommend getting 2 bags. Customer service wasn't the best but they were quick. read more

5/5 for one of our fave fast food brands! We're never disappointed with what we order or how it comes out to us here - we just wish there was one closer to Knoxville! Will be back! read more

Got the big pal with cheese and bacon,It was really good so were the fries. The only complaint I have is they could have been a little bit warmer. They weren't cold but they weren't real warm either. I think that's the fastest I've ever gone through the drive thru,They already had the food ready by the time I drove around the building after ordering.Crazy fast !! read more

It's ok. My fav is the chili dog. Morning time treat is def the cheddar hash brown nuggets. Mercy- those are so good. It's drive through, goofy looking building and fast fast fast. read more

Have been wanting to try this place for a long time finally made it over that way. I think this place might be alittle over hyped. Definitely not worth an hour drive from Knoxville. Would go if I am in the area. But not just to come here and eat. Burger was just ok but the hotdog was good. read more

Pal's is a great place to get "Sudden Service" and a great meal too! Breakfast, lunch or dinner, there's always something you'll be glad you ordered. I wish they had MORE LOCATIONS so their fantastic menu could be enjoyed by everybody! read more

Why don't we have a Pal's in Knoxville??? Can someone answer that question? So I had to drive to Morristown recently and literally my first thought was a double pals burger, mmmm, with a strawberry shake and fries. Hey, it was the weekend! No judging! read more

Just had my first hamburger and fries from Pal's. Delicious! The hamburger was very good. The star of the meal was the French fries. They are amazing! read more

It's a long drive from Knox to Jeff City for Pals. But it's the only show in town. We live their burgers and fries. Super fast service. Good kids work there. read more

Very popular restaurant with good food and good service. Watch out for the line of cars though. Very friendly people working there.

Delicious burger and fries for a great price. I wouldn't recommend the hot dog as it's orange but hands down it's the best fast food burger in Morristown. read more

Love me some Pal's! Although I was a Big Pal guy for many years, I find myself ordering the chopped ham sandwich more and more. The frenchie fries are always hot and fresh. Pal's is fast food done right. East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia are lucky to have these great drive thru restaurants. read more

The employees are well trained and food is correct, hot, tastes fresh, and they are fast. 5 star.

Respectfully bussin. I recommend pal's to everyone and they should have more locations. I eat here frequently.

Great burgers & fries! Efficient quick pick- up of food. We visit often. Seems to be a hot spot in town.

Absolutely love pals hot dogs. One negative thing about them in my opinion is the chili sauce could use a bit of flavor. The service is fast and great since I was car number 8 in drive through and was in and out in less that 7 min. Would recommend read more

The fries are to die for and a double big pal with cheese hits the spot the way few burgers can. It's the best service and vibe in town. Don't miss it! read more

Good food for the price. Quick service and courteous people. It's drive through only but the wait time is minimal.

I can get a 2 dollar grilled cheese and it is always fucking delicious. They are not to pricey and the food always makes me in a better mood. read more

Quick as lightening, best food in town, hot dogs, yeah boy. Okay it's fast food but good food. Coke was weak though.

Pal's is somewhat legendary in the Foodservice Industry for having the fastest drive thru times, friendliest service and incredible order accuracy. So I didn't expect great food quality as it's more of the service that they are known for. Speed - it took 6 minutes to get our food with two cars in front of us. Not bad for the industry but I was expecting faster due to their reputation and name: Pal's Sudden Service. Friendly Service - it wasn't friendly at all, in fact it seemed like they didn't care at all. Accuracy - they completely forgot the hot dog we ordered and we had to go back through the drive thru. The food was pretty good though for fast food. Just wish they lived up to the hype with everything else. read more

