I love Chipotle! I am normally very happy with this location. I've ordered in store, pick up and delivery on numerous occasions. I am giving them a 3 in the hopes that someone from the location reads this! The last two times we ordered delivery, it's been within a month, the orders were placed through the app and when they arrived they were not labeled. We normally get 2 bowls and 3 burritos. Bowls are easy to open and tell who's who's but the burritos are not and we have to unwrap, cut or poke a hole in them to see which one is which. All the info is on our order, each item has a persons name - like we are supposed to do it. So please, please write our names on the items. I know it can be done. I've seen it before. Walked in between 5:30-6pm and it was surprisingly not busy and atmosphere was clean. I greeted the 1st server (2 bowls) and right off the bad he was dry, short and snippy. I tried being upbeat to maybe change the mood but to no avail. The portion he gave me for the chicken was very little so I purchased extra which wasn't much more. The next server proceeded to only provide a little mild salsa, very little corn, prompting me to ask twice for each extra add on. The service felt like they didn't want to be there. The cashier was professional and I had no issue with her. After I walked away, the 1st 2 servers started talking and laughing with each other. Lately it just seems they can't properly wrap the burritos and it gets super messy and everywhere and most of the time they don't give napkins with the orders through Uber Eats.. Today with my Uber Order I placed I didn't get any napkins and I could've definitely used some. This is definitely not the first occurrence of that. My food was supposed to be done by 3:20. I didn't leave till about 3:40. This chipotle needs new people and new managers. They always suck. The one in Fulshear is way better. This location use to be great and now it's really hit or miss...often times missing. For instance, tonight.... missing a significant component of my child's kids meal...the rice. Then the guacamole has absolutely no flavor. Last time I came the tortillas for the kids meal were so hard, my child didn't get to actually eat them. Food is usually good there but I was a bit upset my last visit. Got there around 945pm and keep in mind restaurant closes at 11pm. Staff had chairs up on tables as if they are about to close. It was not welcoming at all. I ended up not buying dinner there for 2 reasons, not feeling inviting with chairs on tables and store not having items I needed for our bowls. When I asked if they were going to make more and the worker just shugged as to oh well. Idk when I will be visiting there again. It's been awhile since I have been to a Chipotle and thought we give it a try since they had the 'BOGO Friends' deal and sad to say that the food quality has gone way down. We were getting food to go. Started out waiting because they were out of white rice. The gentleman doing the serving seemed very impatient as a young man behind the counter was working on getting the rice ready. The server guy went up to the young guy working on rice and must had said something to him when he grabbed the rice from him and I don't think it was something nice. That shouldn't have happened. The rest of the experience was rushed, rushed, rushed... As you can see what my tortilla was not wrapped completely and set on counter. Rice ended up being undercooked and chicken was not the greatest either. Guacamole was not as good as it used to be and queso was no bueno. They seemed fully staffed and feel like they should have been more prepared knowing that they were probably going to be busier than usual. I would have taken more photos but I didn't want to be obvious! My husband and I wanted to sit and eat but every available table was disgusting! The top of the tables were all covered in food and the floor under each table was also covered in food. Like no one had swept or mopped in days! While we waited in line I noticed several flies in the store, a used bandaid by the counter, and that the tall guy making the bowls and burritos was not wiping down his work station. Just letting food and crumbs build up on the table. My husband wanted a burrito but he said there was so much food on the counter he didn't want his burrito wrapped on top of it so he just switched to a bowl. Then when the tall guy ask what meat I wanted I said chicken and he went back to grab new chicken and instead of switching out the tubs he poured fresh chicken on top of old chicken that had been sitting out! The drink machine was full of ice and had straw wrappers thrown all over the floor. We will definitely not be coming back because that place is really gross!!! read more

i just want to start by saying that i hate to leave bad reviews. but this chipotle continuously delivers bad service!!! every single time i walk in the doors, i find myself scratching my head and asking myself why i just put myself through the torture of ordering food here. they have so many employees behind the counter that it should be considered a crime against humanity how slow the line moves. the authorities need to get involved fr. there was a long line when i got there and a long line behind me when i was 2nd up to order, and the young lady taking our orders made all of us wait for the person in front of me's chicken to be cooked and cut, instead of pulling her to the side and moving the line along.... no wonder the line is always so damn long here. giving two stars only because i genuinely love the food. read more

Came here for lunch with my friend and while we ate we were amazed at how clean everything was and how well the team behind the counter worked together. Everyone was doing their tasks and cleaning and they went along. The manager was out with them chopping up fresh ingredients and all the staff had gloves on and were washing their hands constantly! The chipotlane is always so slow. Every time I get the notification on my app that my order is ready I always get to the drive thru and end up still having to wait. This time was especially frustrating because I had to go back to work and was held back by 25+ minutes of waiting in the chipotlane for my order. It was even more disheartening because folks who went in the restaurant got in and got out faster than the cars and myself who has been waiting for a long time already in the chipotlane. On top of that they forgot the guac on my salad and the honey vinaigrette that I had paid for. Don't even acknowledge you waiting in line because Drive thru is more important than a very long line. They decide to not get more dressing at 7 pm Because "they are about to close" even though they close at 10 pm. I've never had a more horrible experience at any other chipotle than here. Service here is trash. I walked in with one person ahead of me and took half an hr to get addressed. As they have took forever with the guy ahead of me only with one bowl. Then after the half hr im told to hold up for another 10min. While 10+ people are in line behind me now. And only drive through is being addressed. Went in about 45 minutes before they closed and was told they were out of cheese and salsa but they were making to go orders with those ingredients. Also the employee put a teaspoon of black beans and was scraping the bowl to get more but there was an entire container behind him that he was using for other orders. I understand that they were closing soon, but chipotle is made to order in front of you so I think doing things halfway is bad customer service. Take your time, do what's right by your customers and take the extra five minutes to make sure you do things right. You're paid for your time you're there. I went to the Rosenberg Chipotle last night at about 10 pm. I walked in and the young guy at the counter was furiously making all these drive thru orders. He acknowledged me and said I'll be right with you. No problem I said. Ten minutes later after the other workers are continuing to have him do all the call in and drive thru orders, I'm still standing there. The cashier did nothing to help ease his load and I was the only one in line, so she wasn't helping anyone else. The in house manager I guess kept piling more tickets on him and then says, now I've got to go clean this lobby area. It was not in immediate need of a clean. He could've made my one little bowl order and then been on his way. I stood there and didn't say anything because it was not the guy's fault he was doing ALL the work. I finally just turned around and walked out. This has turned into the worst Chipotle in Fort Bend. I drove all the way back to the one on 99 at 59 just for service. In and out in 3 minutes. If y'all can't manage a Chipotlane and regular customers, don't have one. read more

I have been to Chipotle no less than 4 times a week for the past several months and spent $50 to $70 a visit. I arrive tonight at 9:15 order 5 quesadillas a bowl and a burrito. The whole restaurant is being actively cleaned as if closed already.. no big deal. But what is a big deal is when they claim "we are out of guacamole & sourcream" which is code for "we don't want to open more". Fast forward to checking out... went to fill my drinks... there's no where to throw trash because now at 9:30 they are acting closed.. I go to use the restroom before I exit because I obviously wasn't welcome to eat here. Both bathrooms are barricaded... no one actively cleaning. Just employees being lazy and trying to leave early... I'm really glad I didn't have one of my kids with me because this was absolutely ridiculous. We will drive further to the other locations because these are expensive trips to be treated like garbage. No one working cared about any of the absolutely wrong service related issues. read more
