My wife and I are never disappointed with the food or service when we visit this establishment. Plus, the prices were reasonable.

Never going back. My wife got violently ill after eating Chick-fil-A soup. I reported this to Chick-fil-A Cares and to the store itself. The store "manager" working at the time refused to give me the contact information of the franchise owner. I waited to hear back from ANYONE at CFA as they promised they would reach out to me. Service was adequate but not as friendly as it was the many other times I have been there. It's across from my gym so I stop there frequently. My normal order is a Southwest salad and a frozen Lemonade. The frozen Lemonade was good but my salad was not. Who's a Chick-fil-A lover, raise your hand!? I'm sure we all are, the customer service is always phenomenal. I always get greeted with bright smiles from every single employee. So, this is definitely my go-to fastfood restaurant when I'm on the go! I love their salads, chicken biscuit sandwich, waffle fries, chicken minis and my all time favorite sauce is the Polynesian sauce, it compliments everything. so I get here and then I order my food and I asked the girl if I could pay with gift cards there and she says no. Then we get to the window to pay and she has us down to pay for two gift cards. after all that they finally figure out which order is ours. They didn't even make the food right. First they forgot my milkshake so I had to ask for it, then I had to ask for it at the register, next they gave me the wrong flavor milkshake. They didn't give me friend his honey mustard after saying they would bring it. My friend also asked for Mac and cheese and never gave it to them in fact they never put it on the receipt so they didn't hear him say it. read more

This morning around 8:42am, I witnessed a Chick-fil-A employee chase a car down the drive thru almost past the dumpster yelling their name because they drove off and left part of their order. This is just one of the many reasons I love Chick-fil-A. Ain't no other fast food restaurant going to flag down, let alone chase down, a customer because they forgot something. This Chick-fil-A is disappointing. I always choose the brand for good food, properly served, and clean restrooms. I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles at the drive-through. When I checked my order, there were no pickles. So I had to go inside. I went to use the restroom, which is usually pristine at Chick-fil-A restaurants. This one had paper towels all over the floor, unflushed toilets, and broken off hooks to hang your purse. Someone needs to show this place some love. I'm surprised corporate is not aware. read more

I had heard about Chick-Fil-A for years, and how good their sandwich was. Driving down to Florida, we made a stop in Powell and there was a Chick-Fil-A near by, so we had to try it. I always thought people were exaggerating about how great their sandwich is. It's just a chicken sandwich, how good could it be?... I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich... all it has is a bun, butter and some pickles. I took my first bite and I was in shock at how great it was! How is this possible? It was spectacular, it really was. I don't know what they do, or how they do it, but the sandwich lives up to the hype... it is truly awesome! Can't wait to go back! read more

I thought this to myself the last time I went through: "Why can't other drive-thru restaurants be this easy?" Even with a line it does not take long. They have 2 lanes for taking orders. Cars move quick and don't normally sit for very long. The food I order is always prepped and fresh when we get it and the staff is always courteous when we drive around to pick it up. Napkins are always in the bag and sauces are supplied with the orders (even ketchup with fries, who knew?!?). The only quirk I would say is to be careful getting there. It's on a spot on the highway where oncoming traffic moves pretty quick. read more

This is a large Chick-fil-a. There was a steady flow of customers inside and at the drive thru. The service was friendly and prompt. Our meals were delivered to our table before we could even seat ourselves!! Talk about service!! The entrees were prepared perfectly and were very tasty. Stopped by here right at 11:00 today to grab lunch on the go. The best thing of the meal was the drink. The nuggets and fries tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours already. Both were soggy and no flavor, also had a strip of what looked to be overcooked slice of chicken. I was hoping for the sandwich to at least be good...wrong! It was so chewy and tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave. For it to have been only 30 minutes of serving lunch, it was quite disappointing. read more

