Yes parking can be crazy because starbucks decided to put their drive through right in front of a driveway. STARBUCKS makes it difficult to get into the parking lot. Other than the problem with Starbucks. I have to say this panda is nice. The people are friendly. I wanted a passion ice tea and it was perfectly made. We haven't been to this location in over 3 years because we moved out of state. Now that we have moved back. We will stop buy and get a large passion ice tea. Such mouth heaven. They veggies are always fresh and cut daily onsite. They have a family night on Wednesdays and kids eat free with each paying adult. Limit 1 per paying adult. Sorry for those who have more kids than adults. We order 3 meals. The orange chicken was deliciously made perfect. The broccoli beef was on point and had crunchy broccoli. The Mushroom chicken didn't skimp on mushrooms. My son dropped his fortune Cookie and Jonathan one of the employees brought him another one. Thanks to that kind gentleman. I'm not usually a fan of any kind of Chinese food, but today my boyfriend talked me into it. Begrudgingly, I went with him to Panda Express at the Forum. As soon as we entered, the young lady behind the counter could see that I was a bit confused by the ordering process because I was staring blankly at the order board. She immediately offered assistance and asked if we would like to try any samples or if we had any questions about anything. I knew I wanted fried rice, but wasn't sure of my entree. She suggested getting a plate so I could have two entrees. After sampling the spicy Beijing beef, I chose that one and the honey walnut shrimp. My hungry boyfriend ordered a 3 entree plate and she informed us that he could do half lo mein and half fried rice. He was very excited about that! After preparing our boxes to go, she suggestively sold me on an eggroll and my boyfriend got the cream cheese Rangoons. Everything was hot and delicious. This is my first time coming to this Panda Express location and I must say I am not impressed. The customer service was okay, not too shabby but not too bad either. However, the portion of chicken I received for the bowls I ordered was literally way too little. I understand it isn't a plate, however, that doesn't mean that I shouldn't get at least a little bit more chicken than what I did. I basically got two bowls full of white rice with minimal chicken and paid close to $14 for it all with no drinks. That, in my opinion, is not right. Very, very pleased with this location. So clean, the staff were professional and friendly. The food smelled so good but I needed Rangoons, 24 of them, and ordered them online. There was no order at the location. I had to go home to get my phone to check my emails and realized I hadn't finalized my order. Food is good if you choose and settle for something they've just made. Today was awful! Steamed rice was old, hard to chew like it had been sitting there for a while. Egg rolls were burnt and I waited in excess of 20 minutes for them. The young man working the cashier was friendly and displayed great customer skills. The cook was going as fast as he could. Both of them appeared to be very busy trying to keep up. There was an Asian lady who came out and served a plate or two a couple of times and kept going back into her room with a computer monitor. Just standing there while the two guys were working like crazy! Like she was trying to keep the line moving, but she was not very helpful. She was serving entrees that folks hadn't ordered, just to keep the line moving. She should have been helping the cook! The chicken I ordered came out and the egg rolls hadn't, so they didn't serve my plates because the egg rolls weren't done, in the meantime, they started running out of my chicken! Unbelievable! Well first time is a first I've always had pleasant experiences with this food chain. Well after waiting almost 20 minutes in line with my dog in hand it wasn't until I was next in line the manager informed me they didn't allow dogs?!? If I can rate the customer service, it would be a score below ZERO. I am still waiting for the Area Manager to return a phone call....it has been over 2 month now so I will try to reach the corporate office. What kind of restaurant business is this? 9 Aug 2018 approximately 7 a.m. asked if store was open as people were cleaning the place...two stepladders out in the store. Was told they were open. When I started my order - white rice, then looked for the orange chicken...no orange chicken available. Also noted many dish pans were empty. They were obviously not ready to be open. Since the rice had already been put in a two go box, I ordered beef broccoli and kung pao chicken. Left the store and drove off to eat in another place. While I did get a fork and a fortune cookie, I was not given a napkin. My complaint is if Panda Express is "open" for business, they should have all the food ready for customers. I do not especially like kung pao chicken at Panda. Nor do I appreciate not having napkins. Word of advice: even though Panda is "open" at 10:30, go after 11 to insure all choices available. I waited about 20 minutes just before they gave me my food. I don't understand why they have the online ordering on their website if I still have to wait 20 minutes for them to put together my food. Panda Express has a policy that requires their employees to ask all customers for a charitable donation when they purchase food. I personally disapprove of the tactic of asking for a donation in front of the other patrons. It feels awkward to say no, but I do. I'm sure they do this to generate additional revenue in some way. They may be getting a percentage of the money they collect, or utilizing a tax advantage, or both. Charitable donations are tax deductible, but in order for the customer to get a deduction, he/she would have to save their receipt for each visit during which a donation was made. Otherwise, the money the customer donated is a total loss to the you, the customer. Panda gets the cash AND the tax advantage. How much of the donated money actually goes to the charity is unknown. read more

We were on a road trip over the last weekend and had our lunch here. It was freezing at midday and had the soup on their menu which was extremely peppery! All we could taste was ground pepper! Also the fried rice was badly prepared with no seasoning what so ever! My toddler asked for a chili n soy sauce top-up to make it palatable. One of the worse Panda Express we visited. So tonight was probably going to be the last time I go to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tonight I placed an online order. First thing wrong was that the coupon I got in the mail today kept saying not valid. When we showed up to get our order it was on a shelf and we were told to look for our order but to see if the order was ours we had to touch every single bag which right now does not follow CDC guidelines. My order wasn't there so I asked the lady behind the counter for it and as I was doing so I mentioned that the coupon didn't work. Manager proceeded to say I'm not part of IT so that's not my problem. I'm pretty sure you are supposed to try and take care of the customer even if you aren't part of IT, that's your job as a Manager. And then when we got home our order wasn't even correct. I used to enjoy visiting this location, the customer service was always great and the food always fresh. However recent times there has always been a problem going on between Van, who I believe is the manager, and the employees. I have witnessed cooks getting yelled at, while they are trying to prepare foods. Even the workers serving the food! My last visit, Van served me and got upset with me because I was asking questions about a dish they no longer served. I did not appreciate this and will be trying to contact whoever runs this Panda Express. This type of treatment from management not only causes the employees to be in a state of distress, but also affects the treatment that us customers will recieve. Decent service. I've been to this place a few times.. Usually to pick up lunch for me and my coworkers. I like how we can order either in person, online or by phone. It's so convenient. My coworkers and I have actually found it easier to order online whenever we're going to have multiple orders because we can each use our debit cards and pay for our own food instead of sending one person with everyone's payments. That and the fact that when we order by phone they usually mess up someone's order. So we found online orders are usually correct. Only down side is that when we have gone in to pick up our orders whether it's an online or phone order one of the older Asian ladies always gets offended when we ask to physically verify the orders before we leave. She just says the orders verbally but won't open the plates for us to see. Then gets offended when we grab the bags and open them to verify they are correct. There have been a few times where she verbally said the order correct but in the plate it had the wrong entree. When we showed her she just said "oh" grabbed a little box and filled it with the correct entree. (Which is why whoever picks up everyone's orders always has to verify them). Even after showing her no apology is usually given from her. Other than that food seems to always be fresh. read more
