After 4 visits, they finally had slices to sell, no price or options signage, but $3 a slice was a very nice price for some huge slices; no way of knowing if that is the usual price. Personally, I like to judge based on a peperoni pizza, but they only had a cheese slice and 2 Hawaiian slices. I got one of each, and took them home to eat. While the slice enclosure in the store was heated, it might have been a nice courtesy if they were to have slid the slices into the oven for a minute; but the crust was already overdone. I would suggest better signage for pricing, and a slightly more heat resistant screen/pan for actual cooking to keep the crust slightly more doughy, unless the slices were accidental overcooks that should have been a crew pie instead of slices to sell to customers. The crust was past the point of useful re-heating, and I almost scraped the toppings off to repurpose. Special note: if sweet and sour pork wasn't the #1 most popular Chinese dish in the US, I might actually pay attention to people trying to dunk on pineapple. read more

We love the flavor of their pizza however we had a large event and ordered on line $150 of pizzas to go. 5 baked and 3 take and bake. first the online order can only be placed when they are open? but the worst thing was that they called us to inform us that any order over $100 requires a 10% gratuity. we thought this strange since it was a pre order to allow for them to plan for it and would not a larger order maybe get a discount, not a penalty? there was no delivery or on site service? then when we arrived to pick it up ( we were on time ) they said that the pizzas were not even in the oven yet. Stormy and the other Girl's here are always very polite and know my name. I got to witness such an act first hand as each girl helped and treated a disabled gentlemen with the utmost respect. One of the first places the boyfriend & I tried after relocating to the area. I'm a little bit of a pizza junkie, so this was my pick & honestly? A bad experience; I was very disappointed.The girl at the counter wasn't exactly rude, but she wasn't friendly or helpful, either. The review I'd read in a local brochure made it sound like there was in store seating, but it's a pick-up & go, which was disappointing to discover. The food, a large veggie pizza & breadsticks, were barely luke warm by the time we got home with it to eat --true, we had to drive home, but if it was hot out of the oven, at least the cheese would have been uniformly melted across the pizza, which it wasn't. It seems unfair to give such a low rating off one lousy experience, but I'm not sure I want to give them more money for another lousy experience. We'll see, though. read more

Very friendly and greeted you as you come in with smiles. But I was not to happy to see the girls not wearing gloves while making pizzas and not washing hands after answering phones or touching other things and going back to work touching food again. Also asked for a half and half was charged 20 dollars and got a 3 quarters of the cheaper pizza and fourth of the more expensive pizza.
