This was, without a doubt, the worst fast-food experience I've ever had. I ordered two chicken tender meals with onion rings, two large cherry limeades, and a large order of jalapeño popper ched' r peppers. My order was repeated back to me correctly. I asked for Buffalo sauce and honey mustard with my order. When I arrived at the window, I asked for one extra Buffalo sauce. Had I not asked for the extra Buffalo sauce, there would have only been one Buffalo sauce for two meals. I also never received the honey mustard that I requested. The male employee who handed me my food and the extra sauce was very unfriendly and didn't say a single word. When I got home, I discovered that I had been given a small order of jalapeño popper ched' r peppers instead of the large size I paid for. The chicken tenders were soggy, and the onion rings tasted as if they had been coated in powdered sugar or a heavy vanilla flavor. They were so overly sweet that they were completely inedible. The large cherry limeades were flat and barely tasted like they had any cherry flavor. To make matters worse, I didn't receive a receipt, yet I was charged for items I didn't receive as ordered. This location needs to retrain its employees on customer service, order accuracy, and food preparation. The lack of attention to detail and poor food quality made this a complete waste of money. I will never visit this location ever again. The other Rosenberg location is far more superior. After this experience, I can understand why the other fast-food restaurant next door was crowded while this one was nearly empty. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came here at 9:10 pm, ordered on the speaker and waited twenty minutes and no one came to us. We pushed the button again and were notified they forgot our order and were going to remake it. We asked them to read the order to us before they remade it and it wasn't even our order. Ever since seeing the first Sonic commercial on my television I've wanted to try them out. The wait was over at my recent trip to Houston Texas. It looked just like it did in the commercials. There were bright television screens everywhere and speakers when you pulled up with your car to place your order. It looked very inviting and I wish it had been a sunny day because I would have taken advantage of the outdoor seating. There were two employees working there so it took a long time to get our food. I was a little bummed about the half carton of fries we received that were lukewarm. However, the men working there at the time so would it happen and quickly corrected it by bringing us hot fries so I really appreciated that. Ordered a hot dog and it was pretty average. All in all I would say it was just like going Burger King. If I were a teenager and had a group of friends it be the perfect hangout spot. I'm just happy to say that I've tried it! read more

This place is horrendously slow. Just sat in a stall for about 15 minutes after ordering a large tea and a small mozzarella stick. Let me say that I have had poor service here in the past but I had my grandkids with me and they wanted sonic. Ordering was the easy part. Getting what you ordered apparently was not. This is not a new job description due to covid so that argument is null and void. This is what this restaurant does on a normal day. When the order arrived, my granddaughters drink was laying down in the carrier. No worries. We righted and used napkins to fix the problem. No harm no foul. We ordered everything with french fries. My grandson got tater tots. No worries. A quick press of the red button and voila. French fries. A few minutes later he takes a drink. Weird face. He has a coke but ordered a cherry slush with nerds. Another push of the red button. The waitress appears with a teeny cup of cherry slushie. I protest. He ordered an adult meal and our coke was a medium. She says "the manager did it. I will fix it. ". She comes back again with my receipt( a copy of which I was never given) indicating a childs meal this a childs slushie. However, the child in my car had her meal and all was well. My grandson ordered an adult meal. At this point, the waitress takes my coke and the little slush and disappears. Seriously?!?!? Moments later she returns with the proper drink. Can I have a straw because you TOOK my others. She hands me the straw. Honestly I am not writing a negative report because of the errors but rather the attitude and unwillingness to correct it. The manager should be ashamed. She should have comped something but at the very least came to the car. That is my opinion at least.