It's a Chick-Fil-A. The food is good. The restaurant was clean and nice. The waffle fries were okay. Not sure exactly how fresh they were, but they were decent. The staff was friendly - hard to beat southern hospitality. It's a nice change of pace. Not something I'd hit every day, but it's a great road-trip meal for the family. While I don't agree with ownership's political games, I respect that they make good food and provide it in a clean establishment. For that, we can co-exist (see how that works, guys?). read more

A friend and I dined in at Emory Rd FSU in Powell TN. We used the bathroom first - very dirty. It was 5:44, store was virtually empty. We ordered two meals, looked for a table. The only clean table in the ENTIRE store was a 2-top. The floor was filthy. Four team mbrs chatted behind the front counter. Got our meal. The medium fry was brown, cold, and mealy. My friend has worked for CFA for 5 years; she said it was clear that the fries were past the 2 min hold time. Bc the store wasn't busy, no one had bothered to make new fries. I went to the counter and very politely asked "P" for a new fry. I also asked if P wouldn't mind clearing off some of the tables. I was brought a new fry, which was fine. P wiped about 3-4 tables nearby but not the whole restaurant. P returned to visiting with front-counter staff. Before leaving, my friend went to the front counter to ask for a replacement drink top. P was there w the director (black shirt), complaining that she had to replace my fry and that I asked her to wipe off some tables. The director said, "That's ridiculous." My friend was absolutely floored that a team member would complain about a guest at the front counter within earshot of other guests. When P saw her standing there, of course, her tone changed. I called the store to speak to the operator; a diff't director said the operator (Greg Jones) only allows them to text him from 9-5. Greg has not called me back, not surprising. Look at this store's Google reviews- absolutely awful. I'd rather pay as much or more money at Five Guys or Salsarita's and get better food and certainly better service. This CFA is not a good representation of the CFA brand and should be avoided until the operator takes his job seriously. read more

Every time I go to this location, the heavy set blonde girl working the drive thru window is always so rude with a constant attitude. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but the second and third time I realized that's just her. One time she handed out the wrong food to the car in front of me, and when the car realized, backed up with her guidance, and she almost let him hit my car. He would have if I hadn't honked at him. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. No wonder they're constantly hiring new people if this is the type of person their other employees have to work with. read more

So for those who are health nuts, order the 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets they are packed with 38 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat and 220 calories. Absolutely the best fast food chain i've ever had. I'm only 14 but i've never been to a fast food restaurant that was better. Amazing food and excellent and pleasant service from the friendliest people. Reasonable prices, and the rewards system from the Chick-fil-A app can get you hundreds of free items. They have added a ton of new features since I was a kid, like curbside delivery, and paying with your phone, the rewards system on the app. 10/10 would recommend giving this place a try!!! read more

We have very few Chick-fil-As in Michigan, so it is always a treat to find one while traveling out of state. This one did not disappoint. We thought we would be waiting in line for awhile by the looks of the parking lot and the drive-thru wrapped around the building, it seemed, so my husband dropped me off so he could find a parking spot. The restaurant was busy, but there were not long lines. One cashier waived me over to take my order and was willing to wait for my husband! She was so sweet, pleasant, and patient! It's fast food. However, from hearing people talk about it you would think Chick-fil-A is the second coming. The service is friendly and the place is always clean. However, the food is simply mediocre and in my opinion, overpriced. The chicken sandwich is so flat that much of it consists only of breading. I live within 5 miles of this location so I'm giving it and many chances and I've always found myself wishing I hadn't gone there. read more

I have always loved Chick-fil-A but this place REALLY impressed me!! I took my daughter and her friend here for lunch and when we got inside I remembered the child had peanut allergies so I was concerned she wouldn't be able to eat there. I asked the girl at the register and was surprised by how much she knew about allergies. She explained how the oils were refined to take out the protein which causes much of the allergic reactions, but also assured me that the french fries and grilled nuggets were cooked in completely separate machines from where the peanut oil was. She told me that all the staff was trained in avoiding cross-contamination and she even offered to get a manager if I had further questions. We were all able to enjoy a yummy meal together.
