The person who helped us in the deli was really nice. Ambiance? It's a country store with a small deli and a couple places to sit and eat. It was nice. Meanwhile the drive-through orders are primary & much quicker. The app also leaves you needing to park & come into the store to pick it off the counter, with your last name & your phone number listed on the receipt for everyone to easily see. I've complained on their survey about this, but it remains that way currently. I wish they would follow McDonald's system on this, it's so much better & more secure for customers.
