The store no longer serves breakfast, despite it being in a "travel" exit location, right by 13 hotels and a truck station, and it was always the second busiest breakfast fast food, so why stop? Literally got my Fiancé breakfast at a different Taco Bell location on the way to drop her off for work, and hit the location close by home to get some for myself, they stopped serving breakfast. I wish I could give zero starts because I didn't even get served. I got a screw you from Taco Bell. Open back up for breakfast, or this Taco Bell is gonna go under like it already seems to be doing with how poorly it's been run recently. read more

I cannot even call it Taco Bell I can call it struggle Bell!! Ordered the taco pizza was a 2 inch diameter and had like 1 spoon of meat, half a spoon of sour cream, one small pinch of lettuce, 3 small diced potatoes as not the whole potatoes just 3 pieces from a diced potato, and a small pinch of cheese!! (Also this order charged me for Extra Meat, Cheese, and sour cream). With the order above I also had a three layer burrito with (Extra Meat, Cheese, and sour cream) did not receive any of that and it was a regular burrito!! Sauces I ordered was 4 mild sauces and 2 Diablo sauces but received 6 Diablo Sauces...???? $5 for a 2 inch baby pizza that has less toppings then a prostitute!! And rips of people then the prostitutes $/hour!! Massively needs to raise the amount of food you get/$!! Let's not talk about the struggle wrap Supreme!! read more

It's a struggle to try to even order here is what I've learned, if you go inside they want you to order of the kiosk and if you go through the drive through your more than likely going to waste time sitting there after ordering because you will sit at the speaker until they "let you come to the window" due to their distract manager is what a employee told me. read more

Firstly I should say that I've been a huge taco bell fan since I first experienced it in 1981. I once drove from Florida to Maine stopping to eat ONLY at taco bell chains along the way - each time I loved it. I am only posting this, my first bad review of a fastfood chain here as a WARNING TO OTHERS. I believe the servers at the back of this particular taco bell is purposely placing special bodily sauces in their bean burritos (perhaps your employees have been watching too much Fight Club). I noticed the bean burritos near the end of my meal to have a strange texture and when I peered inside it, it did not look right. I have had bean burritos for over 38 years at taco bell, but these were special. Sure enough, a couple hours down the road, I had to pull off the highway going 70mph and barely was able to run out into the highway railing bushes to have my entire innards explode onto some hapless plantlife. I love Taco Bell, I've eaten there at least once a week most my life and I'm 39. I've never been to a friendlier Taco Bell than this one. While taking our order Brian went above and beyond to make our Taco Bell experience enjoyable. The food was piping hot and delicious. I modify a lot of my items and they everything came out just as I ordered it. We were laughing and joking with the cashier, as well, I live in Cali and will find a way to come back to this Taco Bell because the experience was top notch. Y'all are doing amazing! I love this Taco Bell. When me and 5 of my buddies were seniors in High school we drove to Knoxville to watch a concert played by The Hush Sound and Straylight Run. We had already planned to eat at this taco bell on the way home and we were ridiculously excited about it. The concert was pretty good, but this Taco Bell experience was top notch. Everyone got a lot of food, they nailed the order and it was all hot and amazing. We asked for a lot of sauce and they gave us a plastic bag that maybe had 300 sauce packets in it. I took a picture of my friend Brent holding up a bunch of sauce packets with my first ever cell phone, I hate that I don't have that picture anymore. Anyways, 5 stars all the way, highly recommend, I don't still listen to the bands except for Straylight Run every now and then for nostalgia but I like them more now than I did before because of the association I have with this TBell. read more

Surprisingly great Taco Bell. Stopped here on a road trip and the woman taking our order was super friendly. They got the order correct, the food was hot, and she gave us a plastic bag with sauces. When we drove off we realized she also put in some wet naps and mints. Never had any other Taco Bell offer that kind of service! read more

Slowest Taco Bell EVER!!!!! Food for 2 adults and 2 kids took 20 mins and we were the only people in the dine-in area and four people were working. They gave us two free apple turnovers which was nice but that doesn't quite make up for it. It was cleaner than some I have seen but not the cleanest either. I'm sure if I were addicted to crystal meth or needed to sell something on Craigslist in the parking lot to funnel an addiction to opium this would be the place to hang. Have you ever tried a narcotic trade while sipping on a Baja Blast? I haven't either but the employees and regular clientele here know something the rest of us don't. It's as if the people pulling off the interstate know to stay away from here as it's rarely busy, but like another reviewer said, incredibly slow. You could try the drive thru but you'll end up going in anyways with an elevated blood pressure only to realize you're talking to people who are simply doing the best they can. Hey, it's hard maintaining a look like you were cast as an extra in The People Under the Stairs. If anyone who works on Intervention is traveling by be sure to stop here if you're looking for new creative content. Also, it should be noted that the only requirement to be called manager here is you went to a tattoo shop and paid someone to give you one instead of your sister's boyfriend who learned while he was on "vacation" for the past 3-5 years. read more
