The best pizza I ate all day. They misspelled my friend's name but he might have mumbled.

Caelan went out of his way to get my pizza melt just the way I like it - extra crispy- even though they're not set up for it technically. Way to go! read more

We purchased two large one topping with the app. One was a basic cheese and the second was stuffed crust with half pepperoni and both had light sauce. We ordered in route from the llama farm and the order was ready just minutes before when it said it was. Both pizzas turned out amazing and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend! read more

The store is supposed to be open until midnight. I placed an Uber order before 11:00 and the team working tonight didn't make the pizza, didn't offer alternatives and just naively said they "hope I don't place another order because they are doing closing prep". All communicated over 30 minutes after the initial order was received by them. Lazy and annoying that your operating hours suggest you would do your job when orders come in. Dominos wins all future pizza when ordering mid-tier or less pizza. Nice. Add another low star rating to a tarnished location anyways. *Update* dominos made the identical pizza I ordered for cheaper and delivered it before pizza hut would've made happen tonight. Thank Dominos, Pizza Hut. They are doing your job for you, just better read more

I am a fan of this Hut location! The staff is helpful and courteous. We love their hand tossed crust and classic sauce with all of our favorite toppings. Always hot and fresh pizza here. Good value for money as well. Thanks for your hard work Sandy PH staff! read more

Ordered delivery. Was told it would take 40 minutes. I called at 50 minutes and asked where my pies were at. Then was told they would remake my order and deliver it. Total time was 1 hour 45 minutes late. The driver claimed to have read the numbers of my address wrong, I asked driver why didn't he called me to confirm address. Driver said "whatever, you want your pizza or not?" While shaking the bag. The pizzas cheese shifted. Store said they would credit me me the price for next order, which they didn't do. Bad management and employees. Don't recommend this place. Go dominos read more

I love Pizza Hut it has really good pizza the service is really nice and tasty. But sometimes it doesn't have enough sauce on the pizza so you add some more sauce on the pizza. read more

Great pizza from this location! Always very friendly and quick to deliver. In a city that has multiple pizza places, this is the only major chain. For it being a corporate pizza chain they do a great job and will always get my delivery business. Good work! read more

I had a coupon in the mail, it was for 2 medium pizzas for $9.99, WITH UP TO 5 TOPPINGS EACH. Went i went to pick them up, they wanted to charge me $9.99 each. They claimed that the "each" in the phrase "with up to 5 toppings each" meant that the price was for each pizza. I checked online and my coupon was a misprint. It should have had the word EACH after or below the $9.99. Had the manager explained the error and apologized, but said she was not allowed to alter the price, I would have taken at least one pizza. But the obvious blow off and evasion I got made me refuse the order and walk out. Most reputable businesses would have honored the coupon for customer goodwill. I have had issues with pizza hut in the past, and this was my first order with them in over 15 years. I see that they are still a low class and customer careless company. Maybe I will wait 20 years before my next order. read more

Disappointed in the quality of pizza & boneless wings. The wings don't look good and are lacking sauce. The size medium that is advertised for $7.49 is small and only good for 1-2 people. It doesn't seem like a regular medium size pizza. The toppings are lacking on the pizza as well. I was asked if I wanted to add "extra cheese" to my pizza for $2 extra. I've never been asked that at a pizza place before. Lame pizza and boneless wings. read more

The first time I went, the pizza and breadsticks were horrible. Over cooked or not enough cheese, idk. It was dry and hard. Decided to give it another chance. Same story. The employees are very nice however. But I won't be eating from there anytime soon. read more

Ok, the night before thanksgiving we didn't want to cook, so i went online and ordered pizza. Paid with my debit card and got a call from the pizza guy saying they were all out of crusts and couldn't take my order, he said the money would be put right back onto my card. I said ok no biggy. Well its the 27th, the money is still debited out of my account but we decided to order pizza anyways WORST PIZZA EVER. The white sauce with chicken pizza had an entire ide of it that was sauce only. No toppings. Period. The bbq chicken had absolutely no bbq sauce on it. NONE. 4 KIDS and they all ate 1 slice a piece. Hardly any cheese on the pizzas. I'm not even going to call them because at this point I've learned my lesson. Stick to round table. Never again. Im out $60 for 1 order that never came and another that was inedible. read more

