I ordered online several hours early and set the pick up for 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:03pm and walked in. There were no customers when I arrived. I was expecting the order to be ready and in the pick up area. It was empty. I asked the person who was working the counter if my order was ready. I told him I ordered it online. I was given the "deer in the headlight look". He he said he was looking for the order. They hadn't filled it. I told him I sent it a few hours ago then he read my first name. After about 8 minutes, he brought the order up. I looked in the bag and everything seemed to be there, but I should have looked at the food. I ordered a 16 piece extra crispy. I received a dried out, dark brown, orignal recipe that was so dry it was crispy. White meat was so dry I had to eat it with dipping sauce. Dark meat was dry and the skin had cracked and the meat pulled away from the bone. The spicy wings that I bought two orders of were dark brown and dry. I ordered two large seasoned fries and also the side with the meal. My kids love the fries. They ate the side and left the two large fries because they were dry like they sat out and were extremely salty. . A waste of money. We received 6 of the 8 biscuits and 3 were dried out and hard which has never happened when I have been at KFC before. I tried one of the softer ones. It was chewy. Butter and honey, nope they forgot to include those. The only thing good about the order was the coleslaw and Mac n cheese. The mash was normal but the gravy saltier than the fries. A total bust all the way around. $85 dollars worth of dried out garbage. I've had problems with the Sandy, Oregon KFC before with missing items but the food was good before. We ordered 12 piece legs and thighs . Got the family meal. We purchased these at the KFC on 9400 South sandy Utah . Got home and there was 3 chicken breasts 2 wings along with legs and thighs.. Remember we only wanted legs and thighs. No honey or butter for the biscuts.. Got 2 bowls of mashed potatoes but 1 was only half full. This person put a container of gravy on top of the all ready full bag and when I turned the corner the container fell over and gravy every where cause lid came off of the container.. My family and I walked in and walked out 10 seconds later. Not a customer was in here and all employees were behind the counter on their phones and didn't acknowledge us. The biggest turn-off was every single counter and table were covered with food and syrup like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. If this is what the customers area looks like I can only imagine what the back area looks like where food is prepared. There is no reason for this store to look this way. Train your employees to clean; not watch their phones all day as it's obvious that's all they do. We now understand why no customers were here, the same reason why we are not here either. For $60 dollars we received dried out chicken soggy skin (on extra crispy) plus no butter or honey....no biggie because I have those items at home. A week ago I tried to order 2 Double Down sandwiches and was told they only had enough to make one and a 10-to-12-minute wait for another. I left. Today I ordered online before I left the house. Upon arrival, no order in the pick up area. Counter person says "we don't have the bacon for those anymore". WTF!!! At first glance I thought this would be a nice establishment. Guy with curly hair running the register was cool, and then it all went to wrong once I ordered. I chose to order a chicken sandwich from a chicken restaurant and it seemed to be a big problem . The heavy set fellow working in the back on December 19th 2021 at 8:30 pm decided to start calling us "assholes" for I guess ordering chicken sandwiches. I was being very respectful and nice, but he seemed to not reciprocate this energy. And that is not even the least of it. He then proceeded to tell the people at the drive-thru to "hurry the fuck up" and to "stop staring at the menu". He was also being very rude to other employees. I honestly think he is not fit to work anywhere, I know fast food is low and you get frustrated, but he is an example of the lowest of society. I will not be returning to this KFC or any KFC ever again, this man ruined everything. It also appeared that he may have spit in my sandwich. You know, I usually don't review chains or even eat much fast food, but I must say I am absolutely pleased with this KFC location! First off it was super clean inside. And the workers there were super knowledgeable on their menu. They were able to give suggestions and recommendations to people who didn't know what to get. There was a group of guys that came in that just were confused and the guy working the cash register gave them so many recommendations after asking what they were looking for. He could list off the menu off the top of his head without looking at the menu. I was impressed! We got the 3 piece tenders, popcorn chicken, and the new Nashville hot tenders meals that came with 3 sides total, 2 biscuits and a drink. It was under $15. Everything came out super fresh and delicious! Perhaps they've improved in the past years and months. This might be the new spot to eat at after my night boarding session at Mt.
