    Orange chicken and fried rice

Got two orders to go of fried rice and orange chicken. Food was fresh, hot, clean restaurant and good staff.

Handed my food in a paper bag with both containers turned sideways and contents leaking out. Covered in food before I could even pull away from the parking lot...all over my clothes, seatbelt, and front seat of my car. Tried to contact the restaurant but they won't answer their phone. Not sure I can do their review on their website since the code number was soaked and illegible.

Mushroom chicken with a side of Lo mein.

Eh. Its a hit and miss here but it's fast and I'm a sucker for free food. Yeah.. I had a coupon for a free entrée. I went early thinking it would be fresh. I was the only one in the whole place. Good sign....or bad. Well....noticing that some options weren't even made yet, I'm thinking I came a bit too early now. I asked the lady behind the counter about some of the missing options. She told me I could still order anything and they would cook it up for me ASAP. Oh yeah. How fresh was that? So, I ordered the mushroom chicken and orange chicken that were already sitting in their warming pots. I picked a green bean chicken as another entrée. The green bean chicken needed to be made yet, so they told me they would bring it out ASAP. Oh they made it ASAP alright. I give them a star for fast service, but unfortunately, the green bean chicken was a little too fresh. I don't even think they cooked the beans. Not even steamed or stir fried them. Just crunchy crunch green beans with sauce poured over them and a piece of chicken. Hmmm.... Yes, I like fresh, but I wasn't expecting raw. The mushroom chicken and orange chicken tasted good even though they were both semi-warm. And the noodles.....they're always addicting. I swear they put something in them to make you crave more. They probably aren't even ethnic chinese noodles, but man...do they taste good. So yeah, You get what you don't pay for.

$31 for 3 meals and I cant get 4 teriyaki sauces? WTF? you guys only fill them half way as well...

I would not normally take the time to reach out, but this experience was by far the worst Panda experience I have had to date. My experience left me with multiple areas of concern. 1.) my selection was unavailable, then when I placed my order I was 2.) given the wrong item and also overcharged 3.) $1.25 for the black pepper steak instead of the chicken. (didn't realize this until we got home) 4.) We then got parked and had to wait for the order. When we ordered we ordered 3 bigger plates and asked for 4 teriyakis and 2 sweet and sour. After they delivered the food to our car, I noticed that we didn't have any sauce in our bag so I had to go back into the location, wait in line only to be told that we could not have 4 teriyaki sauce cups. and 2 sweet-n-sour cups. 5.) The lady was rude. I offered to pay if she needed to charge and she said she could not give us 4 teriyaki sauces. I was given 2 teriyaki and 2 sweet and sour, and she was firm that we could not get more sauce. I really don't understand how this location has gone downhill so much. The last few times we have gone through the drive-thru we have had items missing or wrong but we live about 5 miles away and it's not worth the inconvenience to come back through. I get that mistakes happen, but please have someone double-check the order before handing it out the window. Please provide training for your staff and ensure your manager is aware of these repeated deficiencies. Thanks

Food was ok. Clean building and staff. The price is little less then a restaurant but more expensive then a drive-thru.

Had such a great breakfast experience at Breakfast in the Hood!…read more I ordered a breakfast burrito with gravy, tomatoes, and grilled onions--and it was absolutely delicious. I had no idea it also came with hash browns inside... total bonus and honestly had me drooling. My main squeeze got the fried chicken biscuit sandwich with gravy, and let's just say he didn't leave a single crumb behind. Kick-ass service, super friendly staff, and just an all-around great vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. Enjoyed our food at a covered picnic table near by.

I didn't get a picture because I ate it right away but the burritos and other breakfast items here…read moreare creative. Waffle tacos, breakfast sandwiches piled high and priced nicely. But they are known for their breakfast burritos. I ordered the first choice (I forget the name) which is bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cheese and your choice of sauce - please, please please choose gravy. I say that because they put the exact right amount of country gravy in the burrito so that we could eat it on the road without making a mess and the gravy was delicious. I can't imagine this burrito without gravy actually. It would just be a run-of-the-mill breakfast burrito. The gravy puts it over the top, way over the top as my new favorite. Egg is the primary ingredient and potatoes enhance it. The burrito was perfectly seasoned too. This is a burrito that you would never need to add hot sauce or salsa to every bite like most breakfast burritos. The guy in the truck was very nice even though we were the only customers for a while due to the rain. The price is right too. Recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place refuses to make chili dogs and it's really annoying…read moreat this point and there's ALWAYS a problem when I order a chili dog. I ordered a chili dog on the app and went through the drive-through and they said they didn't have chili dogs and that I would have to get a refund through the app. I pulled out of the drive through to try and figure it out then came back through the drive through and called them out and said that that's not possible. They had no idea how to do a refund and they said they would switch it out for something else. So I said OK just give me chicken strips instead. Then we pulled around and they made us pull up and park and wait for our food as many cars were going by us. They finally brought out food and it wasn't even close to what we ordered. After being frustrated and letting them know that this wasn't even what we ordered the girl asked to look at my phone and see what we ordered originally on the app. She proceeded to TAKE MY PHONE inside and behind the counter, and I followed her in because I didn't know what she was doing. Our order wasn't huge so I didn't think she needed to take my phone for that long to figure out the order. She was scrolling through my phone I guess looking for the order even though I already had it pulled up on it, but it took her a couple minutes and I told her I wanted my phone back. She then saw that I originally ordered a chilli dog and then proceeded to tell the other kid to start heating up chili. They ended up making the original chilli dog order AND giving us a chicken strip basket as well which we didn't originally order..... SO THEY COULD MAKE CHILI DOGS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! They just didn't want to. I've had an issue every single time I go to this place and it's ridiculous. This whole encounter took over 30 minutes. So they wasted everyone's time, their business lost money because they got gave us free food and they made customers mad and I'm sure the coworkers who had to deal with all of this simply because they didn't want to originally make a chili dog that has five things to it. Hot dog, bun, chilli, cheese and onions. I really hope the owners see this because it's such a petty thing that can be easily solved. I'm leaving a photo of the receipt of our order so you know this isn't just made up and how not complicated the order was. I'm writing this today because today (5/12/26), I once again tried to order a chili dog with onions and they didn't put onions on it and then we had to go back and tell them we wanted onions on them and the kid said "oh well we'll have to chop them"... yeah that's what you have to do to put onions on a chili dog. This place is insane
