It had poured rain the whole time I was at the lake and continued dumping down when I was way too hungry to wait till I got back to the city. I'd always wanted to stop at the food carts all those times I passed through Sandy...but was in too big of a hurry. Because it was pouring down rain, a only a 2-3 carts were open. I can only have gluten free foods due to allergies, so that made my options even more limited. Thankfully, this food cart had cheesesteak fries! I had them add their grilled pickled jalapeños to them as well. It. Was. Fire! Such a huge portion. They were beyond piping hot. So, it was perfect for a cold rainy day. It hit the spot and beyond. I scarfed almost the whole thing all by myself and was full for hours. Definitely daydreaming about these now as I sit here starving before I eat dinner.

Pretty sure the hours are until 11pm. General food line is always pretty dirty, sitting for a while and looks like it. The proteins and veggies tonight for example looked like they had been sitting there for quite some . Our cashier was super nice and friendly atleast, the other gal assembling our order seemed annoyed when we asked for extra protein and like she didn't want to be there. Kinda wild that we want to spend our money and then pay additional money just for some sour attitude and not very fresh food. Won't be coming back after repeated issues like no protein being made fresh later in the evening. Do your job. You make money to do what is the basic expectation of a chipotle.
