OK, so this is the go to place for one of my kids school events. So as I was chowing down on some pizza the other night I was thinking I don't think I've ever reviewed them because I've not actually picked up the pizza myself. With that said it's not my typical pizza spot. I make a lot of pizza myself and I'm quite the critic and like a very classical minimalism European style pizza you could say. This is not that. This is the stereotypical, heavier, thick, thicker crossed American pizza. Granted again I'm not saying it's bad. I love to grab me a Costco slice, but it isn't my traditional go to when I am fronting the bill. Now this is a good place when you have a lot of people to feed and those smaller pies just aren't gonna cut it. I would definitely put this place well above Abby's or flying pie. Now I don't know if that's controversial, but I'm gonna go ahead and say it. I've tried probably about a dozen pizzas from this place like I said being that it's a school event pizza place. I've tried more pizzas than I would normally at many other places. The toppings are good and they're fresh and they load them on there. It can be a little thick a little heavy a little dough but that's pretty standard for the normal American pizza and I definitely would say it's far less than flying pie. So if any of those other traditional pizza places park your interest, this might be a little bit better of an option in my opinion read more

Used to be a good place. The customer service is horrible. Make sure they get your order correct, check it before you leave. They will not offer any service recovery if they don't get your order correct. They claim they never make mistakes. Very arrogant and rude. read more

Visiting family and was needing to some dinner ordered and was craving some pizza. Saw this as an option and jumped on it as it was great when I use to work in the area 5 yrs ago. The retraining of employees on how to read online orders. Took a chance and ordered a half-and-half, they gave me a time for pick up. I arrived a little early. Turns out it was already done quite some time ago before my pick up time fitting on top a bunch of other pizzas getting cold not only that the pizza that I ordered the way I ordered it was completely wrong. I live 20 minutes away from this pizzeria and so as far as recommending them to anyone, I would definitely not very poor experience will not be returning. read more

I ordered a specialty pizza with a cross between the butcher block and Italian chicken and it was delicious. The dough was incredibly chewy, the cheese was ample, the veg was very fresh and yummy, and the meat was quite tasty and well cooked. I always get extra sauce, and they do not charge for it here, which is brilliant. Prices are not bad for specialty pizzas. As someone who is not into oregano, this place has less of that flavor which is also great. People were super friendly and fun, food was prepared quickly and on time, which made it an easy pick up. The store is lovely, not an inside seating place really, though there are bar stools and a long end table. They also allow you to put garlic on your pizza for free, and for me, who is passionate about garlic, this makes them even more amazing. read more

Ordered 2 grinders and got 2 piles of crap. They put no cheese and slopped the ingredients into the old hard bread. They did not cook the sandwiches and did not follow instructions of lettuce and tomato on the side. They just decided to not give me any. I tipped $5.00 on a $20.00 order and i still got screwed. Not too bad, not too good. I think their pizza is over rated although I'm a pizza connoisseur. Also pretty spendy.

We had the Butcher block and italian chicken pizza half and half. The extra large is ginormous! I would say probably consider your choices about which pizzas you decide to half and half, because the meat on this pizza was very well cooked, but that meant the vegetables got a little less than they needed. Not that I'm complaining they were both delicious. The meat was fresh, good quality, well cooked, great cheese, extra sauce at no extra charge thank you very much, the crust was amazing. Well cooked crisp, even for the size of the pizza that it was. The first thing I noticed about this pizza when I took a bite was the garlic and if you happen to be a vampire or werewolf or someone who doesn't like garlic this may not be the one for you, but I like garlic man this was good! the service was perfect and timely, there are seats, but this is largely to go place, a clean, friendly storefront. Stopped in for lunch and got one of the lunch specials. 2 slices and a drink for $8.50. Slices were huge and they tasted pretty good too. The drink is just a bottle if pop so to save a buck or so you could run to the grocery store next door. Staff was overworked and didn't have enough people but they were still friendly. One of my favorite things about Bellagios is that no matter what size you get you can always get a thicker crust without having to pay the extra money like most Portland pizza joints will do. The ingredients are fresh, the pies are perfectly cooked, and the delivery is quick and efficient. Bellagios isn't the cheapest pizza around, but it is the best. They load up on toppings more generously than any other pizza place. Now, I am a pain in the ass, and I order my pizza making at least three changes to the set pizza menu. Bellagios is really good at getting those changes right, and on the few occasions where it got messed up (because of course it did, I made changes) they were apologetic and quick to remake the pizza how I ordered it. I seriously can't even stand to eat the stingy barren topped pizza from other places. read more

Love the pizza, hate the customer service. Ordered online about a month ago, came in a few minutes after expected pick up time and was told they've been busy and it will take a little longer. Wasn't upset, this stuff happens so I went to Fred Meyers and looked around for about twenty minutes, came back and still not done. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked about it and was told another ten minutes. Finally got my pizza & came home and they forgot the marinara for my cheese sticks. Placed a second order tonight and pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:37. Arrived at 7:40 and they said they didn't see the order online and it will be 10 minutes. Well 10 minutes turned into 25. Again, no marinara with cheese sticks. Asked for marinara and was told it's .50.... Asked another employee for some marinara and he said will since we messed up you can have it but normally it's .50. When you order online it asks if you want marinara or ranch with your cheese sticks and if you want EXTRA it'll be .50. If you're ordering tbere just expect it to take at least twenty minutes longer than the pickup time you're told. read more

Got a pizza from Bellagios in Gresham, and I was very pleased with it. It was the "Real Deal" and had exactly the toppings I like...pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, and onions...and best of all (to me), it had a thin, slightly crispy crust. Also, Bellagios doesn't scrimp on the ingredients...there was plenty. This will be one of my regular favorite pizzas going forward. read more

