Overall, pretty good food with mostly friendly people. Just don't use their app. I've been continually disappointed with their app. Even though they have some nice discounts, the food is almost never ready when promised, often taking another 30 minutes or more of waiting after arriving! Meanwhile the drive-through orders are primary & much quicker. The app also leaves you needing to park & come into the store to pick it off the counter, with your last name & your phone number listed on the receipt for everyone to easily see. I've complained on their survey about this, but it remains that way currently. I wish they would follow McDonald's system on this, it's so much better & more secure for customers. read more

Arby's is my husband's favorite fast food. They have more normal food than always a burger. So, we tend to come here often. The classic roast beef is tasty and not horrendous on calories or fat. But they have fun things like a Buffalo Chicken Wrap which is spicy enough to take my breath but good! I had the 3-piece Hush Puppy Breaded Fried Fish and was surprised it was very flaky and, surprisingly, good fish!! While it's still fast food to me, it's not so bad coming to the Arby's. Plus, it's in the Love's Travel Center which has interesting things to look at while you wander the aisles. Service and food are good and there's more to do than in your regular fast food place. 4+ stars when compared to other fast food places! read more

Normally I really enjoy this place but last time I went the sandwich was so sloppy, the food was cold and it was just not appealing, especially the price you pay. Went thru the drive thru for take out and was sorely disappointed. First issue they didn't get my order right, I ordered two medium Beef n Cheddar sandwiches and only got one and no Arby's sauce or Horsey sauce was even offered. Second, I ordered the Chicken Nugget variant they offer on their menu and asked for BBQ sauce and got no BBQ sauce at all. Third, I also ordered a large Diet Coke with my meal, they gave me a large Root beer. The drive thru attendant seemed frazzled with his job, even tho I was the only one in the drive thru, so it's not like they were really overly busy. If those employees are getting $15.00 an hour, I think they should pay me for my return business. read more

I work in the area four days per week, and I sometimes stop by Arby's for a gyro. While the food is tasty, I have to say that the new (?) manager doesn't know what he's doing. Part of his job involves ordering shipments of supplies ON TIME, well in advance. The last time I went to Arby's, they were out of lids for the large cups. They were also out of turkey and another food item. These are things that they should always have on hand. read more

We had been at Wildlife Safari for hours & we were starving. We decided on Arbys...My mother in law had never been before, she got the brisket. I got the regular roast beef, which actually had a good amount of meat on it.( The last Arbys I went to put hardly any roast beef on their sandwiches, so that was good) My fiance always gets the chicken cordon bleu, it his absolute favorite. This is place has great service, the employees are really nice. The food is great! The prices are not to high, not to low. You have got to come try the new meat stack sandwiches . We came in and we each ordered a different one just so we could try 2 of the 3 kinds. I have to say it was well worth it. My husband ordered the triple stack. It was piled high with meat.. he was stuffed after eating it. I got the corned beef with turkey. The bread was super fresh and soft, I was quite impressed in how much meat there was my daughter even had to help with a few bites. I gotta say too that the employees were super friendly too. I have to say too that I usually don't 5 stars especially for fast food but they earned it. Very impressive!! read more

Food was fresh cooked to perfection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the original gyro . The pita bread was soft, warm and baked to perfection. My husband had french dip. The curly fries were crispy and fresh . They went great with the Arby's sauce. We received our food in record time . Thanks for a great lunch. read more
