Please forward this review to the manager of this location It is Sunday 9/27/2024 at 8 pm. The boy working the first window drive through is High out of his mind and couldn't get my order correct. It was so simple. The man working the second window took the largest sigh when I asked him for ketchup and ranch twice. The first time he gave me ketchup only and then sighed for the ranch. Worst service of any McDonald's I've ever been in hands down . They can't be bothered to take your order . The staff will be standing around doing nothing or goofing off and they will just look at you standing at the register waiting to order and not bother to come over and help you . One time we walked in , it wasn't busy at all several workers standing around and they said use the keyosk . I've been to this McDonald's 4 times now and every time they manage to get my order COMPLETELY wrong. Like not even just one thing wrong. Restaurant was mostly clean. Ordering w mobile app was processed fairly quickly. Did not get cups for drinks. Had to ask for them. Was quizzed didn't I already get them when I ordered. Um...you just called mobile order #, therefore you know that This is my first visit to the counter...clue, mobile order. Then tried the buttermilk chicken sandwich and added cheese. First of all the drive thru and parking is the absolute worst! McDonald's sells itself so it's beside me why they would put it in this location. Only one lane so takes forever to get through the line. So far haven't had any issues with my orders. I never been inside so can't really rate it. I hope they consider moving locations there's so much space here in Rosenberg. Come on people! read more

This place has earned a small redemption! After so many times of getting to go, my party of 3 decided to dine in last night and checked out the gaming machines that were on the tables. Now I'm thinking, WHY DIDN'T I CHECK THEM OUT SOONER??!??? The machines were sooo much fun! There are so many games to choose from, more than one person can play on certain ones, and best of all, they are free!!! We spent at least 2 hours playing a Texttwist like game, the food we ordered didn't matter! We just ate while we played. My opinion of the service, here however, still remains the same---still crappy as ever. In fact they turned off the machines while we were still playing bc they were getting close to closing. I mean that's ok fine and all but 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING WITHOUT WARNING?!?? You're not going to get a lot of happy customers this way. read more

The place smells funny, which is ironic because they were mopping the entire time we were there. It was probably the mop water. The place looks clean and the service was very fast. It was odd to see more than one worker in plainclothes however. But the ice cream was delicious and people seem to get their food quickly. Overall Great experience. read more

Drive thru review only- This McDonald's is hit and miss. Some days you're sitting waiting for what seems like days in drive thru. Other days it's just hours, if you're lucky it's just about 5 minutes. This is just to order. Place your order, wait a bit longer. I'm not sure what they are doing in there- but they've yet to make a mistake. The service is lacking in personality, but most times I've been I didn't really mind- I just was ready to go. Unfortunately this is the ONLY MCDonalds I know of in this area. I don't mind it so much, I just know that if I am in a hurry, this probably won't be the place I stop for a quick $1 drink.... oh yeah! The prices are exceptional when it comes to just a drink. Brings us in, then the kids want a happy meal. Definitely a way for them to bring the business in. Their sweet tea is delicious by the way. Went today to pick up a plain hamburger for the grand baby and a $1 large fry with my app. Of course the line was long as usual ! Upon driving up to the second window they handed me my order and I looked in the bag and tasted the fries. They were cold and greasy and tasted awful! I stayed at the drive-up window and the girl opened it back up and I told her that the fries were cold, greasy and tasted awful. She took them and quickly brought me back another order of fries and they were a little warmer this time. After driving off I began to examine them and discovered only the top ones were warmer! I am guessing they took a few off the top and just put some different ones in their place! I ended up not eating them ! I don't understand how they could have cold fries when they are so busy and 10+ cars in line. I know they are selling French fries to most of them and must be cooking some quite often ! Also I am disappointed they no longer have Dr Pepper products . They told me they replaced it with Sprite. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location. It is really hit and miss for when the location is open or closed and doesn't match the posted hours. Went through the drive-thru for lunch and when I got home I realized my Big Mac was missing a meat patty. I called and the man on the phone was apologetic and said if I could come back they would remake the whole order. It's a drag to have to go back, but what else was I going to do? So, got in my car and went back through to the second window. The staff were responsive and quick to make things right. They asked if I wanted an apple pie or something and they up sized my fries. Absolute crap. Customer service is almost nonexistent at this location. I know unfortunately it's universal for McD's to not have that great of a service culture, but like lots of locations, it's amazing to see how any "inconvenience" or simple needing to do more than burgers and fries end up in "machine is broken". Need to use a coupon or if there's a need to change something to the order for drinks, machine is broken. Go around or after 8:30-9pm? Machine is broken/has issues. They take your order but they won't tell you straight up "machine is broken" until you reach the window and like today, she had to just remove one thing from the order, and the person taking the order was trying, manager comes and just goes ahead to "machine is broken", because the person taking the order needed help voiding our extra order. And there was no line! I never write reviews because I expect McD's to have crappy service tbh, but things like this absolutely upset me that you would rather turn away customers than just take one more minute of your time to fix something. read more
