Everything. Against my friends advice, I went there because they now have the loaded Italian sandwich which always looks better in the advertisements. I thought since it was a new item I would give it a try. I had not gone to this Arby's since I moved. I got the sandwich with large fries and a drink. The only thing good in the meal was the drink. The sandwich was nothing like and Italian. Not even sure what they put in it but it was basically tasteless. Heave on the mayonnaise but the meat was indistinguishable not to mention the curly fries tasted like they have been sitting out all day! Not good at all. However I think my dog likes them. After careful consideration, I will not be patronizing this location on Millertown Pike any longer. If I want to get an Italian sub, I will go out of my way to go to Publix. Their sub is incredible! All this being said, the sandwich didn't make itself, I think a lot has to do with the people that are working there and their concern about putting out a good product. The sign outside said "now hiring- 2 day shift & 2 closers" so we should have heeded the warning. The manager was trying to train "on the fly". She was frustrated, as was the staff and the frustration oozed out onto the guests. Ouch! Despite the rough "greeting" the food met the standards. read more

We just went the drive thru and got two fries a sandwich and a wrap. We asked for both fries to be the crinkle fries. We asked for ketchup and the spicy three pepper sauce for our fries. We are traveling, so (shame on us) we drove off without checking the bag. We got one krinkle fry and one curly fry. Both of them were old and cold. We were given 41 packs of ketchup, 6 Arby's sauce packs and 8 spicy three pepper sauce packs. No wonder restaurants are struggling. It doesn't help when the staff is giving the profit away. I called and told the manager. I thought she might want to tell the staff at the window not give so much away. She literally laughed a few times and said, "okay". She wasn't concerned in the slightest. Not trying to be a tattletale. That is just so wasteful! read more

Had a great visit today. The staff was very friendly. We visit this location whenever we have a craving for Arby's. It's close to where we live and easy to get in and out. The food is always correct in our order as well. The Reuben was awesome!! I was hesitant to get it because I didn't want to be disappointed and I was not! I will definitely get it again. The fries, sliders, Reuben, jalapeño popper bites and wraps were all prepared well and tasted great. We were happy with our order to say the least. Will come back as always. read more

Came through here in an ambulance looking for something quick, lobby was closed and we couldn't fit through the drive through. Gave the store a call and they said "no worries!" They took my order and brought it out to the truck no questions asked! Super respectful and seemed happy to serve. Got exactly what we ordered too! read more

Omg so for this review I have to say this is mostly based on working there a week ... I have managed many restaurants and the managers here r rude and don't seem to know how to be nice for five min to crew ! They have a few really good crew tho but based on how I was treated and thrown in basically ur looking at a big sign that u have to c how to make a sandwich while the managers smack the counter saying hurry up nothing is clean and if I make a sandwich wrong or anything smack it on the floor so now if u run to grab something ur falling over food ... and every morning I was made to go clean restrooms ? Shouldn't the lobby closer do that ? But that's ok while I have an hour to do that and check off a prep list and sweep the lot ? That's a lot on one person in an hour as ur expected to go on break .. but y I had to quit was going to tell the manager problems Like blood from meat dripping on desserts in the cooler and nobody fixing it . Sad I hope It gets cleaned up and putting sandwich bread down on the same board u just had bloody deer meat on I can't knowingly serve people that read more

I just went through drive thru at this Arby's. We just got back from vacation and have driven more than 500 miles today. Needless to say I really did not feel up to fixing a meal. I ordered the family meal-two large sandwiches and 4 sliders along with 4 fries and an order of cheese sticks. I made sure to ask for sauces-horsey, pepper sauces along with ketchup. I was asked if I needed marinara for the cheese sticks. Of course I answered. The lady at the window handed me out 2 large bags, I didn't check for the sauces because while I was sitting there both she and the gentleman who took my order were moving containers of sauces to the drive thru. Needless to say we are having to eat our sandwiches without sauce and the fries without ketchup. No marinara either. That is not what made me angry. When I called back the person answering the phone says "oh well, I just prepared your food and that she should have check the bag" no apology no offer to make it right. Her phrase was we would replace food if we left it out and basically it was my problem that we have to eat dry food. She informed me that she was the manager and that was the way it is. Oh well. I don't have to spend my money there because I am not paying for rudeness. An apology would have gone a long way. Giving them a 1 star because 1 stars is not an option. read more
