Ordered here for the first time and it was delicious. We ordered a one medium topping pizza and the meat eaters with cannolis plus breadsticks for four people Let's just say nobody was disappointed, and there wasn't much leftovers. Great food and lots of it! First visit at this Gondoliers and very happy to see consistent and excellent food as is the case at other Gondoliers. We had the pizza and you can't go wrong with that! Dine here if you want to get robbed! I brought my mother for LUNCH, our Server LIZ decided ringing in our pizza that was priced on the MENU as 17.00 is now $30. She at no point explained why, and even the manager DIVANNI Agreed $30 didn't sound correct considering I ordered a large pizza. After discussing she admits twice that her employee was wrong but they weren't gping to be taking accountability and adjusting the price . She never apologized for the mistake or offered any soltuion other than standing there looking at me dumbfounded that im confonting her on hwr employees robbing her customers . DIVANNI should be fired for her unprofessional way of handling situations. you apparently dont pride yourself on being a business that cares about return customers- because this WAS our go to spot when going to town . Not anymore. Retrain your employees and fire DIVANNI. Lastly, I think Gabbi was very kind, and the fact that she was understand of the issue and trying to help us speaks volumes on her character. This place used to be alright, recently ordered a pizza and wings the pizza was so dry and tasted like i just got it from the freezer section. Wings were a solid 6/10. Servers there are great but don't get me started on management. Divani the manager is so unprofessional. When i asked to speak to her she acted like i was some villain and like it was such a inconvenience to talk to me. I've been here quiet a few times and let me say i've noticed her talk down to other employees.. ones that were obviously new there. Anyways the best advice to this restaurant get better management. This is a very short one because you either like it or you don't. I had a Stromboli and I have had better, not horrible, but you can make it better. The dough was not baked enough. The bottom was soggy and most egregious was the meat distribution. I hasked for pepperoni, and I found it. At either end. The middle was just cheese and onions. Went for date night on a Sunday. It was really slow in there and we were excited thinking we'd get quick service. Our waiter was very friendly, had a great attitude and was a very good server. Unfortunately our order came out incorrect as well as cold and they had to fix it. It also took about 35 minutes. The server felt horrible and did everything in his power to make it right. The manager was very nice too. The food was pretty good. We had two different dinners, the gryo platter which was about 14 bucks and a mixed Greek platter for about 17. The server was so good at trying to fix the problems we tipped about 45%! When we go again we want him so we know we're taken care of. We have been to several of this chain of Italian restaurants, this is the first time we've been to this one. After being seated and getting our drinks we unwrapped are silverware which we had to call the waiter three different times because the silverware and plates were dirty each time. The waiter took are order, our salads came out and this is the reason why am giving them one star, we didn't take one bite of our salad before our dinner arrived and the salad was frozen and wilted, I said to the waiter we haven't even eaten the salad yet and his response was not what I expected he said to me I will put it under the heat light that was not acceptable to me so we took our dinner and ate the dinner first which by the way was cold. This might've been a bad night for the cooks and the waiter but I still have to let you know what I feel. read more

I make a point of eating at Gondolier anytime I am in the area and it never disappoints. The food is delicious and plentiful. I especially like their pizza, which is the best I have tasted in the area. Their Greek salad is also a treat. Service is always fast, friendly, and attentive. Gondolier has really good pizza. For as busy as they were, the service was very fast. The pizza was hot and the breadsticks were fresh and soft. We had a large pepperoni which was perfect, and a small Grecian delight. The only complaint I have is the quantity of olives. I know I ordered a small but I expected more than four olives. Every meal I have ever eaten here is always delicious. I highly recommend the Chicken Souvlaki with the best tzatziki sauce. Their pizzas are delicious. I recommend trying the white pizza. Desserts are delicious and can feed three. Only wish they had their cannolis more often. read more

If you have a gluten allergy, please be very careful! We specifically asked the server for chicken piccata over rice. Food was delivered with pasta instead. After reminding the server, the plate was re-made. Unfortunately, I watched as the cook made a motion that appeared to transfer the already contaminated chicken to a new plate. I asked to speak to the manager and insisted that the chicken not be re-used. In the end, the manager asked is what celiac disease was. That's disturbing, but we were happy to educate him. This restaurant is okay. To me, it's a lower quality Olive Garden but with pizza as well. I have ordered their chicken Alfredo a couple of times. The noodles are too thick and the sauce lacks flavor. It came with breadsticks, which were alright, and a salad, which wasn't very appetizing. I have never ordered their pizza, but I have heard that it is okay.
