I don't know were the other reviewers were eating, but I stopped in here at noon on a Wednesday and had a terrific experience. The place was squeaky clean, my order was taken and delivered to my table promptly, the cheeseburger was just as I ordered. In addition, the manager was doing a great job keeping things flowing and telling staff what a good job they were doing (which they were). Her smiling, upbeat direction with her staff had them all smiling too. I will definitely be returning. read more

This place serves breakfast and lunch the entire time they are open. Nice sized private parking lot. Service was friendly and fast. Not only did they bring us our food to our table. They also asked if we need anything and brought our requested items to our table. read more

Visited Carl's Jr tonight and ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders meal. I got gross fries that tasted like they were old and just dropped back into the grease along with only 2 chicken tenders that I ordered and those 2 were cold. Do better! I will be letting corporate know about this ridiculous waist of money. read more

Stopped here in September with my son and his girlfriend for breakfast . As usual with Hardee's / Carl's Jr the food was good and the biscuits were fresh . I grew up in the Carolina's and I have always been a fan of Hardee's , but live in Las Vegas , so we have Carl's Jr . Love the half pound Original Thickburger . We visited Store 1100780 order #443331 on 8/8/2019. The food was delicious and tasty. Fries were hot and not stale. Burgers were jucey and cooked to perfection. The buns were very fresh. Neatly wrapped and presented professionally. That brings us to another positive point. Your front line person, Mike or Michael H. is an excellent representative for your store. His friendly attitude is so genuine and refreshing. He is efficient and accurate making sure our order was as we wanted. While he was cleaning other tables, he came over to see that we were okay. A suggestion for Management: Have all new employees spend time learning to emulate how an excellent company employee.. should treat customers. Also, Michael would be an excellent candidate for in-house Management Training if you offer that. You have an excellent employee. read more

We stopped in fairly late this evening to order a Famous Star Beyond Burger and were not disappointed. To begin with, the bathrooms were clean and the music was gentle rock, versus Hip Hop. Carl's Jr, the King of fast food burgers. What was that Burger King? Shut up you sissy. For you East Coast types, you'll know this better as Hardee's, without all the "Big and Thick" euphemisms (get it!?). Those are known as The Six Dollar Burgers in these parts. Originally, that title was an advertising campaign's attempt to showcase the outstanding quality of the burgers at a much lower price than a regular restaurant's six dollar burgers, but Carl's has since been nearing the six dollar mark themselves. Anyway, moving on. I'm a burger guy. It's hard to get tired of them, McDonald's notwithstanding. If I want a good burger, the first place I think is Carl's. Why? Because they are the best in fast food burgers, and Burger King needs to quit trying to spread it's false monarchy. First off, the produce is fresh, as in, they get bags of fresh onions, tomatoes, etc, and cut them up themselves. That includes the salsa. How do I know this? I have my ways. The burgers are outstanding, and the service is mostly good. The milkshakes are fantastawesomerifical, because they're made with real ice cream and mixed up right behind the counter. the Green Burrito menu isn't bad, but I'd go for the chicken options more than anything else. Also, they recently changed their recipe for the crispy chicken sandwiches. Mind you, I'm not talking about the $1 spicy chicken. Anyway, I got to try one when it came out and I must say, I almost cried with happiness. For one, they always cook it fresh, so it's nice and juicy. For two, the chicken patty itself is so excellently flavored, you'd think you just bought a $10 sandwich from a Red Robin that didn't suck (I'm not saying that Red Robin sucks; just that I had a REALLY crappy chicken sandwich there once, and yeah, not all Red Robins are awesome). Have a crispy chicken sandwich and your life will be complete. Anyway, excellent food with fresh produce, decent service, and huge drink cups. You'll leave happy, and probably with at least five of their super cheap cheesecake slices. read more

A pit stop from Seattle to Oakland and I couldn't wait to get a jalapeño turkey burger since Seattle doesn't have cj's (and the one close by sucks) so I stopped here. No turkey patties. Settled for chicken. Also no yellow peppers! Another blow. Otherwise, great people, great service, clean dining area, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking. 4 stars! Since they remodeled they have been outstanding. They tend to mess up a bit on remembering things you ask for in the drive-thru, but don't let that stop you from coming here to eat. Their food is always warm and seems pretty fresh for fast food. The restaurants atmosphere is nice, and their soft-drink/tea selection is huge. The staff is also friendly and professional. read more
