    Wonderful food. Great service. I was very impressed by all the different selections.. I had the bourbon Chicken and my wife ice had the teriyaki chicken. Both were wonderful.

    I don't panda to the conservatives, but then again I don't panda to anyone. And I'm not a fan of Chinese American food in general, but then some places make it better than others. Panda is pretty much the standard, but far from the gold standard, as it's pretty basic. I don't usually give it more than two or three stars, but the service is great and food was anything but awful this location, hence the rating of 4.

    Man, I didn't think the location was going to be as bad as the experience I've had, but seeing negative reviews from 2017 and beyond and no actual improvement makes it seem hopeless.....And here's my experience with them.... I'll give it a two because at the very least, the food is filling and hot, and good. I'm judgmental of Panda Express in general because it's not really traditional Chinese food but Americanized Chinese. Still, tonight was incredibly rough. I ordered some food for delivery, but Panda Express website wouldn't let me enter an accurate apartment address and continuously went to the first apartment number in the search box drop down menu-which was not my apartment. Thinking that I may have lucked out and selected my proper address, I realized upon reviewing the order details (which I could not see the address until I already hit 'check out') that it was going to the wrong damn address! Immediately I called this store location, but nobody answered the phone. I called repeatedly five more times with NOBODY answering. Ultimately I had to call Door Dash-the third party company-to cancel and refund the order. Door Dash was able to go in and contact the driver to update them on the address, so I still got my food. Long after having successfully received my food, thank god, I tried calling the store again just to see; and once again, no actual response. I'm already not a huge Panda Express fan, not enough to physically visit this store. I know I'm not the only person like this, so I'm going to tell you right now-speaking to those that are like me....if you're wanting to call a restaurant and order food, this is NOT the place to do it. They clearly are not answering their phone! Seeing the various negative reviews over the last four to five years, I'm guessing this place has been downhill for a long time....I don't know why they don't just shut this location down. I usually try to recommend a place if it's of high quality, but here's what I'm going to say. In Brazos Town Center, where I think this place is located, there's another chinese diner....right next to Kroger.....check them out. If you're going to order delivery, call Bao's Asian Cafe (which is another place I need to review that deserves high notes). Avoid Panda Express, just don't bother. If they can't be bothered to answer their phones and customer service has been reportedly bad for years, there's no point in messing with this location.....

    disgusting & disappointing af, i had ate from this bowl too and all i got in return was a half ass "sorry" from restaurant. i ordered orange chicken not hair samples..

    Just came home after a long day in the med center with my husband after having an outpatient procedure done to find hair in my food that I ordered. Disgusting! Called 10+ times and no answer so here I am writing this review, food in the trash and money wasted! My advice is to wear hair nets because this seems to be the same issue others have had. Aside from all that, the chow mein taste old and dry as usual. I don't know why I keep hoping that one day I'll fresh food from here. Better off going to an authentic Chinese Restaurant.

    This is the second time this lady Sam tried to tell me they weren't cooking any food at 810pm when they close at 9pm. After seeing them drop chicken in the fryer for a drive thru order on my way out. So I came back in and had her make my food because that's BS. Management needs to manage there workers a bit better.

    I hope I don't get food poisoning! Stay away! And it was a hassle to get my money back because I didn't have my receipt. Literally there 20min before returning. The owner clearly dose not care about their product and customer satisfaction!

    Lo mein noodles or in other words cabbage with a little bit of noodles!

    The food is okay for cheap Chinese. The drive thru is a little slower than I would like . Decent portions

    I will try to keep it short as possible, so I apologize in advance…read more The 3802 FM 762 Richmond, TX location is really in need of retrain and educating their staff on customer service, or at least putting those that want to be there and know how to handle customer service on drive thru. Not at this location. It couldn't be farther from the truth. I use drive thrus due to mobility issues from NF that cause me pain. I tell the ordering spot/box that I was there for an online order pick up. I give the name and am instructed to pull up to window 2. I get up to the window, only to have two men treat me as I was the stupidiest person in the world. They were smirking and saying no they didn't have my order. I explained to them that the screen back where you order pulled it up no problem. They said are you sure about that? I said yes, that I was sure. They then struggled with their system, and said no we have an order two other people but not you. I said that is not possible, when it pulled it up on their screen back there no problem, and that husband and I ordered it for this location.When they asked for the location address, I gave them the address and they snickered. They actually snickered, and said that it was the wrong location that it was further up the freeway near Crabb River Rd. I said that was incorrect, that the road directly in front of their location was FM 762. That the order was for their location. They proceeded to shrug and wave me off, so I said I would come in to talk about it. After all I didn't want to hold up the line. Keep this in mind, I use the drive thru because it is painful for me to walk no a days from a massive scare I have due to NF.I walk into the resturant, and talk to the clerk and he confirmed that yes indeed I had the right location before walking away.I understand it is Friday night and they are busy, but my anxiety was starting to spike and I was in pain and getting a bit frustrated. Two minutes go by before a nice gentleman from the back came up and asked if he could assist me. I explained the situation to him, and he apologized. Said he wasn't even sure what those two were doing in drive thru.Still I explained the order again to him, and he pulled it up instantly with not a problem at all. He went back to get my food, and had a talk with the two of them. I heard the one in shock say oh that was her?The man came back looking annoyed by his co-workers and gave me my food. I thanked him, and proceeded back to my car out front facing FM 762. I broke down by this point as I have severe anxiety issues. So I drove home in tears, in pain, humilitated, and frustrated by the whole ordeal. I should never had have to have gone through any of that. Taco Bell needs to train their employees better, or get those that can do customer service in on drive through and the counter and keep those that want to be demeaning and not really wanting to be there in the back. But then I would worry about the food being done without "extra" ingrediances put in them.
