I walked in at 1:00 PM on 4-30 -26 no other customers , just me. The sign said please order at kiosk. As soon as I stepped up this tubby guy with a greasy man bun and red vest asked me, what can I do for you. I asked a question. Does the nuggets box come with BBQ sauce? His reply was. Read the sign. I said I would like to know if I can get BBQ sauce. His reply was read the sign. So rude I almost told him to FO. I walked out and went to McDonald's. If I ever see this POS in a store or on the street I will not hesitate to speak my mind. read more

In keeping with the reviews that I've read here, this KFC was borderline rude and didn't give me half of my order. I live up near Rhododendronso it was a good 20 minutes there and back times 2. And, with gas prices being what they are plus the cost of the the steak-priced meal, it was a bit of a hefty fee. Great job, KFC in Sandy. I won't be back! read more

Always good, always consistent. Great for once or twice a month to fill in the gaps of homemade food.

Went the minute as they opened and. Ants all over the soda machines dirty floors and dirty seats. Chicken not crispy. bathroom trashed. Soda machine counter destroyed with yellow soda. Just as soon as they opened all trashed. Feel bad for the morning workers that made it look like it was them. read more

Rude service. Chicken is not crispy at all. Refused to fry it for good quality food. Terrible experience. 0 star.

Went through and was missing a bunch of stuff so we went back around and got two of the things but they still forgot some stuff??????????

On our way out of town. We're also bringing dinner for family camping in the mountains. We ordered the 16 piece Bucket 4 Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and 8 Biscuits for $48.99. Awesome. Yes please......what? Your out of Dark Meat for 10 minutes...... uh. Ok. At least we'll get very fresh chicken. So we said yes. We'll wait. Cody the Shift Manager gave us a discount and a drink while we waited. Very cool. A short time later, Cody brought us a couple bags and a warning. "That Chicken Is Hot." Ya. So was the lid. Because I waited exactly Zero Seconds before I pulled that lid off to look at our treasure. Our crunchy salty treasure. We only waited to eat some because the rumors were true. That chicken was hot A. F. Even after waiting an eternity for it to cool ish, it was still hot and yes, I did burn my tounge a little. Just the tip. Just the tip. Temptation soothed. We're on our way with treasure in hand. Well, close enough to smell. We started with 16 pieces. We now have 12. read more

I ordered online several hours early and set the pick up for 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:03pm and walked in. There were no customers when I arrived. I was expecting the order to be ready and in the pick up area. It was empty. I asked the person who was working the counter if my order was ready. I told him I ordered it online. I was given the "deer in the headlight look". He he said he was looking for the order. They hadn't filled it. I told him I sent it a few hours ago then he read my first name. After about 8 minutes, he brought the order up. I looked in the bag and everything seemed to be there, but I should have looked at the food. I ordered a 16 piece extra crispy. I received a dried out, dark brown, orignal recipe that was so dry it was crispy. White meat was so dry I had to eat it with dipping sauce. Dark meat was dry and the skin had cracked and the meat pulled away from the bone. The spicy wings that I bought two orders of were dark brown and dry. I ordered two large seasoned fries and also the side with the meal. My kids love the fries. They ate the side and left the two large fries because they were dry like they sat out and were extremely salty. . A waste of money. We received 6 of the 8 biscuits and 3 were dried out and hard which has never happened when I have been at KFC before. I tried one of the softer ones. It was chewy. Butter and honey, nope they forgot to include those. The only thing good about the order was the coleslaw and Mac n cheese. The mash was normal but the gravy saltier than the fries. A total bust all the way around. $85 dollars worth of dried out garbage. I've had problems with the Sandy, Oregon KFC before with missing items but the food was good before. What a difference a year makes. I'll go get chicken somewhere else. This place needs to do everyone a favor and go out of business. read more

I have not eaten at kfc for a little over two years because their quality had gotten so bad Tonight My wife and I decided maybe it's gotten better so we decided to try them again, not such a good idea, I drove to their location only to be told if I wanted chicken I would have to wait 25 to 30 minutes If they don't have chicken ready in a chicken store what the heck are they in business for?? Probably never try again!!! By the way there was nobody in the drive thru and not a soul in the store, I wonder why read more