I decided to give Pizza Hut a second try. It is just not good food. They need to change their recipes because it's simply does not taste good. It's disappointing. I wish there was a Papa John's that was close to my hosue because they have the best delivery pizza! Not Pizza Hut. read more

Their customer service is never an issue, anytime there has been mistakes with my order or delivery they rectify it politely and quickly, however the quality of pizza hut's food has dropped drastically over the years. I don't like ordering from them if I can help it. I'd gladly pay more for better quality pizza. read more

Always late, and rude, they don't teach how to give common customer service. Food is always cold. Had to deny a order cause it was late for the millionth time don't go to pizza hut order from one the local places. read more

I love that pizza I've been having their Pizza since I moved in to where I lived I moved in here 5 years ago

Very rude and ignorant individual who answered the phone. Was told they no longer deliver to this address although it is only three miles away from said address. We've had the same driver every time and not once did a pizza go not picked up. Although she had lied and said that a few pizzas were never given to the customer who ordered it. Not once has a single pizza gone not delivered to this site and I have hopes that the manager will get this straightened out and whomever answered the phone and fixes that attitude of hers. read more

Call to place an order for delivery the first girl I called said that they deliver to my address which was only 3 miles away I called Back to place an order another girl answered and told me they did not deliver to my address I find that kind of hard to believe for being only 3 miles away for a corporate company that is bad business read more

Sunday night, 9:45pm. Everyone else is closed! They said they were very busy, delivery would take 30 minutes even though they close in 15 minutes where I live. They arrived in 20 minutes, girl driver was very positive even though very tired. I tipped her well. Never any issues with Pizza or Service. Don't know why the bad reviews. People need to relax a little. Thank you Pizza Hut! read more

Staff Is usually helpful and have a good attitude on the phone when I order my pizza. I can't complain about it, it's just a good Pizza Hut. I usually order some wings as well. Nothing to complain about there. I usually order a stuffed crust pizza because it's Pizza Hut and you can. it's delicious, consistent, and convenient. read more

So it's New Year's Eve. My wife and I decided to order a pizza and stay in due to our new young child. We ordered a pizza and a Hershey cookie for dessert. After 45 min it arrived and we paid the $20 bill and gave a $5 tip. After I brought the box in my wife asked about the cookie and I realized they had forgotten it. She called and asked about it and was told if she still wanted it they could have it to us in about 45 minutes. So we waited and after 2 hours had given up hope. We didn't want to call about it again and get a snot rocket on it. Horrible service from the store. The delivery guy was very nice and that's why I gave him a 25% tip. No more. There are plenty of other pizza places in Sandy. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Terrible, just a normal Thursday night at dinner time, I ordered a med stuff crust pizza and some boneless wings on the side. The pizza was SOGGY it was so undercooked that it was literally uneatable. The boneless wings look like they were Tyson brand picked up from Fred Meyers and two squirts of honey BBQ sauce plopped on. Not even enough for the 6 wings. This is the WORST Pizza Hut experience I've ever had, and they should fire everyone that works there or just shut the franchise down bcuz it is that bad and I can't believe they put that soppy mess in a box and delivered it to my house. read more

I live 2.6 miles away yet they wont deliver and the wings always barely have any sauce on them. The pizza is your standard pizza hut, not bad but plenty of better places around. Wish they would deliver. read more

I like the pizza but this store does not honor the best coupons. For that, I take away a star.

What the F--- I have never in my life had pizza like that it was terrible. I got a pizza on Friday Feb.10, 2017 It was a pan pizza it was all crust-no sauce the sausage was piled in all one area and I asked for black olives on it evidently there is a shortage of olives I had a hard time finding them. I will never go back there again. read more
