Bacon and eggs. I added my own rice.

Quick n tasty. 4 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs. Worth going again. (I added my own rice in picture.) They do give utensils which comes with salt and pepper packet if ordering to go.

We were enjoying looking at all the different decorations around there

I really like Casey's and I will knock on wood after I say this, but I'm so grateful that out of all the family food style restaurants Roseburg has had that this one has not closed down because we don't have that many in this town. Food was very nice service was very nice. The waitress was very bubbly And [[HIGHLIGHT]]the audience was again fun 50 style, but the noise level was over the top.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]That's the only thing I have to say about it is that with my hearing loss it still wasn't enough to drowned out all the talking in loud vocals, etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but that doesn't stop me from going back cause of food is something worth returning back to time and time again thank you so much

Wow! This place is loud!! Loud with the sounds of laughing and people getting into their conversations, a throwback to a time when life was less complicated. Speaking of 'Throwback'. This is a diner, most definitely a diner. Almost expect to see Flo from that TV show to come up and give you a piece of her mind! I loved every minute of this loud, no frills, waitstaff familiarity with the customers combined with being called hon, or sweetie, wow do I miss those days. Oh yeah, they have food here.... The menu was surprisingly well stocked with 6 pages of options and items to choose from. They serve breakfast all day but I opted for the Philly cheesesteak with fries. This was an authentic Philly from the bread to the crisp skirt steak with a slice of melted cheese, red and green bell peppers, it had all the right ingredients. The service was definitely on par with the theme and the food was quite good. It was fresh and served piping hot. Staff was very friendly and checked on us often. Definitely no frills. None of those obnoxious digital table top credit card readers, nope. They are normal, just slap the ticket on the table and pay at the register on your way out hon. Quite possibly the most relaxed I've been in an eatery in a long time. Would have been 5 star for all the laughter and joviality of the octogenarians, but I had a hard time hearing myself! Yeah, I'd definitely go back. Good food, no frills, stress free. See ya there Hon! :^)

    Happy kid!

This is our go to place in Roseburg. We always get good food and friendly people Today I'm sitting at the counter and I can see into the kitchen, watching the guy bread chicken fried steak. Clearly it's not something they pull out of the freezer.

They've done a great job of turning it into a bar/restaurant. I'm sorry I didn't get my server's name, because she was very friendly and helpful. I decided to start with the Cajun tots. I asked how spicy they were, and she said that they could go mild with the Cajun spice. It also came with a peppercorn ranch. I also ordered the Aztec salad. Romaine, corn & black bean salsa, avocado, tortilla strips, cheddar cheese, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, chipotle dressing (I asked them to leave off the jalapeño...). She asked me if I wanted to add chicken, and I said yes. I added grilled chicken The food comes, the salad is very decent sized, and the order of tater tots was massive. The salad was a bit on the spicy side. That's on me, because I didn't read the menu very well, and I didn't realize that it had the chipotle dressing. My lips were definitely tingling a little bit. It was toward the high end of what I like for spice, but it was still very good. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with just a tiny bit of a char on it. It definitely added to the flavor. The tots were excellent. I'm glad I had her go light on the Cajun spice, cause even with light spice, again it was a bit spicy. Within what I like for spicy, but I definitely noticed it. The ranch helped calm the spice a bit I had enough tots left over to bring back to my room for breakfast. Prices are a little bit on the high end, but for what I got, quantity and quality, reasonable. Plus, the advantage that Oregon does not have sales tax. They also offer a military/veterans discount. I would stop here again the next time I'm passing through. Thank you!

Now for the breakfast review: Today I being it's my first breakfast here I tried the biscuits and gravy with a sausage patty. The drink I chose for this morning's breakfast was a Spanish coffee. Typically when I try an establishments breakfast for the first time it's always biscuits and gravy. By far my favorite breakfast ever. If they prepare this dish well that tells me it's okay to be more adventurous. Well the Lilly nailed it today. The biscuits and gravy is everything that it should be. Authentic and not artsy fartcy. Just good old school down home biscuits and gravy and that is what I received today. The dish was flavorful and the biscuits are spot on. The sausage patty was of very good quality and very flavorful as well. The Spanish Coffee was very nice prepared and the presentation was excellent. Once again the Jersey Lilly has knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend that you try this establishment.

We called to make reservations last minute and they were able to squeeze us in at 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:45 and were promptly seated by the hostess. We previewed the menu and knew we would get the Fried Calamari for sure! We ended up ordering that to share and an order of Brussels sprouts for me! We each ordered the TKB Burger - 2 with sidewinder fries and one with Pomme Frites. Our server was amazing - super attentive and knowledgeable. My son was impressed that she took our order without writing it down. Hahaha. We got the Fried Calamari and it was AMAAAAAAAZING. The aioli was delicious also. The Brussels sprouts were good, but a little more cooked (and soft) than I normally like. An added bonus was the candied walnuts - I haven't had that before! The burgers came out and the sidewinder fries were not the curly fries we were thinking, so my so traded me. The Pomme Frites were perfectly cooked!! I meant to order my burger with a lettuce wrap, but I forgot. The brioche buns were delicious. The burgers were a little messy, but tasty. My daughter and I cut ours to make them more manageable but my son didn't and his cheese basically ran right off the burger. He didn't mind because he doesn't normally order cheese anyway. We were all stuffed so we didn't even order any dessert. The restaurant was buzzing and it gave off a very nice vibe. We probably won't be back. The pricing was a little out of our normal dinner range, but it was a special occasion. Aside from the fried calamari, we weren't really impressed with the food. Our server was amazing, though!!

We chose the Ivar's Clam Chowder for a starter. The Good *The Ivar's Clam Chowder is excellent. It's a frozen product they just have to heat and serve. We actually just bought it at Costco. *'Farmstand' veggies were delicious, left natural and cooked to perfection. The Meh: The fish, rice and bread had absolutely zero flavor. If there was a garlic butter near them at any point in the cooking process, you couldn't tell because there was no garlic or other flavor. The rice pilaf was flavorless. I had high hopes for the bread. It's that same bread that is served at Sizzler and other steakhouses but this one tastes like nothing. Bland white bread taste. How do they manage to give it No flavor?? Service was ok. She came to check then disappeared for a long while. Ambiance is pretty cold. It's stark with nothing decorative to warm it up. It used to be a Shari's and while it was big and pretty plain, the staff, good food and prices warmed it up. This has none. I had such high hopes when Elmer's moved in to this space after closing in its old location. But, this is an Elmer's Kitchen-which means same old food at higher prices. This is not a fancy place that deserves high prices. It's a chain that seems to sells to people coming off the freeway who have limited choices, as they're always located near a freeway exit/entrance. I wouldn't go for those breakfast prices adding be back for the horrible dinners, either. Such a shame.
