Actually had a great meal at Wendy's. The fries were hot. The sandwich seemed fresh and it was a nice surprise.

Not sure if this is a corporate problem, store or manager issue; but it's not okay. The app charged me and said order went through. The store said they didn't get it. I showed the order on the app and the charge on my CC. Manager said she couldn't do anything, and her only suggestion was to call a phone number. On March 19th we stopped by this Wendy's for breakfast. I started eating my breakfast sandwich and almost halfway through it I noticed mold on the bread. I was disgusted and immediately walked through the drive through to return it. (The dinning area was not open) The lady was nice about it and once she saw it for herself, she asked if I wanted another one. Which the answer was definitely no, so I got my money back. Not sure if I will be eating at Wendy's again. Make sure you look at your food for MOLD! I should have taken a picture of it, but I didn't. read more

I don't eat fast food on a regular basis, but I was pretty excited Wendy's was coming to Sandy. I love their salads and grilled chicken. It will be a nice change of pace from what has dominated sandy's fast food scene for 20 years. They just opened Tuesday - we stopped in around lunch there were just a couple cars in front of us but it went fast. Which I wasn't sure how opening day was going to look but they pulled it off and I had a big order for 6 people and modified a lot of stuff. The entire order was correct and by the time I got to the window it was ready. The only draw back might be the drive thru lineup- today I pulled in and was one car away from being on the highway. If you turn into Goodwill's parking lot that they share- it's an immediate right to Wendy's but it's very narrow. The cars behind me where snaked around the lot which is already tight. Otherwise, if you like Wendy's this team is on it.... wish I could say the same for Gresham... last few trips there each time has never been right. read more

Idiots. The last SIX orders we got there they have messed up. Either something missing, wrong item, wrong type of meat on burger etc. This time we ordered for 4 people, mine being the taco salad. They forgot the actual SALAD! just the chili and the chips. How do you forget the main part of the meal. Also ordered a sprite and they gave coke. New location in sandy Oregon, really cool inside, big fireplace with cozy areas, places to charge for phone, and the multiple times I've been here its really managed well. They pay attention to detail and make sure your food actually looks appealing. The salads are fresh and I love the chili. A great addition to fast food choices for this small town read more

Went through the drive thru since the idiot governor has all inside dining shut down. After I paid, the guy handed me a bag and said "thank you" I looked inside and it only had 2 items in it, I order 5 items so I waited there and he opened the window back up and asked me if there was something else I needed. I told him I paid for more food than this. He handed me another bag with more food in it. When I got home I did not get the chicken sandwich I ordered, but got a small little hamburger. If it had not been cold and dark out at that point, I would have gone back over and got my chicken sandwich. I'm not going back through the drive through, will wait until the dining room opens back up. They need to work on their quality control, it is very lacking. read more

Just got out of the drive thru, they are fast!! VERY VERY FAST compared to McDonald's or ESPECIALLY Taco Bell!!! A sloth is faster than Taco Bell in Sandy, OR. They did however manage to miss my first order all together. I ordered TWO sandwiches, bit only got one of them. I only paid for one of them so it's not a total loss. Very nice facility. Modern, clean, roomy exterior and interior. I ordered the "never frozen" Dave's double cheese burger meal. Dave's double hit spot and sat well. We also ordered the baconator meal. Both went down without a hitch. Our kids, 2 & 4 both got kids cheeseburger meals. read more

We stopped here on the way back from Mt Hood for our vacation and I must say it was the worst Wendy's experience we've ever had. The guy working the drive-up window just kept talking over me as I was placing our order and I had to repeat myself several times. Once at the window, he asked me to confirm something on the order. Should have known to check the bags of food thoroughly, but there were several folks behind us and there is no lighting on the side of the drive-up making it impossible to see (not very safe!) On the road back to Tacoma we discovered that our order was completely mixed up and instead of no pickles as we stated 3 TIMES, our sons burger had about 30 pickles! Nobody finds it funny to do that - obviously it was intentional. And additionally, despite handing out the food to my family right after receiving it, the fries were absolutely stagnant and appeared as if they pulled them out of the waste bin. Cold, mushy, and not edible. Never again Wendy's at this location - glad it was out of state and not our local back home! I would have expected better. Zero stars is more appropriate. read more

Nice, clean new building! We stopped here on our way back from Mt. Hold around 10pm. Tired and hungry obviously...tubing apparently works up quite the appetite! We walked in and noticed a few people talking by the soda machine and all the furniture moved off to the side. Didn't understand why at the time. The two individuals stared at us and kept talking. After a few moments, they very rudely told us the lobby was closed. We didn't know as there are no hours of operation posted and the doors were unlocked. I made a comment that the doors were unlocked so maybe they should actually locked the doors if they were truly closed! I was a bit snarky due to the fact they were previously very rude! As we were in the car leaving, one of the rude individuals came up to the doors and pushed on them with his index finger showing that the doors were 'locked'. I would suggest that the owner of this franchise put their employees through a customer service class. A very young fast food employee has not earned the clout to be THAT rude and without courtesy in their mistake! I truly hope they don't make more than the $15/hr that entitled PUNKS demand.
