I'm really disappointed by my experience at K Brew today. I came around 11 AM with my 15-month-old daughter and some friends. At one point, my daughter started heading toward the back/kitchen area, and I immediately sprinted to get her while people standing nearby also helped stop her. Nothing happened, and the situation was handled right away. What shocked me was that a staff member who was wearing a blue/light grey shirt instead of the regular black staff shirts suddenly came over YELLING at me: "She can't be here again, if someone slipped it would be a problem." Her tone was extremely aggressive and embarrassing, especially with everyone around staring in shock at her reaction. I completely understand the need for safety around the kitchen area, and I was already actively handling the situation. But there's a respectful way to speak to customers. I've been a regular at K Brew for a long time, but this interaction genuinely made me reconsider coming back. read more

Great atmosphere. Much more inviting and spacious atmosphere than the West Hills location. Hammock seating, lots of tables, and ample bar seating. There are even a few cushy chairs. The coffee itself: Iced mocha-very good. Slightly bitter/dark chocolate taste but admittedly not much espresso taste. Hot latte-tasted like hot milk. Bummer. We also purchased some espresso beans that we've yet to use/grind. FYI, if you buy a bag of beans, you get a free drip coffee upon purchase. We also liked that you get an immediate 20% coupon when signing up via app. I've gone to KBrew a few times now and while I love that it's local and a fun vibe inside, it is not the best tasting coffee in town (IMO). I have heard from multiple people that the bagels are great. I may try a bagel and an iced mocha next time, adding an extra espresso shot. read more

This is a great neighborhood coffee place. Easy to get to just off Ebenezer with plenty of parking. They have a drive thru (I've never used it though.) They have a large dining area inside and a patio with umbrellas. The staff is always helpful and patient. My go-to is regular coffee with cream, cold brew with cream or decaf americano (hot or cold) with cream. So, I'm not very fancy with my order but that's because I enjoy the taste of their coffee every time. The hammocks are fun to sit in and there's plenty of tables. KBrew is on the corner so the front and side have windows creating a well lit and happy atmosphere. I didn't take any pictures today because there were lots of people inside and out. So I live near this location and love the honey lavender latte so I've spent some money here, the drive thru girls are lazy and sit on counters eating pup cups while the inside crew works hard. Today will be my last visit tho. First time ordering food and got the club bagel to go (an $11 bagel) it was as hard as a ROCK! (Also little meat with fat tomato ends that slip out) The lady used my number and said I'd get my points but that was a lie. Didnt even get a receipt so it was a dead end. Stick with the drinks don't order food here is my advice. And the drive thru is a joke. They got one lane closed off from employees parking in it and the girls are just slow and lazy. Deleting my app and won't visit this or any other locations either after this last visit. read more

My friend and I came here to order coffee after our coooolllddd walk this past Friday. The Caramel Miso Latte was delicious! We were talking while swinging on the hammocks and didn't even notice our drinks were done, so they were a little cold. Nonetheless, it was tasty! Love this place. The bagel sandwiches are great, hot and iced coffees have great flavor. It may seem basic, but the drip coffee is my staple, throw in a little caramel syrup and ready for the day! Terrible service. Had a mobile order. Received coffees right away. Waited 35 min for bagels. Got in the car and realized one sandwich and cream cheese were missing. Went back in and was told they would make the missing sandwich. Waiting another 20 min and still no sandwich. Asked for a refund but manager was too busy to be found to rectify. I am giving them a 5 star review - but NOT for the coffee. We went on a coffee adventure from Lenoir City. Excited to try a new coffee shop! I ordered a medium Americano and my husband ordered a cappuccino. My Americano was awful!!! It was weak. I asked the barista after tasting my drink - why was it weak. 2 shots for the small, 2 shots for the medium and 2 shots for the larger. I think if I ever went back - I'd ask for additional shots. I think they need to warn the customer :-) My husband ordered a cappuccino and it was almost cold. I am not sure why it wasn't hot but it wasn't. The 5 star rating comes from how they dealt with the situation. I asked the barista where I went wrong in ordering - she INSTANTLY said let me get you a refund. I never asked for a refund - didn't hint at a refund - she was just customer service at its finest!! Thank you K- Brew for the excellent service! First time in. Cute place, friendly people. I wanted a Frappuccino, but they only had a few iced coffee drinks, nothing blended. The cold brew was excellent. Prices are comparable to Starbuck's. They do have some tasty looking food listed, including bagel and lox for just under $11. My friend had a black coffee which he enjoyed as well. Indoor and outdoor seating. New location on Ebenezer! What a welcome edition to the area. Super large parking lot in a new shopping center and much close to my house than the other locations. Lots of sitting space here as well as outdoor space. They have a wide array of bagels and pastries as well as a full menu of caffeinated drinks. I guess my only gripe is the price. COL in Knoxville is going up and wow coffee ain't cheap at all. It was good though so not their fault. I got a chai tea latte with a shot of espresso. $7. Whewww. read more

Perfect place to hang out with my preteens. They offer several different flavors of bagels as well as their flatbread bagel pizzas. They have bagel sandwich's as well. Of course coffee coffee coffee is available--- but I'm not a coffee drinker so I opted for water and the kiddos had milk and cane soda. We live fed sitting in the hammock seats. The area which the hammocks seats really set the mood for the kids to relax and chat away. Which if you have preteens chatting with mom after school is sometimes not their favorite activity. Sunday, late morning, ordered 7 pumpkin lattes at the drive in. Evidently, you can't do that, per the person at the window. We were directed to go inside to get that order. We went inside and the drive in person made our 7 lattes. The service was terrible. The employees demonstrated a total disdain for the customers. So sad that the training program here doesn't teach these folks to appreciate the customer. read more

Slow drive thru service. The last 4 times I went to there I waited 15-20 minutes for a coffee. One time there was no one in front of me. The other times only one person who ordered one coffee. The servers are usually not so friendly and when I asked the final time they snapped at me. No more! The coffee is ok but the service is not good at this location. Many of the other coffee shops in town are friendly and efficient. I would suggest another! read more

First off, I'm happy that I used a gift card to purchase. I ordered a Chai latte that was horrible and I threw it away after one sip. Starbucks is superior to Kbrew version. Also, ordered the breakfast bagel with sausage. The sausage had a weird taste and texture (tossed after one bite). The breakfast was a very generous portion and could be shared. Lastly, I tried the pesto and Parmesan bagel. I tasted neither pesto or Parmesan. I do recommend the dried tomato cream cheese spread. Conclusion...I'm staying with Starbucks! read more

Not exactly sure how I paid $21 for a dozen bagels that are listed at $14 a dozen on their sign--but it's a moot point. There are far better bagels very close by--for instance Best Bagels at the corner of Peters Road and Kingston Pike. read more
