We love this New York style pizza is like it cooked a bit lighter the cheese was a bit too brown for me to give 5 stars this time but the last one was perfect we ate the last one up fast no pictures were taken. This one the cause was a bit bitter too. But the crust was delight in both. We got sesame seeds on this one and there were to few. read more

I called in an order on 9/13/26 at 4:45 for 5:30 pick-up, I walked in the door at 5:30, and I waited, and waited, and waited. I watched people come in, wait then leave. There was NOT ONE person that worked there around! There were a couple of people eating at tables but no worker. Finally 20 minutes later a man came from the back, and people jumped up to the counter. He asked if he could take my order and then I let him know that I was there for a 5:30 pickup and he was the first person I had seen, he asked for my name, then told me the price, took my money, went to the back brought me my two not so hot pizzas and said thank you! Not one I'm sorry, no excuse, nothing! I could understand if he had of said "I'm the only one here, having to do it all" but not one word! Will be along time before I come back here! Or my friends!! read more

The crust was super crispy at the bottom and soft and fluffy towards the toppings and sauce. I ordered a veggie pizza and the veggie combo was great! The sauce was tangy and flavorful. I ordered take out so I couldn't give a full review on service, but i did enjoy the short service I received ordering and picking up the pizza. The pizza shop felt cozy and like a blast from the past according to my dad. He said it was from the 70-80s kind of feel. Next time I come to Tennessee and need a tasty pizza, I'm coming here!! I ordered the cheese bread, Cookie and four square thick crust cup pepperoni. The cookie was pretty good. The cheese bread was freaking amazing, thick yummy dough either garlic cheese. The pizza... I would not buy again I took one piece and gave the rest to my dog. I would compare it to a Pizza Hut pan pizza where it's baked in grease and the dough is not good and neither is this Sauce. read more

Best pizza place in Morristown. Always done perfectly and promptly. You won't be disappointed

The pizza was hot and tasted great! Small seating area but it was a Sunday night and they weren't busy. Definitely recommend and will return. You order as soon as you walk in. The rest is help yourself (drinks, cheese, peppers, etc). read more

Delectable, desirable and deserted. This Jet's Pizza location was sparkling in many ways. Every inch of the space was very clean. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. Food arrived at our table quickly. I have zero negative comments about this place. My friend and I enjoyed some grub by ourselves with only one other guest arriving for pick up during our stay. While quiet the space proves quite accommodating for groups as they have a dedicated space with a large table. Morristown has its choice of pizza places and while some may be opposed to chains this one is off the chain and to use the company's own words "better, because it has to be." read more

Really good pizza, and lots of options to try. Had never tried a Jets Pizza before, it seems like it's definitely the best in our area, so we'll be trying it again. read more

Since working years ago making pies, I'm very picky about my pizzas. I find that in our area most are low budget fast food type pies. Not having Jet's locally we stopped here for that reason...it's about an hour from home. This is how deep dish should be! Not doughy under the toppings! Fresh bread texture, toppings were cooked perfectly and the bottom was crisp and delicious! They even gave our 3 youngins some toys from a basket of their choice! I can't say enough about how top notch this pizza was! Now we need to get them to Kingsport!!! read more

Does not have hardly any sauce. Tasteless and nasty. Crossing this place off my list.

This place knows how to make a GREAT deep dish pizza THAT I LOVE. It's become THE ONLY pizza we order. There is a very easy to use app for ordering and once you have a favorite, if you use their text notifications, you can just text to repeat your last order and receive a discount on you order. Loyalty points can be earned and used for free food items. We have yet to have food from here that wasn't delicious and we have tried nearly all their offerings. In restaurant seating is good and there are TVs that are on in dining area. Customer service has always been friendly, very attentive. Believe me when I tell you this place makes GREAT PIZZA read more

Food is always awesome, and the service is top notch! Best pizza joint in Mo-town by far! Never been disappointed!

I love love love the 8 corner (Detroit style) deep dish pizza. Every slice is a corner slice YUM! We always get the deep dish with onions and ground beef. It is so flavorful, always consistent and delicious. I love the crust on this pizza; crispy on outside with a good flavor. This pie is great as a leftover too because it reheats nicely (350 degrees for about 11 minutes on aluminum foil). It also freezes great. When I call my order in they give me a time and it's always ready for me. The employees are great and are always really nice. read more

If your looking for an amazing pizza, you must go to Jets Pizza!! Not only is it just good pizza, their dough and sauce are made fresh daily, as well as all their cheese is grated fresh daily and the vegetables are cut fresh daily. Heck they even make their own Ranch dressing daily (You can get it by the bottle and I highly suggest it ) If it's just you try the two slice deal, 2 deep dish Detroit style slices and a drink for just over $6 including tax! ‍ why are you even thinking about that . Great staff and they even a dining room to sit with friends, eat pizza and watch the game! read more

Imagine old school Pizza Hut. You know the one with fried crispy dough? This place has some of the best pizza in town.

We went to Jet's in Morristown this past Saturday. We were greeted immediately by Tommy, who I'm assuming was the owner/GM. Let me tell you Tommy was absolutely awesome in greeting us, listing out the specials, and talking to us about the pizza industry. He asked if we were first-timers and we said yes and that we were visiting from out of state. He recommended a speciality pizza and any large two topping for $27.99. We got the Detroit style deep dish and went with the Aloha BBQ Chicken and a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. We waited about 15 minutes and it came out fresh, cut into squares with very crisp dough. It was fantastic. The best I've had in years and certainly the best in Tennessee. Tommy was so friendly and even gave my daughter a big brownie to take home. I asked if he had a tip jar and he said just having us as customers is plenty for him. Who says that? Overall 5 stars and first class all the way. They are remodeling and will have a large seating area next time we visit. read more

They could have called me and told me they didn't open till 10 and have no drivers but no they waited till i called looking for the order to tell me its done but they don't open till 10am. Horrible customer service. They charge more then anyone else in town for delivery and don't even offer a discount or anything for not letting us know earlier. read more

First time I walked in I was welcomed very courteous. My order was taken and was told if i wanted to wait while my pizza was being cooked to help myself to a soda. I have never had a experience like that. I have been back and yes the pizza was great. read more

Originally from the northeast where I have access to Boston and New York pizzas. Jet's regular crust is dry and like cardboard. The pan deep dish pizza is better. The crust is crunchy on the bottom and soft on the inside. The sauce was just ok. Asked for extra mozzarella and cheddar on my pizza. What I received was not extra. At least it was better than store bought frozen. read more

Awesomeness!! Great pizza and wings. The service inside was very good. They changed the TVs to something I liked.

Best pizza in history. Always super fresh, the staff are awesome, and the variety of different pizza is fantastic!

Best pizza in Morristown. We're from MI: jets is a staple in the metro Detroit and surrounding areas. We live in FL and we're visiting family that now lives in Morristown. What a great surprise when we found out they just opened a jets !! The whole family was excited to get a little taste of "home". The service was just as good as the pizza. From the order placed over the phone, to the friendliness of the delivery driver our expectations were exceeded. We got our favorite - bbq chicken pizza, and one regular cheese & pepperoni. Both amazing. Couldn't have been happier with the product and the service. read more