The dough is consistently appeasing with a fair weight of toppings. As well, they offer a tasty gluten-free crust and 'Follow Your Heart' vegan cheese, two great options! The dough brought me in, and the non-dairy cheese option kept me coming in weekly without fail. The quality has never faltered, but if it does, they never hesitate to make it right. Whether it's a movie marathon, football game, lunch away from work, or a quiet place to read (afternoons anyway), I'll always get my pizza from Bellagios. We decided to have gluten-free pizza tonight and Bellagio's was the closest pizzeria near us. We call to put in a carry out order I waited online on hold for 2 1/2 minutes before somebody got back to me. When they did pick up I got the unfriendly employee name Rachel...you could tell she wasn't smiling, no good evening or thank you for calling or no friendliness no nothing...kind of sounded like negative Nancy. I came to pick up my pizza they can't find my order they said I didn't call this Bellagio's they have nothing in the system-wft!!!"?#%...this is the only Bellagio's in the area so now they messed up my order I'm not happy I don't want to pay anything for this freaking pizza!! Come to find out this stupid employee who took my order put it under my last name. Now she asked me for my first name & last name so I go in there say my full name they said they can't find it! then they look again and say oh it's not ready... I swear to GOD if I wasn't hungry I'd leave!!!! they told me 30 to 35 minutes it's been 50 minutes and my food is still not ready... Got a little tip for you Bellagio's you need to fire everybody and start over you need to help from "Hell's kitchen" you need somebody to come in and rip them a new! I watched an employee carry Pizza dough on his forearm with no gloves on... And I watch the cashier handle money and then take the pizza out of the oven cut it touched the edges and did not put on gloves. Did I mention he was biting his nails...I hope dirty diner comes here for them! I paid $34.00 for a large reel deal gluten free pie, BBQ wings, and gluten free small breadsticks. We had a Portland Perks for here and had been wanting to try them. We ended up getting Grinders the first time we went. I thought they were really good, they had plenty of meat on them and the bread toasted up light. The Bellagio Grinder has:Pizza sauce, salami, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, Italian seasoning, side of Italian Dressing. However, both times they forgot the Italian dressing and it really needs it. The second time we went, something was off from the first visit. My son had gotten the pizza this time around, which he really enjoyed. I stuck with the classic grinder, being the creature of habit that I am. It lacked the flavor of the first one. The guys working the counter are really friendly and get your stuff out to you fast. Both times we went on a Saturday afternoon and only one other person was in there, I sometimes take that as a sign. It isn't anything special and wouldn't make this my 'go-to' place. read more

Dear Bellagios: It is with a heavy heart that I must say, "You're FIRED!" I just can't keep giving 2nd chances hoping that you will perhaps, someday, once upon a time, address getting your stores functioning at the most remedial level!!!!! Can you truly ask me to continue my patronage and be satisfied NOT getting what I ordered? This is extra sad because I remember the first store that opened in Beaverton (like 20 years ago or so). It WAS the best pizza in the Portland area. I considered it to be at the quality level of Nona Amelia's or Tributes. A workmate and i used to take long lunches and drive 30 minutes for the garlic chicken with white cream sauce pizza, order the largest one, and both eat 1/2. Damn so good! To be honest I still love the pizza. But I digress to my lamentations for future lost pizza dates. You see my father is lactose intolerant but loves pizza. We order it with light cheese on 1/2 of the pizza Motz only no cheddar and he can handle it ok. My first pizza order with him required me to create an account and update everything. I placed my order and made sure to put detailed notes explaining exactly how to accomplish what we wanted. My pizza was so jacked up the manager sent us a replacement. The second pizza (about 2 months later): I remembered they jacked up my previous pizza order and my father ended up with to much cheese for him to eat. I knew from experience I couldn't rely on the staff to follow my written instructions. Once I submitted a "reorder" of the exact same pizza from my account history, I figured I should call to ensure that my notes were followed accurately this time. The phone call was handled well and left me feeling like my father was going to get to eat without issue. Yet again I had gone out of my way to compensate for the service shortcomings. I never the less ran smack dab into a better idiot, my plot to prevent my father from suffering was foiled by stagnant minds of overgrown teenagers lacking basic reading comprehension and communicating in the workplace. (The most basic of skills). So today my father is turning 71. YES, I'm a fool and I fell for the words of forgiveness coming from my own guardian angel! We placed an order. But logic and common sense will prevail, right? This time we decided not to leave anything to chance and ordered a separate pizza (small) just for him with "light cheese" on the entire pizza so there could be zero question. The rest of us ordered an XL. Our order for him was a thin crust with basil and LIGHT cheese. I do not think that completely covering the basil so you can't see it through melted cheese would be considered "LIGHT CHEESE". So thank you to the Gresham Bellagios on Burnside for yet again thwarting our best efforts to provide simple clear instructions. We were confident that the simplicity would be fitting to enable even a sophomoric orangoutang to successfully complete the order without err. What are you guys smoking over there? You forgot to PASS that stuff. I suppose I'll take care of it myself. HANDS DOWN THE WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER WENT TO. Pizza is always burnt, sloppy, and dry. I have tried every single ballagios location. I have never had issues like i have at this location. I called and complained about burnt dry terrible pizza that i paid over 50 bucks for and the manager did not give me a refund or a new pizza. I had to physically bring in the burnt pizza and show him. Then he argued with me and said. "You call THAT burnt? That is NOT burnt!" So rude. He has the worst customer service skills... if you want to call it that. This is not up to any of the other ballagios location. Serious lack in quality control. They should just close the store. Ehh this pizza was ok, nothing special. The thin crust was good. The veggie Mother Earth pizza was alright. The place really needs to be cleaned better, the Parmesan shakers were all half full the walls are in need of touch up paint and the staff could be a little more focused.
