Burnt pizza, cold, 30 mins late and horrible customer service...ordered a Pizza at 3:50pm pizza arrived at 5:20pm Pizza was cold and had burnt cheese. Deliver driver said "sorry were late, were slammed"...umm yeah your a pizza place on a Friday night. Called in to talk with manager and they wanted us to bring it back and get a new one or wait another hour for another one to arrive or refund and they will pick it up. Good Pizza, but a couple employees haven't got a clue! First off, I've been buying my delivery pizza here for several years (seriously) The last one I had delivered, aprx. 6 weeks ago, was a total nightmare for me, they didn't seem too interested when I called them back about it!  Even told them I would STOP buying there, they still weren't concerned. So, I did exactly what I told him I would do, I have discontinued buying there!  That last phone order pizza was made from my existing/established style of pizza and toppings on file. That "time only" I wanted some beverages.  I specifically asked the order taker what soft drink he had WITHOUT caffeine.  He stated that he wasn't sure, but guessed it was Mr. Pibb, I asked him to verify that, just to make sure it "was" caffeine-free (as I am very sensitive to that specific drug). He came back telling me that his guess was correct, Mr Pibb had NO caffeine.  So, hearing that, I placed the order expecting to receive a caffeine-free, two-liter bottle of Mr. Pibb.  However, when the order arrived, that is the first thing I checked on, and there was NO caffeine-free Mr. Pibb with the driver!  I wasn't happy, but quite hungry with anticipation of the pizza and a "no caffeine" beverage, although there was "no" Mr. Pibb as "proclaimed" to be "caffeine-free" at my doorstep!  So, with "no" other choice/s before me, I accepted the $33.50 pizza order as delivered, the beverage he brought me actually turned out to NOT be Mr. Pibb, but was Barg's Root Beer instead, which also contains caffeine! I determined that while reading the ingredients at the kitchen counter, before drinking!  More astounding, that particular Bellagios location does not even carry Mr. Pibb, but if they had, it still would have contained Caffeine, for it has 40.8 mg in each 10-12oz. serving! Their switch to Barg's was attempted to cover up not having the "caffeine free" Mr. Pibb as told!  So, without any consumable beverages, I would have had to literally choke-down a nice pizza and nothing to "drink" along with it! That's right "nothing", the RV I was spending the night in temporarily HAD no running water. So, I had absolutely "nothing" to drink or eat that night, entirely due to their intentional deception! Although, I did get fed a bunch of BS from the initial order taker, at the beginning, for HE had absolutely no knowledge of what he was going to provide me, despite my caffeine question put to him. I think he was merely appeasing me so as to get on with his other work! THE next day, I called and talked to (Mgr. Mike?) the very same man who I had initially talked with when placing the order, until being handed to a different, inept phone person...At that time, I explained the fiasco to Mike?, he offered me a $5.00 credit toward my next pizza!  Evidently to him, that was a sufficient amount in compensation for my entire ruined evening/dinner with NO food. I informed him that his offer was unacceptable, for they had ruined my complete dinner/plans, for I consumed no pizza and drank no soda, all because I was mislead from the very beginning!  I certainly would NOT have placed that order if I would have heard the truth from the order taker on the phone. I asked "Mike"? to merely replace the $33.50 pizza at some other time, or a refund, he wasted no time in saying "no". I'm still pissed about being treated like "chopped liver" and responsible over their blatant mishandling and deception given me during that order! Should I be held & bent "over-the-barrel" for not having food or beverage that night, and held to absorb that $33.50 solely on my own.....Hell NO!  I should be compensated for the entire food order that was "not" consumable by me...I feel that is the appropriate monetary remedy for how they screwed-up my entire/complete evening and dinner, and all other plans that would have followed!  (at that time, no additional/other punitive amounts were discussed) I've held off posting this on the "review" sites, until I had sent this comment and seen and evaluated Bellagios response....which is all in their ball-park now! * * *UPDATE:....NOT a word has been seen or heard from Bellagios.... Online order for 7:30 pm. Food was not done until 7:55. Order was not complete. Left with partial order. Manager or owner came few times out to let me know that they forgot to make whole order, then he offered $10-20 discount, then at the end he said when I call for the next order it will be credited for $50. I left in disbelief. The worst customer service ever experienced. Staff doesn't use gloves while preparing food, huge garbage bucket is in the middle of the prep area. Unbelievable! Ok if you saw my waist you would think I was a food critic...what that had to do with my review beats me... but when it comes to Bellagios Pizza I am confident when I say " Crazy Good" I used to visit the Oregon City facility and brought many guest with me... Fabulous! But now that I live in the Windy side of town I do all my deliveries through Bellagios and one other local digs. The delivery is fast and courteous. I really wish they delivered to my house, but we are just outside their delivery radius. The pizza and wings are so good that we are willing to go pick it up. Love the garlic chicken pizza! I've never encountered an employee who wasn't pleasant, helpful, and just generally happy to be helping me! I really appreciate their customer service! But the wings. Seriously. The wings. They must bake them or something because they are so deliciously different than wings you get other places. They are not soggy or dripping with sauce. Bellagios is my FAVORITE pizza place in Gresham, hands down. I'm never disappointed when I order here whether delivery or in-store. The staff have always been friendly, helpful like friends/family. Delivery can be slow, 5-10+ minutes over the estimated time but imo worth the wait. I'm also SO thankful that they have gluten-free option and vegan/dairy-free cheese for sensitive tummies like mine, without them the only time I can have pizza is if I made it myself. The tomato sauce is full of flavor, made fresh, high quality toppings. Apart from pizza their chicken wings are awesome, big and juicy although light on the sauce (FYI for those who prefer sauce slathered all over this is probably not for you). Highly recommend you give Bellagios a try if you're curious, for me they are The Very Best :) read more

