The store is supposed to be open until midnight. I placed an Uber order before 11:00 and the team working tonight didn't make the pizza, didn't offer alternatives and just naively said they "hope I don't place another order because they are doing closing prep". All communicated over 30 minutes after the initial order was received by them. Lazy and annoying that your operating hours suggest you would do your job when orders come in. Dominos wins all future pizza when ordering mid-tier or less pizza. Nice. Add another low star rating to a tarnished location anyways. *Update* dominos made the identical pizza I ordered for cheaper and delivered it before pizza hut would've made happen tonight. Ordered delivery. Was told it would take 40 minutes. I called at 50 minutes and asked where my pies were at. Then was told they would remake my order and deliver it. Total time was 1 hour 45 minutes late. The driver claimed to have read the numbers of my address wrong, I asked driver why didn't he called me to confirm address. Driver said "whatever, you want your pizza or not?" While shaking the bag. The pizzas cheese shifted. Store said they would credit me me the price for next order, which they didn't do. I had a coupon in the mail, it was for 2 medium pizzas for $9.99, WITH UP TO 5 TOPPINGS EACH. Went i went to pick them up, they wanted to charge me $9.99 each. They claimed that the "each" in the phrase "with up to 5 toppings each" meant that the price was for each pizza. I checked online and my coupon was a misprint. It should have had the word EACH after or below the $9.99. Had the manager explained the error and apologized, but said she was not allowed to alter the price, I would have taken at least one pizza. But the obvious blow off and evasion I got made me refuse the order and walk out. Most reputable businesses would have honored the coupon for customer goodwill. I have had issues with pizza hut in the past, and this was my first order with them in over 15 years. I see that they are still a low class and customer careless company. Disappointed in the quality of pizza & boneless wings. The wings don't look good and are lacking sauce. The size medium that is advertised for $7.49 is small and only good for 1-2 people. It doesn't seem like a regular medium size pizza. The toppings are lacking on the pizza as well. I was asked if I wanted to add "extra cheese" to my pizza for $2 extra. Ok, the night before thanksgiving we didn't want to cook, so i went online and ordered pizza. Paid with my debit card and got a call from the pizza guy saying they were all out of crusts and couldn't take my order, he said the money would be put right back onto my card. I said ok no biggy. Well its the 27th, the money is still debited out of my account but we decided to order pizza anyways WORST PIZZA EVER. The white sauce with chicken pizza had an entire ide of it that was sauce only. No toppings. Period. The bbq chicken had absolutely no bbq sauce on it. NONE. 4 KIDS and they all ate 1 slice a piece. Hardly any cheese on the pizzas. Their customer service is never an issue, anytime there has been mistakes with my order or delivery they rectify it politely and quickly, however the quality of pizza hut's food has dropped drastically over the years. Very rude and ignorant individual who answered the phone. Was told they no longer deliver to this address although it is only three miles away from said address. We've had the same driver every time and not once did a pizza go not picked up. Although she had lied and said that a few pizzas were never given to the customer who ordered it. Not once has a single pizza gone not delivered to this site and I have hopes that the manager will get this straightened out and whomever answered the phone and fixes that attitude of hers. read more

Sunday night, 9:45pm. Everyone else is closed! They said they were very busy, delivery would take 30 minutes even though they close in 15 minutes where I live. They arrived in 20 minutes, girl driver was very positive even though very tired. I tipped her well. Never any issues with Pizza or Service. Don't know why the bad reviews. Terrible, just a normal Thursday night at dinner time, I ordered a med stuff crust pizza and some boneless wings on the side. The pizza was SOGGY it was so undercooked that it was literally uneatable. The boneless wings look like they were Tyson brand picked up from Fred Meyers and two squirts of honey BBQ sauce plopped on. Not even enough for the 6 wings. This is the WORST Pizza Hut experience I've ever had, and they should fire everyone that works there or just shut the franchise down bcuz it is that bad and I can't believe they put that soppy mess in a box and delivered it to my house. read more

So it's New Year's Eve. My wife and I decided to order a pizza and stay in due to our new young child. We ordered a pizza and a Hershey cookie for dessert. After 45 min it arrived and we paid the $20 bill and gave a $5 tip. After I brought the box in my wife asked about the cookie and I realized they had forgotten it. She called and asked about it and was told if she still wanted it they could have it to us in about 45 minutes. So we waited and after 2 hours had given up hope.
