The only other place in town that we know has it on tap, doesn't have it on nitrogen, so you won't be getting that traditional settling a nice pint of Guinness. We will certainly be coming back!

He doesn't know, or even heard of Coney Island Hot Dog. Instead of telling him, or describing him what it is, hubby was getting frustrated and just ask me: What do you want! Right here, I feel pressured. There on the bottom of the menu, on the wall facing me, was a long list of something I can ADD FOR FREE. One by one, I started adding: relish, lettuce, & tomatoes. Mustard of course. With all that, it made for a very good hot dog, after all! Hubby had: relish, mustard & ketchup. Something simple. He said: that was great. While waiting for our hot dogs prepared (I kind of watched), we were munching on fresh roasted peanuts. I wanted to eat under an umbrella, enjoy the fresh air outside. It was an awesome picnic . . . They've done a great job of turning it into a bar/restaurant. I'm sorry I didn't get my server's name, because she was very friendly and helpful. I decided to start with the Cajun tots. I asked how spicy they were, and she said that they could go mild with the Cajun spice. It also came with a peppercorn ranch. I also ordered the Aztec salad. Romaine, corn & black bean salsa, avocado, tortilla strips, cheddar cheese, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, chipotle dressing (I asked them to leave off the jalapeño...). She asked me if I wanted to add chicken, and I said yes. I added grilled chicken The food comes, the salad is very decent sized, and the order of tater tots was massive. The salad was a bit on the spicy side. That's on me, because I didn't read the menu very well, and I didn't realize that it had the chipotle dressing. My lips were definitely tingling a little bit. It was toward the high end of what I like for spice, but it was still very good. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with just a tiny bit of a char on it. It definitely added to the flavor. The tots were excellent. I'm glad I had her go light on the Cajun spice, cause even with light spice, again it was a bit spicy. Within what I like for spicy, but I definitely noticed it. The ranch helped calm the spice a bit I had enough tots left over to bring back to my room for breakfast. Prices are a little bit on the high end, but for what I got, quantity and quality, reasonable. Plus, the advantage that Oregon does not have sales tax. They also offer a military/veterans discount. I would stop here again the next time I'm passing through. Thank you!
