Hello....... Hello........ Excuse me, could you possibly stop talking to your coworker about the photo on their phone long enough to maybe help me. Excuse me but after watching you play with your nose ring for the last five minutes do you mind washing your hands before you serve my food. Actually never mind. My money is worth more to me than to give it to you. The manager or owner should not think their business is being ran correctly when they leave in the afternoon. I love Panda Express but it sucks that the location closest to me (Rosenberg) is literally the worst! They are always out of certain items and they refuse to make more if it's within 2 hours of closing. If it's a popular dish, why not keep it stocked? When they do have fried rice or Chow Mein, half of it is good and the other half is old and crunchy. The employees are so incredibly rude and if they get your order wrong(which they usually do!) they will give you an attitude when you bring it up. This location is just terrible. read more

Horrible! This is our second time coming to this location and our last. It's crazy something as simple as their menu they can get so wrong. First time the Lo Mein tasted like it had been prepared over 5 hours ago and the Crab Ragoon the same. Now this time we picked the rice thinking they couldn't mess that up and its undercooked and smells burnt! Walked in and had a welcoming greeting! They asked how they could help me and if I wanted a sample of any of the entrees. Food was great!

My mom and I came to Panda Express and my mom got a bowl with brown rice and beef and broccoli, she noticed there was barely any beef so she asked the worker to add a few more pieces and he refused. His excuse was when you get a bowl you don't get that much meat but you get more broccoli, ummmm does that make sense??? Well point is if a customer is complaining about something, as good customer service you should be more attentive to the paying customers or else you will no longer be receiving anyone money! When there is good customer service and you satisfy your customer they will come back, if you don't give good customer service you will loose customers!!!! St 430pm I placed an online order for pickup at 6pm. I waited in the drive up line only to be told I had to come in. Well it's 1000 degrees out and I have my dog. I left my car running and went in only to be told there was no online order. Well Jonathan came from he back room telling me he had no way to tell there was an order until it printed. Oh. There it is. Printed at 545. However it's now time for pick up. I requested a refund. Nope. Cant do that. Call the number on the receipt. I did but it's the local number which was busy. Perhaps off the hook???? I called the other number appearing but it was for the customer survey. I finished it. But then I had to google the panda headquarters number. A nice man answered and is getting my refund. Its only going to take 15 days. Seriously? It was out of my account in a hot second. I will never darken the doorstep of this establishment. I am currently in and out of the KFC drivethru. Guess what. I paid half as much and I actually am going home WITH FOOD. I will never consider recommending this poor excuse for a restaurant. People are over reacting. Honestly Chinese food is my least fave but this place has really good food! Every time I go Always see friendly faces asking me to try something and my food is out in no time, very fast. I've never had a bad experience at this place I do drive thru mostly and I'm always out with my food in no time :-) 5 stars good food fast service friendly faces and cheap with large portion size. Good food but stingy management. I normally buy from the panda location by my work, and they fill the plates completely to make you full. The staff over here fill the plates as they are counting the ounces of chicken before putting on your plate, result of management who tries to keep the overall cost low rather thn customer service...no complains for food though read more

I tend to stay away from franchise chinese eateries especially the types you find in the mall. I just don't like rubbery chicken, salty rice, tough beef lathered in sugar, or brown green leaf veggies. I always passed by this little spot and thought.... maybe. Maybe I should give them a shot. Maybe I shouldn't be such a snob. Maybe they're good; afterall, they did something right if they have multiple outlets. I'm glad I gave them a shot. Not only did the food come out fresh and fast but it was tastyyyy. I ordered orange chicken and beijing beef and it was outstanding. It was still fresh, crispy, and it was cooked properly. The chicken was still juicy and had even amounts of sweet and spice. The fried rice was what really shocked me. It was FRESH! Typically when you order delivery or take out you get the stale, bland, brown rice with a few peas and carrots but here it tasted like the fried rice you would order as a dish (you know the rice dishes that taste better than the side dishes you get with a combo meal). They have a drive-thru for added convenience. All in all............ give them a try and support our local economy! read more

Waited 15 mins for chicken to be cooked.. Got it home and literally got 4 pcs of orange chicken in my panda bowl. The orange chicken was also dry and hard. The worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The staff doesn't seem to care much about it anyway. Not worth the money or the waisted time. read more

Horrible management. Very rude and refused to give money back saying there was nothing wrong with it. Shrimp should not have a foul taste. Told me go ahead and call corporate. Train wreck. Panda express to Chinese food is what taco bell is to Mexican food, however I get it that sometimes you need a fix...skip this place. The people working here is what kills this place, I've been twice and both times I thought I would have to draw them a picture before they got my order right then it still took 20 minutes, they miss the concept of fast food all together. read more

Thank you Panda Express in Rosenburg Tx.for the food poisoning/samenila. I was a loyal customer up until the past Tuesday 12/9/2014 around 1:20pm. I had the grill chicken with fried rice and a few hours later my world came crashing down while at work. High grade fever, extreme chills, excruciating stomach pain, unruly vomiting and nonstop diarrhea. That was the only thing I had to eat that day, I'm not big on breakfast, so I know without a doubt that Panda Express was the cause of all my misery. It can happen at any restaurant but I only need to be burnt once to teach me to eat somewhere else. Please people be very careful on where you eat. If they don't follow the basic health codes such as hair nets, gloves and a clean appearance, I won't be ordering. It's been four days and I'm still crapping all over and weak. I've lost about 10 pounds mostly muscle yes I'm an Iron addict so this set me back at least four months. I'm just happy to be alive thank you Jesus. read more
