This is a great neighborhood coffee place. Easy to get to just off Ebenezer with plenty of parking. They have a drive thru (I've never used it though.) They have a large dining area inside and a patio with umbrellas. The staff is always helpful and patient. My go-to is regular coffee with cream, cold brew with cream or decaf americano (hot or cold) with cream. So, I'm not very fancy with my order but that's because I enjoy the taste of their coffee every time. The hammocks are fun to sit in and there's plenty of tables. KBrew is on the corner so the front and side have windows creating a well lit and happy atmosphere. I didn't take any pictures today because there were lots of people inside and out. However, I was able ti get my order rather quickly.

My friend and I came here to order coffee after our coooolllddd walk this past Friday. The Caramel Miso Latte was delicious! We were talking while swinging on the hammocks and didn't even notice our drinks were done, so they were a little cold. Nonetheless, it was tasty! It reminded me of a Salted Caramel Latte, but bot as sweet. I'll definitely order again.

The Benton's bacon, egg and cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel is phenomenal! It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Knoxville.

First time in. Cute place, friendly people. I wanted a Frappuccino, but they only had a few iced coffee drinks, nothing blended. The cold brew was excellent. Prices are comparable to Starbuck's. They do have some tasty looking food listed, including bagel and lox for just under $11. My friend had a black coffee which he enjoyed as well. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wish the drink menu was a bit more extensive.

Perfect place to hang out with my preteens. They offer several different flavors of bagels as well as their flatbread bagel pizzas. They have bagel sandwich's as well. Of course coffee coffee coffee is available--- but I'm not a coffee drinker so I opted for water and the kiddos had milk and cane soda. We live fed sitting in the hammock seats. The area which the hammocks seats really set the mood for the kids to relax and chat away. Which if you have preteens chatting with mom after school is sometimes not their favorite activity. So food 5, atmosphere 5, accessibility 5. Time with kids talking about their day... scoreless=priceless ;-)

Good coffee. Good bagels. Nice atmosphere. More like a Panera bagel than a New York style bagel but still tasty.

The staff is great. They are super nice & pretty fast. The espresso is delicious. Though, I must admit that the flavor is diluted as a latte. I recommend an iced cappuccino if you prefer a coffee forward drink. I love it with the brown sugar syrup! I like trying the seasonal flavors, especially since they make syrups in house. My favorite right now (spring 2026) is the banana bread latte. Parking does get tight during peak hours, but something always opens up or you could try the neighboring lots if you're doing a quick stop.

The first day we came, the girls behind the counter weren't very nice. Well one of them was, the other wasn't very nice to me and I was kind of taking a minute to think. I wanted their strawberry matcha but they were out of strawberry (so sad). I got a brown sugar cortado instead and two bags of coffee for home. I also wanted a sticker but they were out. The cortado was delicious. Very good drink. My friend got a BOAT (brown sugar oatmilk latte) and that was also very good. I ordered a honey lavender matcha after and that was also very good! Great color on it! The next day we came & two guys were working the counter. They were nicer for whatever reason. I order another cortado. I also ordered first in my group and they actually forgot about my drink. The guy was super apologetic about it and we had a good laugh! I love cafe culture and this place has all the vibes with the really good coffee too! Just upset that they were out of strawberry and stickers

I opted for the steak sandwich on an everything bagel and it was delicious! My father was also very impressed with the pastrami Ruben on pumpernickel. I also highly recommend grabbing some custom bagel spread from the cooler and a portion of your favorite babka (I vote for chocolate) to take home!

The bagels are light and chewy, not bready, and even the plain bagel has a great flavor. We find the celery salt and sometimes the everything bagels to be saltier than we enjoy, but your mileage may vary. The sesame, plain, jalapeño cheddar, pumpernickel, and honey wheat are awesome. The seasonal pumpkin bagel was excellent, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we get blueberry once they're in season. If you get a bagel sandwich, I'd recommend sticking with a plain bagel to let the filling shine. We usually get the Potchke delight (add avocado, it's worth it), and my husband loves the beef bacon. They have upgraded from egg patties to small folded omelettes in their breakfast sandwiches. They just rolled out mobile ordering at this location, and I did my first order today. Fridays are always very busy there, but my order was ready way before the time estimate, and they made my coffee fresh once I checked in with the lady at the pickup area. I was very impressed! They have been really good about making changes to improve wait times (like adding a second person taking orders with a handheld card reader and expanding next door to allow a designated line area), and mobile ordering is a game changer for me. The employees are always wonderful even though they are super busy and dealing with a lot of people. Everyone seems happy to be there, and I hope that's a reflection of the owners treating their people well. Yes, the prices may seem high for bagels, but in my opinion it's totally worth it. I'd rather have a stellar bagel once a month than grocery store bagels every week. (Now if only they would also serve their matzo ball soup and borscht at this location, my life would be complete!)
