We like coming here when we do. TC was awesome!! I came here today feeling ill and craving a Matcha (Our 2lbs of Matcha hasn't came from Amazon yet) so I stopped here and Got a blueberry Matcha to soothe my sore throat. TC was so kind and sweet. I ordered One Blueberry Munchkin for our Little Guy and she gave me an extra one!! Thank you so much for being so Generous to my Little Boy!! TC was personable and Extremely Humble. Honestly, she has the sweetest Soul and in my Opinion (and My Husbands) we think that's the best Dunkin' Employee we've met. He said: "She has good a Good Soul and wasn't at all Snotty." It was quick it was clean and the individuals they were working at the counter were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin' Donuts over some of the other Dunkin' Donuts that I've I've actually been to and also I would also suggest that they will make sure that all the other Dunkin' Donuts do take a note. Literally THE WORST!! I came through with a mobile order and one of the things I ordered wasnt available, which is understandable and I'm sure it happens all the time, that was fine. My problem was when I said it was fine and they could just refund it they said they would get it done then I sat in line for over ten minutes trying to just get my drinks (that i could see they already made!! and just sitting there to get cold) and the bagel bites I ordered. I gave up on the refund when the workers became EXTREMELY rude when I asked what was up. After all of that I ended up with the wrong food and a room temp hot chocolate. Just came back from there. And the young woman who took my order in the drive thru was the up most rudest person. Not only that she put the lid of my drink against her face because she didn't want to go back and get the rest of the order . She was utterly rude . And don't touch food things to your face . The woman's name was jamelynia sorry for spelling. But that's who took the order and touched my lid of my milk shake to her face . I've been really sick and started to feel better so we went to get a milk shake. And now I can't drink it because it's been against someone's skin on their face. Not happy at all. She needs to be retrained. On customer service, and handle of food products. My husband who was on the phone with me at the time even said how rude she was . She's lucky I didn't cause a scene with the rude behavior and touching my lid to her face. Very unhygienic to do. And disgusting to do. I could've cost you a lot of money if I had caused a scene. No one would order if I had. But I'm more of an adult . So I left and I'm leaving this review. read more

Went thru today to get a few coffees and a dozen donuts for my team. We're crisis workers and were very busy today. I asked the woman on the headset if she could maybe put any donuts with chocolate on one side of the box as I have a coworker with a chocolate allergy. She went a few steps further, used two separate boxes and labeled the chocolate one. Was very friendly too even though I had a more difficult than usual order! She should get a raise. I go thru here fairly often and it's never been bad, today was just exceptional. It costs a bit more but their coffee is also way better than Mcdonald's up the road read more

Good prices and a quick stop. Love their coffee with hazelnut swirl, iced or hot. If you get it with cream and sugar they will automatically put a set amount which makes it really sweet, so you can tell them how many exactly you want. The munchkins are good too. This location is not my favorite. read more

Came to this location as it was the closest to my home. I had been emailed a promotional offer for 1 free donut with purchase of any beverage on April 3rd. The order was supposed to be placed in the app ahead of time, however the app would not load and a pop up message said that the app was "undergoing maintenance." I went to the drive thru to place my order assuming that they would honor the promo being that their app was under maintenance and it was not possible to place an order through it, and I even showed the employee the message the app was giving me and she said "nothing I can do." Usually when a company has technological issues with something like this they'll go ahead and honor the promo anyway (it's literally just a 90 cent donut) but they couldn't even do that. Not trying to sound cheap here, just annoyed that this promo was the only reason I left my home during the COVID-19 pandemic and this location couldn't just honor the promo. Maybe Dunkin should also wait to perform maintenance on their app on a day when they hadn't already emailed all their rewards members an offer for that specific day. read more
