I don't know why but we never had a good experience at Aubrey's. No matter what location…read more This time the server kept ignoring us. She would take care of the table beside us then not even look our direction. She didn't put the order in in a timely manner so it took far too long to get our food. And when it finally came it was either wrong or tasted bad. They dropped one of the dishes and didn't tell anyone so my husbands steak came much later than everyone else and they didn't tell us why. His steak should have been cooked M and when it finally came the first time it was way over. So they made another and it was way under. The fish I had was soggy and flavorless. Our friends steak was overcooked as well. This experience sealed it for us and we will never visit an Aubrey's again.

I headed to the drive thru around 9:45am in the morning, I was the only car there on a Tuesday and its one of the few establishment that use a voice bot to take the order, I didn't mind, had no problem at all. By the time I got to the window and was greeted by a friendly employee and tap to pay, I got my Bo- Berry Biscuits and was on my way out. Overall, it was hot and fresh, soft and pillowy when its baked fresh and if you waited to eat for later, make sure to add a wet paper towel over the biscuit to get it soft. I can't wait to come back here again.

Order 1: 2 triple cheeseburgers with no pickles and extra cheese. Got 0 extra cheese and they only had one burger that had no pickles the other had 20 extra pickles!! Order 2: caramel macchiato with extra caramel syrup and caramel drizzle!! One is a pump of Carmel the other is the drizzle they put on top of whipped cream. Failed to do both but I was charged for these. I paid for something I never got. Happened (3 times in the past 2 weeks)!! Extra Syrup adds ($1) the drizzle adds ($0.30) to the order.
