She was scrolling through my phone I guess looking for the order even though I already had it pulled up on it, but it took her a couple minutes and I told her I wanted my phone back. She then saw that I originally ordered a chilli dog and then proceeded to tell the other kid to start heating up chili. They ended up making the original chilli dog order AND giving us a chicken strip basket as well which we didn't originally order..... SO THEY COULD MAKE CHILI DOGS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! They just didn't want to. I've had an issue every single time I go to this place and it's ridiculous. This whole encounter took over 30 minutes. So they wasted everyone's time, their business lost money because they got gave us free food and they made customers mad and I'm sure the coworkers who had to deal with all of this simply because they didn't want to originally make a chili dog that has five things to it.
