Doors open and three people, including me enter. I'm first at the counter to order a sandwich. I order an Ultimate Porker and then sit down to wait. 11:19 am ... I ask about my sandwich, having seen a bunch of orders that came after mine filled. My sandwich had been made, but incorrectly it was a toasted Italian. 11:20 am ... Sandwich is made. If you're not going to open the doors early for your customers, at least don't open late. If you've got a bunch of phone orders pending, why are you on the porch smoking instead of preparing for the very predictable lunch rush? Lastly, instead of calling out the sandwich, why not provide an order number or a name? I didn't order a toasted Italian, which is why I didn't know that was supposed to be my order and wouldn't have wasted so much of my lunch hour waiting on it.

I asked for an apology and she found it funny. I asked her to at least check her food and she laughed and said it was all getting thrown away, no empathy, no concern for my wellbeing. Not okay Chipolte. Bad form. I am going online because that's what she said I have to do to get my refund.
