I had a bit of a frustrating experience at first. I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes for my order, and during that time no one checked on me or asked if I had already been helped. I was starting to wonder what was going on. Then a young man, who I believe was named Cody, came in (it didn't even look like he was officially clocked in yet), asked about my order, checked on it, and had it in my hands within a minute. It seemed like my food had been sitting there waiting until he stepped in. Cody completely turned the experience around. His initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Employees like him are the reason I'm leaving five stars. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! read more

They cannot get the order right. No onions means no onions. How Weird. The lack of McCare and McCustomer service is still here, it's like a Sandy McExclusive to just have terrible fast food compared to anywhere else. Kinda just a McJoke at this point. The fact that they even charge for sauce is also McRageous. Spent $30 on food today and it wasn't even worth it for this Mclow Mcstandard. Wish we had a Burgerville out here instead of this and Burger King. Both are terrible. read more

Genuinely I have never written a single bad review ever in my life but I have never seen such stupid lazy greedy ownership and management. How are you going to put 3 people on shift at night when it's obviously busy every night. I waited 40 minutes in line for McDonald's like are we so for real. I can't even be mad at the teenagers working it's not their fault they're over worked and understaffed by the stupid people in charge. They are 100% getting yelled at for their stupid mistakes. I'm never going back to this place. Hope the workers don't get chewed out all night long for their bosses DUMB ASS decisions. read more

The food was very amazing and there was a hot and very sexy guy that only works on fridays and weekends or sum shit but he chill and it very quiet in the McDonald's it was mcnificent the worker was awesome too read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! i ordered a vanilla cone for myself because i had just enough points to get one. i go up to the drivethru and cannot get the app to work, and told her that it was not working. she told me cannot help me, (which i understand she isnt a tech,) THEN i say give me one moment, and she told me to hurry up. i apologized then it worked. i went to the window and she gave me my cone and said "goodbye" in a sassy tone and rolled her eyes. i understand people have bad days, but dont take it to work. read more

Overall my order was pretty good, but the the fries need to be salted more. I can barely taste the flavor.

There was a worker being so rude just because I ask for chicken nuggets that they forgot and she was acting like it was my fault I even said sorry because I wasn't trying to act rude when I told her that they forgot something , she rolled her eyes at me too read more

An upset McCostumer. Getting tired of this place, they always forget something and when you call or go back to pick it up is like pulling teeth, specially with that lady manager. read more

McDonald's - There is nothing on this photo, there were supposed to be chocolate chip cookies but didn't get any! - Fast Food Near Me - Sandy, Oregon

When I do go to this McDonald's it's usually pretty good for McDonald's. They are friendly and get through the lines fairly quickly. This time however they had a few problems. One is that the Diet Coke in the lobby was either almost out of syrup or the mix was jot right. Then I had ordered two cheeseburgers with extra pickles. One I can say had extra pickles because there was three, the other burger had two pickles but most importantly had a piece of paper between the cheese and the condiments and bun. I got these to go and eat on the run, luckily I happened to see the paper. Not too sure paper tastes that great. It was also out together very sloppily. I gave two stars because normally they aren't that bad. read more

Earlier today I went to pick an order up for my step mother, the app wasn't allowing me to check in so I went inside and talked to the cashier Ruby, she was very sweet and I explained that I didn't know the order number and I wasn't able to check in but that it was under Ashley. I was told that I needed the order number and I think Ruby just might not have been aware of how to look up a name on an order (which is fine) but she asked me to step to the side and wait to see if the order would come out. I waited for about 15 minutes and my step mom asked me to come back. She went in to see about getting a refund since we presumed the order wasn't made at all and there was no email to confirm it was made. She explained that I came by earlier and just asked to talk to a supervisor and for a refund since we didn't get the food. Another male was listening to my step mom and asked her if the order was for Ashley and my step mom confirmed that it was and the male asked her "why didn't she just give the name for the order?" Well smart Alec I did! It's probably good business practice to make sure everyone is trained or maybe ask the cashier who was out front for the last 30 minutes if anyone asked about an order for Ashley rather than assume no one came by for an order. The situation was just poorly handled. Training around the app could be improved. read more

That location already has an issue with serving old, cold, and gross food. Now the new franchise owner is choosing to try and make money off the condiments, maybe she should worry more about food quality and food safety instead of charging for a packet of salt so you can season your under salted, old and cold fries.... 30 freaking cents for a packet of salt that costs her less than one penny. What a moron. read more

Blonde hair young lady with heavy makeup and eyeliner yelled at my old grandmother because my grandmother couldn't hear. She yelled saying "what else do you need?" Terrible attitude. Also gave us wrong order and wouldn't give us the right thing. What a terrible service. Slammed the window in our faces. read more

What an absolute joke this location still is after a fresh remodel. Mixing up the drive thru orders when you go to pay is a first sign that your meal is going to be crappy. Then when you receive your order and open it up and it's literally thrown together. This is sloppy and bull crap. Welcome back to Sandy, you are still a part of the elite, crappy customer service and crappy fast food joints. P.S. My meal tasted so awful. The burger was overcooked and dry, chewy and had an awful flavor. I threw out our $20.77 order and went to a real burger joint for a real meal for cheaper than this awful "food". Go to Brady's down the road and skip all of these corporate fast food chains. read more

Emily on night crew was so sweet!! We absolutely loved her. 10/10 service. That girl deserves a raise. Thanks again, Emily!