The young man who works the drive-through at KFC in Sandy, Oregon was the rudest restaurant employee I have ever encountered. After my encounter with him, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager, and I reported my experience to him and the manager hung up on me. Then, I message KFC through their Facebook page and no one has read or replied to my message. It sounds like KFC doesn't care about their customer service at all. read more

We ordered 12 piece legs and thighs . Got the family meal. We purchased these at the KFC on 9400 South sandy Utah . Got home and there was 3 chicken breasts 2 wings along with legs and thighs.. Remember we only wanted legs and thighs. No honey or butter for the biscuts.. Got 2 bowls of mashed potatoes but 1 was only half full. This person put a container of gravy on top of the all ready full bag and when I turned the corner the container fell over and gravy every where cause lid came off of the container.. Have been trying to complain about my order and cannot get no one to answer the phone... Not happy at all with this service..Won't go there again !!!!!!! read more

Bad!!! Just bad!!! Bad chicken, crusty Mac & cheese, foundation hair in it... yuk!!! Where is the quality control KFC??

My family and I walked in and walked out 10 seconds later. Not a customer was in here and all employees were behind the counter on their phones and didn't acknowledge us. The biggest turn-off was every single counter and table were covered with food and syrup like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. If this is what the customers area looks like I can only imagine what the back area looks like where food is prepared. There is no reason for this store to look this way. Train your employees to clean; not watch their phones all day as it's obvious that's all they do. We now understand why no customers were here, the same reason why we are not here either. We chose to go to Taco Bell where every counter was nice and clean. read more

Stores need to have product available when open. I have had to make some kind of substitution either original and crispy or they have no chicken available at all. It's always 30 minutes till next drop. The Sandy Oregon store is the worst. That manager should be fired. I like KFC, but I'm thinking that KFC is not meeting my needs in the FF chicken market. Respectfully submitted. read more

I specifically ordered a 9-piece all dark meat bucket and a large cole slaw. I confirmed with the order taker that I wanted DARK meat. Turns out the jerk mixed wings and breasts with the meat. Then when I called to complain, the phone range 35 times and they didn't answer. This store is run by a bunch of juvenile, "I don't give a f___" snots. If this was my franchise, I'd be very, very concerned and do a personnel overhaul. read more

For $60 dollars we received dried out chicken soggy skin (on extra crispy) plus no butter or honey....no biggie because I have those items at home. Definitely not worth $60 dollars, spend your money in peanut oil and fresh chicken and do it the right way. Fast food thinks it's gourmet!!! Lol read more

Love KFC, just not this location in Sandy. They are frequently out of menu items, forget to turn their outside sign light on and not always speedy. Will probably hit up the Gresham KFC the next time I want a bucket of original recipe. read more

This store should be shut down. I've lived in Sandy 10 years and have been to this place a half dozen times. 90% of the time they don't have any chicken to sell you. A week ago I tried to order 2 Double Down sandwiches and was told they only had enough to make one and a 10-to-12-minute wait for another. I left. Today I ordered online before I left the house. Upon arrival, no order in the pick up area. Counter person says "we don't have the bacon for those anymore". WTF!!! I asked for a refund and was told no, I have to go online and get my refund from there. WTF!!! I came home and spent 10 minutes on hold, no joy. Wrote a letter on the website but couldn't actually input the city or the store. WTF!!! If I get no resolution I will ultimately dispute the charge on my credit card, but what a bunch of bullshit. KFC is dead to me. read more

Granted prices have been marked up way over 50%. I ordered a bucket of chicken strips, decent service, nothing special but during the order I requested additional Honey Mustard for my 16 chicken strips. I received two Honey Mustards. HUH? I ask you how is two Honey Mustards going to go around for 16 chicken tenders. When you order 3 piece, 4 piece, or 5piece combo meal, the automatically give you two Honey Mustards. When you are scraping the bottom of the barrel to increase your profit by scamming your clients you deserve 1 STAR, REALLY A HALF A STAR. tired of people complaining about covid, noW having to hear people complain about withholding goods to drive up the market price to hear the phrase "High in demand" really get misused in such of a way even car dealers jumping in selling cars 145% markup probably more seeing a truck is now worth that of what you use to get for a Custom built luxury sports car. read more

