Okay, I am a forgiving person when it comes to food. Mostly because I love to eat, and there could be many reasonable things that could be going on that would cause a person to have an "off" day. I've been to the Burger King out in Sandy twice in the last three weeks. The first time I got a Jr. Whooper meal. The sandwich was cold, the bread not even warm. The meat cold. Before you all say just take it back, I didn't open it until I got home which is a quick 2 minute drive. When I say cold, I mean cold. The second time I went I got the chicken fries. Take a guess..cold. Not even sitting under the warmer cold. I hope they can make adjustments and improvements. I use to love this burger King but tonight changed my mind, I paid $11.00, and my dogs are the only ones who got to eat, my Dr. Pepper was flat, so that was a waste. Chicken fries were old, cold, and hard as a rock, the whopper jr. Patties for my dogs were old and burnt on the ends. Besides having stickers shock, our drive through experience was terrible. We pulled in and ordered 2 plain whoppers, 1 small fry and 1 small Dr Pepper. Stopped by for a quick lunch while travelling to Portland. It was just before noon on a Sunday and the place was dead. Service was slow and my whopper was really dry - one of the worst whoppers i've had. Fries were typical BK fries. I thought all Burger Kings are the same, bit apparently not. This spesific place has a really SLOW service, they trained this new employee but they ignored her. So she was just trying herself to find a single button and took our order forever! After I was done with my order, we waited forever again. And when it was finally done, the beef patty in my son's burger was burnt. I asked them to remake it and again..waited forever to get the new one. And when my son got the second burger, it was burnt as well. We just really didn't care anymore, took a really long time just to get a burger!!! After reading the drive thru menu I ordered 2 for $5 sausage croissants. Get to the window to pay the kid says $5 I give him my debit card and receive a receipt for $9.38 and when I ask him about he plays dumb and states 3X I don't know nothing... unsat! As a local I've had many friends tell me this place is a shit hole and now I know why, do not spend money here they are ripping people off and can't get the orders right! Tried to get a biscuit twice now both times it was too hard to eat, all dried out like it had been sitting there waiting forever for me to buy it and not get to eat it. I've tried this place multiple times, but after get food poisoning, twice (second time was 6 months after the first) I will never go back. My definite last straw was we were having our taxes done at H&R Block close by & I had to use the restroom. We swung by & I ran in to hear someone blowing up the bathroom. I was at the urinal the guy comes out of the stall, doesn't wash his hands & as he's walking out I turn to see it's one of the staff. Before I left I called him out & he was the cook! Just venting because I'm annoyed. Went through the drive through while on a road trip. They didn't have any whopper patties so then I ordered the hand breaded chicken, and then when I pulled up to the window they were apparently out of that as well so they offered the original chicken, I said yes and then they took my card and charged me THEN informed me it would be a wait and to pull up to the front. I asked for some ranches because their fries aren't good enough to eat alone. Then I waited for almost 10 minutes versus the 2 minutes they said. When they brought out the meal I had to settle for, they forgot the ranches and I was just over it at that point. I have to say, Burger King is going to go under if they don't have better than what I went to in Sandy Oregon. We entered and no one came to wait on us. There was one other man there who said he'd placed his order some time ago. 4 people we behind the counter. They moved in slow motion and we waited and waited for someone to take our order. After about 10 minutes, and just as we were going to leave, a young man came. He wasn't able to bring up our online order so we gave him what we wanted. We couldn't get our discount or upgrade but by this time who cared. I went to the bathroom and when I returned, the man who was ahead of us still hadn't received his order. Again we waited. 2 whoppers. How hard is that to get? There were little to no customers outside and inside just the man and us. It turns out the man's order was on the counter and everyone just overlooked it. He got his after we got ours. We went out to the car and left. On the road, we started to eat. Our burgers were not cool, they were frigid. I wrote to Burger King to complain and they didn't respond. Well, Carl's Jr. is now going to get my business. read more

Compared to three months ago this bk has improved the speed of service is way better and the food is always fresh. Yes the dining room closes at ten but people need to realize bk closes and the workers have a certain amount of time to get things done. Also if you are complaining about the time you spend in drive through get off your phone and place your order. If you spent 1.30 deciding what you want or more you are going to be waiting a couple min for fresh fries or nuggets. Depending on your order you might have to park. Just remember that we are all human and make mistakes but will gladly fix it. read more

I agree with most of the reviews posted. This is truly the worst Buger King I have ever eaten in. The food was luke warm and the meat was gray. I threw up what little I ate of it in the bathroom. It was so dry and nasty we took what was left home to use as a roofing shingle. There were all kinds of loud, swearing teenagers roaming all over the restaurant and outside racing through the parking lot. Worst. Burger King. Ever. Went in (there was no one in line and 2 sitting at tables). We ordered 4 bacon cheese burgers/fries and 2 drinks. Went to fill our cups, no ice. They were out of two popular drinks, so we settled for a soda we didn't care much for, whatever, no biggie. Soda was warm coming out of the machine, so we asked for ice at the counter. The worker looked annoyed that we even asked. Go take our seats and the place is FILTHY. Every step we took, our shoes stuck to the floor as if someone spilled a gallon of soda on the ground. We waited about 25 to 30 minutes for our food. Opened the burgers (wrappers said bacon cheeseburgers) but all four turned out to be regular burgers. I went and told the lady at the counter. She sighed and asked whether she expects her to do about it. Than said "fine, do you just want us to make you some bacon to stick on them?". I said fine, that'll work. We waited an ADDITIONAL half an hour before we decided to just eat the crummy food we were served and leave. In that entire time, no bacon or apology. Everyone who came in afterwards had similar issues. People waiting in the corner for a good 30 minutes without their food looked pissed off. We will never return to this place. read more
