The crust was super crispy at the bottom and soft and fluffy towards the toppings and sauce. I ordered a veggie pizza and the veggie combo was great! The sauce was tangy and flavorful. I ordered take out so I couldn't give a full review on service, but i did enjoy the short service I received ordering and picking up the pizza. The pizza shop felt cozy and like a blast from the past according to my dad. He said it was from the 70-80s kind of feel. Next time I come to Tennessee and need a tasty pizza, I'm coming here!! I ordered the cheese bread, Cookie and four square thick crust cup pepperoni. The cookie was pretty good. The cheese bread was freaking amazing, thick yummy dough either garlic cheese. The pizza... I would not buy again I took one piece and gave the rest to my dog. I would compare it to a Pizza Hut pan pizza where it's baked in grease and the dough is not good and neither is this Sauce. read more

We've never gotten a burned or undercooked pizza at this location. This is our favorite pizza in the area. My girlfriend and I met the owner and had the Sicilian pizza when they opened and apparently I'm not a huge fan however, their hand tossed hands down is the best I've ever had expensive. Yes well worth the price heck yes. Highly recommend you try . Once you master the phone bot you only have to call it to always get 15% off. Delectable, desirable and deserted. This Jet's Pizza location was sparkling in many ways. Every inch of the space was very clean. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. Food arrived at our table quickly. I have zero negative comments about this place. My friend and I enjoyed some grub by ourselves with only one other guest arriving for pick up during our stay. While quiet the space proves quite accommodating for groups as they have a dedicated space with a large table. Morristown has its choice of pizza places and while some may be opposed to chains this one is off the chain and to use the company's own words "better, because it has to be." read more

Since working years ago making pies, I'm very picky about my pizzas. I find that in our area most are low budget fast food type pies. Not having Jet's locally we stopped here for that reason...it's about an hour from home. This is how deep dish should be! Not doughy under the toppings! Fresh bread texture, toppings were cooked perfectly and the bottom was crisp and delicious! They even gave our 3 youngins some toys from a basket of their choice! This place knows how to make a GREAT deep dish pizza THAT I LOVE. It's become THE ONLY pizza we order. There is a very easy to use app for ordering and once you have a favorite, if you use their text notifications, you can just text to repeat your last order and receive a discount on you order. Loyalty points can be earned and used for free food items. We have yet to have food from here that wasn't delicious and we have tried nearly all their offerings. In restaurant seating is good and there are TVs that are on in dining area. Customer service has always been friendly, very attentive. I love love love the 8 corner (Detroit style) deep dish pizza. Every slice is a corner slice YUM! We always get the deep dish with onions and ground beef. It is so flavorful, always consistent and delicious. I love the crust on this pizza; crispy on outside with a good flavor. This pie is great as a leftover too because it reheats nicely (350 degrees for about 11 minutes on aluminum foil). It also freezes great. When I call my order in they give me a time and it's always ready for me. The employees are great and are always really nice. read more

We went to Jet's in Morristown this past Saturday. We were greeted immediately by Tommy, who I'm assuming was the owner/GM. Let me tell you Tommy was absolutely awesome in greeting us, listing out the specials, and talking to us about the pizza industry. He asked if we were first-timers and we said yes and that we were visiting from out of state. He recommended a speciality pizza and any large two topping for $27.99. We got the Detroit style deep dish and went with the Aloha BBQ Chicken and a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. We waited about 15 minutes and it came out fresh, cut into squares with very crisp dough. It was fantastic. The best I've had in years and certainly the best in Tennessee. Tommy was so friendly and even gave my daughter a big brownie to take home. I asked if he had a tip jar and he said just having us as customers is plenty for him. Who says that? Overall 5 stars and first class all the way. They are remodeling and will have a large seating area next time we visit. read more

Originally from the northeast where I have access to Boston and New York pizzas. Jet's regular crust is dry and like cardboard. The pan deep dish pizza is better. The crust is crunchy on the bottom and soft on the inside. The sauce was just ok. Asked for extra mozzarella and cheddar on my pizza. What I received was not extra. Best pizza in Morristown. We're from MI: jets is a staple in the metro Detroit and surrounding areas. We live in FL and we're visiting family that now lives in Morristown. What a great surprise when we found out they just opened a jets !! The whole family was excited to get a little taste of "home". The service was just as good as the pizza. From the order placed over the phone, to the friendliness of the delivery driver our expectations were exceeded. We got our favorite - bbq chicken pizza, and one regular cheese & pepperoni.