Ordered 12 piece dinner with two sides of mashed potatoes. Received only one gravy. Side order of corn was brown and dry. Not sure how many days old the corn was....nasty!! At the bottom of the bucket of chicken they had stuck an old piece of super dark, dry, old chicken. It was as if they had hidden it on the bottom of the bucket. When I pay over $40 for a meal to take home, I would like to think when I get home that I can actually eat the meal. Not so in this case. Called the manager the next afternoon and she acted like she could care less. Her only response to me was "Sorry for your inconvenience". Won't be going back to KFC in Sandy, OR read more

We waited 3 or 4 minutes before anyone even knew we were there. We ordered the 12-pc family feast in extra crispy. We got original recipe. We told them about it and the response was "Oh, sorry." No offer to replace it with extra crispy. Also, we had to ask for plates and sporks, even though we said we were eating there. The tables and seats were dirty, hadn't been wiped off. Also, there were bits of food on the floor. We won't be back. read more

At first glance I thought this would be a nice establishment. Guy with curly hair running the register was cool, and then it all went to wrong once I ordered. I chose to order a chicken sandwich from a chicken restaurant and it seemed to be a big problem . The heavy set fellow working in the back on December 19th 2021 at 8:30 pm decided to start calling us "assholes" for I guess ordering chicken sandwiches. I was being very respectful and nice, but he seemed to not reciprocate this energy. And that is not even the least of it. He then proceeded to tell the people at the drive-thru to "hurry the fuck up" and to "stop staring at the menu". He was also being very rude to other employees. I honestly think he is not fit to work anywhere, I know fast food is low and you get frustrated, but he is an example of the lowest of society. I will not be returning to this KFC or any KFC ever again, this man ruined everything. It also appeared that he may have spit in my sandwich. I am not 100% sure on that, but I saw him doing suspect activity with my sandwich in the back. He was pulling his mask down and being quite weird. Overall this was horrible service and I advise anyone to not go to the Sandy KFC. Please fire this man. read more

You know, I usually don't review chains or even eat much fast food, but I must say I am absolutely pleased with this KFC location! First off it was super clean inside. And the workers there were super knowledgeable on their menu. They were able to give suggestions and recommendations to people who didn't know what to get. There was a group of guys that came in that just were confused and the guy working the cash register gave them so many recommendations after asking what they were looking for. He could list off the menu off the top of his head without looking at the menu. I was impressed! We got the 3 piece tenders, popcorn chicken, and the new Nashville hot tenders meals that came with 3 sides total, 2 biscuits and a drink. It was under $15. Everything came out super fresh and delicious! Perhaps they've improved in the past years and months. This might be the new spot to eat at after my night boarding session at Mt. Hood SkiBowl! read more

Went inside and ordered to go, Chicken was very hot when we got home. We ate, then we both started to feel very sick, my husband vomited, and I felt like I was going to all night. It was not fun, before we ate, we both felt fine. I don't think we will eat KFC for a long time. Wish we would of looked at Yelp before we ate there. read more

Worst service in Sandy! I've never gone there where my order came home right! Even when I double check with the worker before they hand it to me. 1 star and I'm being generous. Three weeks ago I bought the $20.00 dinner. 8 pieces of chicken and two sides plus biscuits. It was to go. Got home and instead of 2 of each piece, I got 3 thighs and 1 breast. Not fond of dark meat but hubby loves it so, ok. One breast. This time I went through drive through and ordered same thing. Told guy on speaker what happened last time, he said well that's going to happen again cause I only have one breast in original. Have one in crunchy so I said fine, give me that. Got home and I'll be darned if I don't have 3 thighs again. Tried to call them using the receipt, phones out of order! Seriously? What a piss poor KFC! Not going there anymore and guy at drive through couldn't have cared less! Save your money and go to Safeway, it's right down the street!! read more

Stopped in for some food and Meet Brooke, who was the rudest and shortest human I have encountered in a long time. I tried to kill her with kindness but she was rather having a really bad day or hates her life. Someone needs to speak with this employee about customer service. Sandy is a small town full of friendly people normally. I will stop In Again and see if it was just an off day but if this woman's additude is the same I'll choose to take my business else where! The 2 or three times I have been here sense I moved back to Sandy, they have always forgotten something that I have ordered and to make it more annoying it is always when I am picking something up for my wife and I to eat at home and don't realize it till I get home. The last time I was here I went inside and it smelled bad and had flies buzzing around. That was a year and a half ago.
