Since we live within blocks of Sonic, I have gone there for breakfast, lunch, and many two-for-one drinks. The staff have always been friendly and when there was a problem, they fixed it quickly. I have noticed that when an aisle is out of order, they don't fix it too quickly. It has also not opened for breakfast sometimes. I love their burgers and Java Chip Milkshakes. Their two-for-one happy hour is great on a hot summer day. I'll pick up a couple large iced drinks that last all afternoon. Plenty of parking; however, busy on a Friday or Saturday night. 5-5-26 11:45am Went to get lunch was parked in stall 11, the woman working there couldn't repeat the correct menu # back multiple times. I asked for a car hop to come out to take my order, she proceeded to tell me that it was only her and a cook there and she couldn't come out. She then proceeded to not finish my order but walk food out to others and ignore me when I tried to finish my order. I proceeded to leave. If I could get corporate's number it would have been better. read more

When I came up to sonic I had a truck and trailer so I parked on the side. So I had to walk up to the kiosk in the middle. It was out of order. I'd go on the one side to order where they have the car pull-ups where you order, there's all 3 out of order. So no big deal I will just go to the other side there's 5 over there and 1 is, would you believe it, yeah that's right it's out of order. There's cars at most all the rest of them. But lo and behold by chance there's 1 that's available so I order (just standing there ) The lady who takes my order is absolutely rude. Acting like she can't hear me like I have a loud car idling but I'm standing there. It's very quiet and she is totally rude. She is using a condescending tone. Terrible service. So I'm standing by the door waiting for my food which wasn't very long. There was cool lady that comes out and says "Do you need some help or are you just waiting for your food?" She was very sweet definitely not the one that took my order. Soon after the girl comes out to give me my food, her name is Melody. She's the "carhop" as they call them. She is awkward, unfriendly and she stands there after I pay her (yes, I tipped her. It wasn't much it was $1.50, it was all the cash I had on me since I walked up there without my wallet. (my bad.) So after I pay her she looks at me awkwardly as like so... do you want your food? I go to grab my food and she yanks the tray away and says "I don't like when people grab food off my tray!" I said I apologize and she handed it to me and starts walking away. She doesn't say thank you for the tip in fact she doesn't say anything! As she is walking away I said hey can I have some sauce for my fries? She turns around annoyed and says "Sure" and just stands there. I said well, what do you have she says "I have everything" I said OK. Can you tell me what you have and she's rattles off a bunch of stuff and then gives me the ole stink eye and legitimately. I think her eye stunk. LOL I say to her I didn't mean to offend you she said "That's OK" and turns around and walks away. Absolutely one of the worst experience I've had now this is the 3rd bad Sonic experience I've had in the past 6 months. I didn't think I'd come back. I gave it another chance and mind you this is after having other bad experiences. 1 I didn't put on here and this is the second I've posted about. She did walk out twice after while I was eating in my truck and looked at me with not the most friendly look. Not my opinion. These are factual things. I'm saying all this with not one embellishment just real talk. She needs a new job and it might be like I don't know cleaning toilets at a prison or something?God save this world with people like her.... read more

The nasty and rude lady with the sunglasses on was terrible to a gentleman in his car. Then she was rude to the sweet ladies outside in the patio. I did not get rude back but she was even rude to me! They need to send her packing, she was deliberately being obnoxious to everyone FOR NO REASON! She really must want terminated. read more

Didn't need food, just ran through the drive through to get two bags of ice. I guess there were no adults in charge, just a bunch of young workers that acted like they didn't want to be there and customers were an inconvenience for them. Literally took 10-minutes or more to get 2-bags of ice, paid with cash and cashier just turned around and walked off without giving change...After sitting there waiting on the change a few more minutes we gave up and just drove off to get to a birthday party. This is todays rating, usually everything is great. Today I went and ordered the brownie batter shake. I get one shake a year it this is it! But today it just didn't look the same. It was hard to get thru straw and it was like drinking sand. I took it home and poured it in my blender and the bottom was full of chunks of what I imagine was supposed to make it the batter. They need to teach the employees how to make the shake. Better luck next year I guess. read more

Quit going to this particular Sonic a couple years ago because of moldy bread. Went back today and it hasn't gotten any better. Ordered two cherry limeade slushes and they both came out tasting like pure lime. Sent them back and the two new ones came back tasting like pure lime. Someone needs to look into this location. 3 negative visits out of 3 visits isn't good. read more

Been going to the Jefferson City location for years. Tried to use the survey reward from the Morristown location which I have used multiple times in the past at the Jefferson City location and they declined to take it. To me this is poor customer service. There are multiple restaurants in this area so I will think twice about going to sonic in the future. read more
