4.5/5 here for us based on scores of visits. Out of all the spots to get donuts, this is the one that has been the most consistent and delicious so far. Yes, we know of the giant donuts and other types and varieties. Ha, just call us old school then! Food and drink: donuts are about always on point; we don't hardly miss any seasonal ones (so we can enjoy and have pictures to post!) Venue and vibe: it's definitely better with recent refreshes; you can see the evidence of that by the amount of people parked and going in Cleanliness: it's a high-volume donut shop, so it's to be expected that things will be out on a regular basis to make things, that said, the public side always looks good when we go in Staff and service: inside has been good, drive thru (depending on the hour) can be hit or miss, but still a nice offering Will be back often!

    Beautiful Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Friendly staff who handled our overly enthusiastic family who quickly put on all the paper hats, and marveled at the donut making window pretty well. The location itself is very nice. It's modernized and playful. Everything looked clean. The donuts were lovely and consistent with the brand as we have always known it. We bought mugs, left with hats and lots of donuts. Thank you to this location for the warm welcome! We live in a state that doesn't have one for miles and miles so this was a treat indeed.

We called and went to five separate dessert places, searching for dessert that resembles a turtle, but were rejected at every turn. Krispy Keene was our last hope. We called and thank the gods Jonathan picked up the phone! He was concerned about it being a prank call but after some reassurance, he was so open and accommodating and didn't make us feel stupid, which we really appreciate. He channeled whimsy with us and delivered so spectacularly. Shotout to Lena for her help in making the cutest turtles we've ever seen! So thankful and love you guys so much! We don't believe he is being compensated enough, and to our sadness. refused a tip :(. In conclusion, thank you again and we will never forget this you've really made this party so much more memorable!

Listen up folks! There's a promotion going on today (Krispy Kreme - Kingston Pike location), it's called "Beat the Pump original glazed dozen". Just walk in and ask, and you shall receive! You get a dozen fresh original glazed at today's average National gas price which is $3.85/gal. Therefore your doughnuts are priced at $3.85 plus tax. You can thank me later, but enjoy your doughnuts today!

This specific location doesn't have the best customer service, but it's the closest to me and I'm usually in the area. They get my business because it's convenient. My fave location would be the one on North Broadway. I love the old man that seems to always be working when I visit. He provides great customer service and answers all my questions. If you don't have the app, you should definitely download it. They have great rewards and always have coupons/discounts for free donuts! Today they offered a free donut and coffee for Veterans Day.

Beware the coffee at this Krispy Kreme! Thought it wasn't great then made the mistake of looking in the cup.

Inside, it has a touch of 70's flair and midcentury pizzazz in a small but serene space. Seating is limited, with a few cozy seating spots and many bar seats and low-top tables. The wi-fi was rockin' and many outlets being put to good, techie use. The barista warmly greeted us and quickly got to work with our creations-a cold brew and a hot latte. There is a $1 upgrade for dairy alternatives and any sugar and sweetener is in a self-serve area, not added into the drink (although the barista asked me if that's okay, thus, I think she would have added if I preferred that). They have sugar and stevia, as an FYI for anyone who wants/needs a different option. They have a few baked treats and a few seasonal coffee flavors and add-in flavors and beyond that, the drink menu is simplistic. My latte was the creamiest, foamiest latte in all the land. The coffee itself was a touch more bitter than we like but we were able to doctor it up nicely with stevia. Cute spot with a lovely view of the surrounding, scenic neighborhood.

Beyond its beautiful aesthetics, the milky layer provided a rich and nutty sweetness that complemented the dark and earthy tones of the espresso. The cold brew was quite the adventure, taking in every layer, one at a time. What started out as subtle sweetness quickly turned into a cacao aroma and ended at citrus tartness. Small but mighty brick and mortar shop in a quaint neighborhood across from a church and lined with other local businesses. Bar stools, lounge chair, work bench, they've got it all. Certainly a hidden gem in residential Knoxville. So glad we stopped by!

If I'd had more time, I would have loved hanging out here for a while. I only managed to get here about 45 minutes to close, so their selection was understandably if somewhat disappointingly quite picked over. I wound up with a cranberry oat scone and a blueberry and raspberry hand tart. The employee was very pleasant and warm. I appreciated her eagerness to help and positive attitude despite my late arrival. The baked goods sadly didn't really live up to my expectations. The cranberry oat scone was the much better of the two; it was pleasantly sweet and had the proper scone texture and only a little dry. Unfortunately, the hand tart had several edges that I discovered later had been burnt. This impacted the flavor of the whole item and sadly diminished it greatly. The fruit filling was tasty at least, though I didn't get much raspberry from it -- mostly blueberry. I'd be down to try again in the future, just would come earlier in the day when the selection is a bit larger and the products available are a bit more "choice," let's say. I appreciated the kind service and lovely vibes!

Today I was sitting in there doing studying at eating some food I had with me and drinking water. I was panning on ordering an iced chai after I finished my water I just wanted to get through drinking it first. That's when Leticia Fernandez came up to me and said I had to buy something then and I was being rude (I had literally only been in there for 5 minutes). I told her I had been planning on it and showed her my capybara points that showed I was a semi regular customer. She scoffed at me saying "some people have way more" She then said she saw me eating sushi from Publix once there (let me tell you this was on their patio for 5 minutes max and no one was out there and it's a public space) Being in a college area where UTK students find places to sit and study should be expected and when I've literally spent so much money on their overpriced coffee there I would expect to be treated with respect. Well now I have no respect for this business and lady it was not me being rude it was you. If I you as a customer are not wanting to get berated and called rude by a passive aggressive money hungry lady then do not go here. Do not support Leticia Fernandez's business because she is a greedy owner. I guess I will never get an iced chai from here again, oh well it wasn't even that good anyway there's plenty of coffe stores better than them in Knox.Oh also she said I was taking up space at a table and they have a crowded atmosphere when there were still many tables open and it's not my fault you set up the space the way you did, what's even crazier is that I was going to pay for an expensive coffee from them until she berated me. Don't go here go to k brew Knox! Way better people, atmosphere, and coffee! Or seed coffee, or awaken, or coffee and chocolate!
