First off, you can tell everything about a restaurant when you ask for the green sauce. This is the signature green sauce everyone asks for especially at taco trucks! The kind that burns your tongue and makes you regret even looking for it!!! So delish! We were seated at a booth right away and our order took less than 10 minutes! The plates were hot out the oven oh my goodness!! So yum! You know your gurl got burn marks hahahaha Honestly, I've been in this area for 13 years and I have always seen this restaurant- which is in the Fiesta parking lot... The Asado is unique to find in the Houston area. I have an aunt who makes it, homemade, in West Texas. I brought her here and she approved so that is how I know it's good Asado.
