Eyelash extension found in my bowl

I found plastic in my salad bowl and a fake eyelash extension! Not OK!!! Do not do a mobile order!

They are so greedy and unprofessional. They all seem so blank minded. The girl was super slow and didn't even ask about my drink. Another girl had to tell her I was still at window. My food was supposed to be done by 3:20. I didn't leave till about 3:40. This chipotle needs new people and new managers. They always suck. The one in Fulshear is way better. The one in Lubbock Texas is way better. Rosenberg always know how to mess up things.

"Cheese" quesadillas

I ordered 3 items from This store today and got a cheese quesadilla for kids that you see in the photo. Only all I got was a folded up tortilla with about as much cheese as you can fit in a half ounce ramekin container as you can see. Ridiculous that they even charged me fo

They need to clean the counter.  This is pure laziness or they just don't care.

Clean the counters. Not very friendly. Food droppings all over the counter. There needs to be training on how to be courteous to customers.

Should be renamed Skip-otle, because it's one location you should skip, even if you love this chain. It just doesn't get it done, by any stretch of the imagination. Always tastes old, portion sizes aren't huge, often even less friendly than the one in Sugar Land which I don't like.

I would have taken more photos but I didn't want to be obvious! My husband and I wanted to sit and eat but every available table was disgusting! The top of the tables were all covered in food and the floor under each table was also covered in food. Like no one had swept or mopped in days! While we waited in line I noticed several flies in the store, a used bandaid by the counter, and that the tall guy making the bowls and burritos was not wiping down his work station. Just letting food and crumbs build up on the table. My husband wanted a burrito but he said there was so much food on the counter he didn't want his burrito wrapped on top of it so he just switched to a bowl. Then when the tall guy ask what meat I wanted I said chicken and he went back to grab new chicken and instead of switching out the tubs he poured fresh chicken on top of old chicken that had been sitting out! The drink machine was full of ice and had straw wrappers thrown all over the floor. We will definitely not be coming back because that place is really gross!!!

I asked for cauliflower rice and they gave me old rice. Then I asked for a little salsa and they dumped a ton of it on there. Smh I cant even eat it cause it's too spicy

It's been awhile since I have been to a Chipotle and thought we give it a try since they had the 'BOGO Friends' deal and sad to say that the food quality has gone way down. We were getting food to go. Started out waiting because they were out of white rice. The gentleman doing the serving seemed very impatient as a young man behind the counter was working on getting the rice ready. The server guy went up to the young guy working on rice and must had said something to him when he grabbed the rice from him and I don't think it was something nice. That shouldn't have happened. The rest of the experience was rushed, rushed, rushed... As you can see what my tortilla was not wrapped completely and set on counter. Rice ended up being undercooked and chicken was not the greatest either. Guacamole was not as good as it used to be and queso was no bueno. They seemed fully staffed and feel like they should have been more prepared knowing that they were probably going to be busier than usual. Their phone recording also says that their dining room is not opened.‍

I will try to keep it short as possible, so I apologize in advance…read more The 3802 FM 762 Richmond, TX location is really in need of retrain and educating their staff on customer service, or at least putting those that want to be there and know how to handle customer service on drive thru. Not at this location. It couldn't be farther from the truth. I use drive thrus due to mobility issues from NF that cause me pain. I tell the ordering spot/box that I was there for an online order pick up. I give the name and am instructed to pull up to window 2. I get up to the window, only to have two men treat me as I was the stupidiest person in the world. They were smirking and saying no they didn't have my order. I explained to them that the screen back where you order pulled it up no problem. They said are you sure about that? I said yes, that I was sure. They then struggled with their system, and said no we have an order two other people but not you. I said that is not possible, when it pulled it up on their screen back there no problem, and that husband and I ordered it for this location.When they asked for the location address, I gave them the address and they snickered. They actually snickered, and said that it was the wrong location that it was further up the freeway near Crabb River Rd. I said that was incorrect, that the road directly in front of their location was FM 762. That the order was for their location. They proceeded to shrug and wave me off, so I said I would come in to talk about it. After all I didn't want to hold up the line. Keep this in mind, I use the drive thru because it is painful for me to walk no a days from a massive scare I have due to NF.I walk into the resturant, and talk to the clerk and he confirmed that yes indeed I had the right location before walking away.I understand it is Friday night and they are busy, but my anxiety was starting to spike and I was in pain and getting a bit frustrated. Two minutes go by before a nice gentleman from the back came up and asked if he could assist me. I explained the situation to him, and he apologized. Said he wasn't even sure what those two were doing in drive thru.Still I explained the order again to him, and he pulled it up instantly with not a problem at all. He went back to get my food, and had a talk with the two of them. I heard the one in shock say oh that was her?The man came back looking annoyed by his co-workers and gave me my food. I thanked him, and proceeded back to my car out front facing FM 762. I broke down by this point as I have severe anxiety issues. So I drove home in tears, in pain, humilitated, and frustrated by the whole ordeal. I should never had have to have gone through any of that. Taco Bell needs to train their employees better, or get those that can do customer service in on drive through and the counter and keep those that want to be demeaning and not really wanting to be there in the back. But then I would worry about the food being done without "extra" ingrediances put in them.