Oh Pal's. What little discovery has been made, after I was introduced to you last year. Your juicy burgers. Your mouth watering chili. Why do you have to be so far away from me? Well, you're not that far. I came to Pal's for the second time and was curiously wondering why I never wrote a review. Let's just say this place is my TN version of In-n-Out. Of course, it won't top that, but it comes close. So, what makes it so good? The burger is so freaking awesome. This visit I ordered 4 double big pals and the lady that was taking my order looked at me like I was crazy. But why? I had to because I realized it's been a year since I've been here. No, I didn't just order the same burger 4 times. Two were with bacon and cheese, and two were with bacon, cheese, and chili. Yes, you read that right. Chili on a massive burger. Also with that order I got a hot dog. Hot dog is legit, filled with chili and just tasty! So how did it come out? Heavenly. I still have a couple that I haven't ate and am looking forward to eating it. If you drive by this place, or live nearby, I'm pretty sure you know what this place is. If you don't, then I would highly suggest you take a trip and check this place out because I would say this is a staple for East TN. read more

The best burgers. Anywhere! I grew up in San Diego, California. Went to in and out on a weekly basis when I was younger. Pals is better. Really. There's just no beating the brilliance of their burgers. Why in the world they don't put one in Knoxville is a complete mystery to me. Regardless, the best burgers I have ever had. And I've had many. read more

I love visiting Pals for their Chocolate Shakes! Pals has been a family favorite since I was a child in Kingsport TN. Whoa, that was a very long time ago!! Our Pals in Jefferson City is just as good and the staff is so pleasant and a joy to do business with. I recommend it highly!! read more

Pal's Sudden Service has far better burgers and dogs than the surrounding fast food joints. The shakes are better too. I suggest eating the skinny fries right away, while hot. They do not hold as well for the ride home. I was quite pleased to see this drive through only joint make it to Jefferson City. Pal's service is really "sudden" as they advertise, and all my food has come out consistently yummy. If you are not from around here, this is worth a stop. If you are from around here, you should already know! read more

Fries were good, but kind of varied in doneness, some overcooked and some under. Burger was average at best. Service was fast. Not that cheap. Not worth drive from Knoxville, that's for sure. read more

We tried breakfast & dinner here. I'll definitely say that the burger & fries are much better than BK or McDonalds, prices are better too. Everyone said we had to try the cheddar rounds at breakfast so we did that also. I thought they were ok but not life changing as we were promised. The biscuit and gravy were great! read more

The cheddar rounds are awesome!!!! Great service with a considerate staff which has a great understanding of customer service

I've personally eaten at three different locations. 2 in Morristown, and 1 in Greenville, and everytime I go, the food is perfect and the employees are friendly. Hands down the best fast food restaurant chain running right now. Two thumbs way up guys!! read more

I love Pal's! Their cheddar rounds and sweet tea are absolutely incredible. I used to get sweet tea from McDonald's, but Pal's quickly replaced it! They have options that most chain fast food restaurants don't offer. The employees are always really friendly as well. read more

Always quick, clean, and staffed by attractive employees, whether they be male or female, young or old. By far the finest fast food restaurant in the region. read more

Always great service and hot food when we come here. Out for an evening drive with the fuzzy four legged family member and always an enjoyable stop. read more

Love their food. While I'm missing it right now while on "safer at home" it will be the first place I go in a few weeks. I live in strawplains area so it takes about 18 minutes to get there, totally worth the drive. Burgers are great, toasty cheese is delicious. Frenchie fries are yummy. In the fall we make extra trips for the barbee dog, which is bbq on a hot dog bun. We go more than we probably should and they have only made one mistake. Cant wait till we can get our Pal's fix again. read more

I know I'm going to take a hit on this, but I'm going to say it: Pal's Sudden Service is the In-N-Out Burger of the East. Pal's burger and fries is a direct descendant of the burgers that made American hamburgers famous all over the world - juicy, tasty, big and a little messy. A retro look in a drive-thru only, with fabulous friendly service. Check out Pal's on Wikipedia to learn why all this works so well. read more

Bad service, over priced, and spilled my drink. Honestly the worst restaurant in town.

Three things about pals that you should know, 1. they are fast. 2.They have good fast food. 3.They are well priced. I really like going to Pals. The Frenchie fries and the big Pals with cheese are my favorite. Its old school fast food done right. read more