One of the best McDonald's. They were friendly and fast. As well as the whole McDonald were clean. Great!

Alot of McDonald's seem to be taking out the indoor play ground. Thankfully this McDonald's still had one, yay. Perfect place to stop when the kids are hungry and over energized. Or when it's too cold to go to a park. Clean bathrooms also a plus. They got our order wrong but the worker was new. So still recommend this spot. read more

could get better service and better reliability from a blown engine block. This place is quite possibly the worst experience I've had dining

Incompetent night staff. Wish i could rate lower. Would not recommend after the hours of 12:00 am

I rarely treat myself to junk food. So they dropped my fish burger on the floor so they had to replace it which took at least 10 minutes by the time they replace the fish burger the cheeseburger and the fries were cold. They need to change their french fry oil it was Rancid . They had me wait outside as I sat there a guy came up to me and said he had a crispy chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger was it mine I said no so he took it to the car parked in front of me. Then he came back to my car and told me that he had actually had my order but he had handed it to the woman in front of me. While I was waiting for the first fish sandwich in front of their window they were standing around talking it was crazy.. it was 20 minutes by the time I was out of there with my food. read more

Took 25 minutes on Sunday afternoon to get my food. Wasn't busy, people after me got their food. When I approached an employee after 15 minutes of waiting, they were surprised I hadn't received my food. They looked at my receipt, it wasn't showing on the board. So somehow it was lost from their kiosk to their board. He said he'd take care of it but it took another 9 minutes or so to get it. Didn't even offer a refund, apple pie or anything as a gesture of goodwill. Also, didn't give us our drinks until we got our food. Was very disappointed with the service and how it was handled. While eating, I overheard a couple different people come in from the drive thru with messed up orders at the same time. It seems things went downhill more after my situation. I usually stop in Sandy to grab a bite to eat on my way to Bend and I'll probably never eat here again. There's plenty of other places around the area and I've never had an issue with them. read more

Disgustingly filthy all around. Deserves zero stars and to be shut down for sanitary reasons. Soda area smelled like vomit, ketchup dispenser was crusted over with ketchup, serving trays were not wiped clean when reserved. Where is the health inspector? Restrooms equally gross. read more

This place is a joke when it comes to sauces. Literally before I got my bag I said can I have extra ketchup in the bag. Homeboy really put one sauce packet. Week before that, I got sent to get lunch for everyone & with 5meals you wanna give 5packets? Doesn't make sense to me. Seems to me y'all get charge from your paychecks cause y'all be stingy. After tonight if I could go lower than 1 star I would. I popped in after getting off work to grab food for me and my buddy. The worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Womens bathroom broken. Out of ice. Dirty tables and food everywhere on the floor. My wife orders a cheeseburger happy meal. Guy taking order says they don't have that on the menu. After questioning him he says they have a hamburger happy meal and could add cheese. Took 30 minutes to get our food. It was busy but not THAT busy. I order a normal bacon cheeseburger. It comes smothered in mushrooms. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get the right burger. Customer service is god awful. Charged us for more food than we ordered. Forgot my sauces. Fast service though.

We ordered two pancake and sausage meals and only got one. The line is so long and so slow.

Long wait and poor service. The most disappointing thing about the McDonald's in Sandy Oregon is they are the Only McDonald's that raised their dollar drink to $1.59!!! All other McDonald's honor the Nation wide price of $1.00. read more

The Sandy Mcdonald's has a pretty good team of people working most of the time. It can be hit or miss if your burgers are right. As I have said in a review of another place, my dog is the cheeseburger junky. He only gets them when he is lucky enough to hitch a ride with me to town, so he gets the heroin shakes for them in the drive thru. I've ordered them plain to have them have extra ketchup.. so go figure. read more

The old biddy at the pick up window at lunch needs an attitude adjustment. She's working for ME, she does what I WANT. You give me my ketchup when I ask for it, not when you think I should ask for it, at the speaker or the first window. Then you give me how much I WANT, not 4 ketchups for a freaking large meal you idiot. $15 an hour? Not until you morons earn it, and that will NEVER be, trust me, you aren't worth the raise in cost for a Big Mac for this type of crap service. Don't like it? Join the military, pay for college, and then you'll be right where I am: NOT smelling like a fryer, nor do I have white hair and have a high school kid's job. Pathetic. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. This franchise doesn't care about the "overall McDonald's experience", which is McDonald's basis for all marketing. Jeri, the shift manager when I was there wouldn't allow me to swap an egg white delight, using the promo 2:1 egg mcmuffin. Four other McDonald's (Portland, Bend, Redmond, Prineville) did that without making me feel like I was asking the impossible. I was willing to pay for any difference in cost. I was told "No" in a very unprofessional way. This franchise must only be concerned with the all mighty dollar instead a happy customer. Needless to say, "i'm lovin' it" isn't possible in Sandy! And, although I travel back and forth from Central Oregon to Portland, I will never stop here again. Rude management is not a good quality to have in employees. read more

Food has always been pretty consistent. The attitude of the younger workers though...WOW!!