Two recent experiences, one was a 5 star, one a 4.5. Took my boyfriend there about 2 weeks ago. Didn't realize they were closing shortly after we got there (15 min) since online it said they were open later. But the guys were very friendly and didn't seem to mind at all. Boyfriend loved it so much he was raving about how good their pizza was to all his friends! Yesterday we ordered the same pizza to be delivered. They were incredibly fast, but when he brought it inside, one corner of the box was literally dripping with grease. I'm not opposed to greasy pizza, but this was a little extreme. The pizza here is fantastic. This trip though in the dining room there was no ice in the fountain machine, and little worry/urgency from the staff to fix it or provide bagged ice for patrons. A friend and I decided to give this place a try since we had a coupon for 20% off and had never been here before. We were both really happy with the food and the service. We each ordered a 10 inch pizza. Mine had chicken, basil, artichokes, garlic, cheese, etc. It was delicious. Everything on it was fresh and tasty, although I did end up taking 1/2 of it home for later. I don't usually eat pizza crust, but this crust was amazing. It was thin, but not to the point of being crunchy; just crisp. We each had a salad too, which was very nicely arranged on our plates, surrounded by carrots, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. My only suggestion would be to please add some other lettuce besides just iceberg! Our server, who was also the chef, was extremely gracious and thoughtful. We both agreed we would definitely return. Was very quiet, and as the previous reviewed said, the staff seemed a bit shocked when we came in, but totally worth it. Seemed very busy with delivery orders. My friend and I split the Bellagios Zone calzone and it was so yummy. Cooked just right so the veggies weren't dead, but still tasting fresh. My friend, who has been to Italy, said the dough was almost identical to the type of dough she had when she was over there. It was so yummy I could have eaten just a batch of cooked with sauce:) Was just visiting the area, but would definitely go back if I was in the area again. The salad smelt like dirt.... like the head of iceberg lettuce they used wasn't cleaned before it went into the salad. The salad was basically 2 lbs of dirty lettuce with tomatoes and diced cucumber. Every single time I have been in this store they have messed up my order, forgot my pizzas or made me wait way longer then what was promised. All while the restaurant is empty and the employees were standing around. I understand they have a high turnover rate so maybe it's a problem with management. Sometimes Domino's, Pizza Hut, or Little Caesars just won't do. Sometimes you need a little more love added into your meals and in steps Bellagio's Pizza. I know I only gave it 3 stars, but there is no way to give a half a star. I ordered takeout from the place because we were having a housewarming party and there was no way I was going to whip something up. I think we got the standard pepperoni and a couple different kinds of pizza that I'd never had before. The crust was spot on. I little crunchy and a little soft at the same time. The pizza had just the right amount of sauce and they didn't skimp on the toppings. They were all quite tasty and seemed to disappear really quickly. Not one crust was left uneaten. I think it was mostly due to great tasting pizza. The delivery was a little slow that day, but the driver was so apologetic that I was able to get over it really quickly. Other than that I have no complaints about the place. It's definitely a consistent menu option for me for when I need something to hit the foodie spot. read more

First I'll say it was cool in the dining area on a hot day!!! Second I called to Order delivery was an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery I said forget it I'll come it. She said 25 minutes. I said ok. Also said $19.99 when I had asked for the $16.99 special not a big deal. So I had called at 6:45 showed up at 7:10pm and they hadn't even started the pizza. It was sitting on counter. She said she would start it take about 7 min total. After about 12 min it was ready. I will say the pizza was really good and I will go back and hope that the small slip up doesn't happen again. Pizza is always high quality here. People are so soft and sensitive with a huge belief they are entitled to everything nowadays and these Yelp reviews are clear evidence of that. I constantly get an XL BBQ delivered and the driver is usually fast and understanding of my barking dogs. Pricey, but still good. Never a problem with service or the pizza and I've been a customer for two plus years. I've had much worse food at higher prices. This is great pizza!! Saw lots of mixed reviews so hesitant to try, but so glad we did. We got the Real Deal, sub white sauce for red sauce, shrooms and onions only on half. Ordered and paid for online and when we walked in, the very friendly staff member greeted us as he was slicing it. The sausage was excellent, as were all the toppings, but they had me at the crust - phenomenal. It had a density to it, but was super soft and tender. Just melts in your mouth, but still holds all your toppings. This is my new favorite pizza place in Gresham. I'd say comparable to Flying Pie, but way less expensive. read more

5 stars for customer service. I was read the ingredients to their gluten-free crust without having to ask (people sometimes mistake "dairy" to mean eggs so it's good to check ingredients yourself!). I'm an idiot so when I called back to place my pick-up order, I didn't specify "no cheese" on my custom pizza.. After the 30min drive home, I realized my error and so we called back just to see if they would accommodate out of kindness -- and they said yes!
