Bacon Cheese Burger with Potato Salad

Great place to gather even if it's raining. Plenty of heaters with tables. First time with family and friends. Two Shy Brewery has thee best Peanut Butter Porter!! Amazing to wash down my Brisket Burger and Cheese Curds with. Speaking of Brisket Burger, Burgers and Q Food Truck was there. Omg they have the best burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds and potato salad , etc. We will have to visit again to try more on their menu. Great food truck !! Two Shy brews also had an indoor setting, that has live music on Saturday night. Highly recommend Two Shy Brewery, if you're in Roseburg, Oregon.

This place has come a long way. Much bigger and more comfortable than last time we were there. Outside seating is very nice. Grass area is a nice touch. Great selection of beer and good food truck.

What a great little hidden gem (well for us!) We're traveling and always scout for new breweries to try and I'm glad we came across this one. They had recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and we were eager to try their beers. The girl behind the counter was great and explained the beers and gave us information about the brewery. The brewery is super cool inside and out, there is seating both inside and outside; there is also a food truck onsite. Great service, great atmosphere and good beer.

The very refreshing Tropical Mist White IPA!

Wow! Steve and I simply loved Two Shy Brewing and the thing was that out of the four different beers we tried we really couldn't pick a favorite one because we simply loved all of them. Normally when I give a five star rating for a brewery and have several different types of beers I have one or two out of the group that are favorites but this was too difficult to make a decision on... so all four different ones were favorites... which is quite rare for us. Moving onto what we had... We had the Tropical Mist IPA, specifically this is a White IPA which we love getting because it's an IPA you don't see often and we always love them when we can get them. No exception at all here. Flavors to look for with this beer are citrus and hoppiness. This light bodied IPA is very refreshing and very crushable! The next beer was a wonderful pilsner, the Ella Pilsner. Again, we thought very highly of it and enjoyed the crisp, clean, malty and dry flavors in the beer. It also goes down very smooth! The next was a Toffee Nut Brown Ale. And another beer that we thought highly of. It was great detecting the toffee, caramel, coffee, and sweet flavors. The beer has a very nice, creamy body to it as well. And the last beer we thought just as highly of as the previous beers that we tried. Everything is Awesome Pale Ale was the next beer to come up to bat on our tastebuds. Another great light bodied beer that is nice and smooth as you drink it. Flavors to find with this beer is something of a hint of spring along with sweetness and subtlety. After trying four different beers from this brewery I think it's fairly safe to say you really can't go wrong with any beer you order here as we thought very highly on everything we tried!

Well.. this one is easy..one of THE BEST burgers we have ever had.. we had the brisket burger Friday night over at Two Sky Brewery in Roseburg. The hamburger flavor was some of the best. We learned that B&Q grinds their own beef. Get some, now! And as this was our first time at Two Shy, the 'Worth the Wait' IPA (read, very citrusy) was magical. The entire evening was magical, pub ambience, the fellow customers, wait staff, and dog friendly. As we were visiting the community, we came home with some 'souvenirs' to include Olaf's Warm Hugs 10.2 abv.. and more Worth the wait, plus others..

First time in and i love it. This is my new Roseburg spot! Fantiastic beer menu, many of the beers have unique and fun flavor profiles. Today i got a 6 taster flight and all 6 were very good. Beer tender was super nice, informative, and seemed to care about the brewery and my experience. All was served with a big smile and the whole time i was there she was laughing with customers. Loved my experience. Also used the wifi and it worked great.

Staff was super friendly, beer was great, and Burgers and Q tri-tip sandwich was phenomenal. Onion rings were some of the best I've had! Great place.

They've done a great job of turning it into a bar/restaurant. I'm sorry I didn't get my server's name, because she was very friendly and helpful. I decided to start with the Cajun tots. I asked how spicy they were, and she said that they could go mild with the Cajun spice. It also came with a peppercorn ranch. I also ordered the Aztec salad. Romaine, corn & black bean salsa, avocado, tortilla strips, cheddar cheese, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, chipotle dressing (I asked them to leave off the jalapeño...). She asked me if I wanted to add chicken, and I said yes. I added grilled chicken The food comes, the salad is very decent sized, and the order of tater tots was massive. The salad was a bit on the spicy side. That's on me, because I didn't read the menu very well, and I didn't realize that it had the chipotle dressing. My lips were definitely tingling a little bit. It was toward the high end of what I like for spice, but it was still very good. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with just a tiny bit of a char on it. It definitely added to the flavor. The tots were excellent. I'm glad I had her go light on the Cajun spice, cause even with light spice, again it was a bit spicy. Within what I like for spicy, but I definitely noticed it. The ranch helped calm the spice a bit I had enough tots left over to bring back to my room for breakfast. Prices are a little bit on the high end, but for what I got, quantity and quality, reasonable. Plus, the advantage that Oregon does not have sales tax. They also offer a military/veterans discount. I would stop here again the next time I'm passing through. Thank you!

We called to make reservations last minute and they were able to squeeze us in at 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:45 and were promptly seated by the hostess. We previewed the menu and knew we would get the Fried Calamari for sure! We ended up ordering that to share and an order of Brussels sprouts for me! We each ordered the TKB Burger - 2 with sidewinder fries and one with Pomme Frites. Our server was amazing - super attentive and knowledgeable. My son was impressed that she took our order without writing it down. Hahaha. We got the Fried Calamari and it was AMAAAAAAAZING. The aioli was delicious also. The Brussels sprouts were good, but a little more cooked (and soft) than I normally like. An added bonus was the candied walnuts - I haven't had that before! The burgers came out and the sidewinder fries were not the curly fries we were thinking, so my so traded me. The Pomme Frites were perfectly cooked!! I meant to order my burger with a lettuce wrap, but I forgot. The brioche buns were delicious. The burgers were a little messy, but tasty. My daughter and I cut ours to make them more manageable but my son didn't and his cheese basically ran right off the burger. He didn't mind because he doesn't normally order cheese anyway. We were all stuffed so we didn't even order any dessert. The restaurant was buzzing and it gave off a very nice vibe. We probably won't be back. The pricing was a little out of our normal dinner range, but it was a special occasion. Aside from the fried calamari, we weren't really impressed with the food. Our server was amazing, though!!

We chose the Ivar's Clam Chowder for a starter. The Good *The Ivar's Clam Chowder is excellent. It's a frozen product they just have to heat and serve. We actually just bought it at Costco. *'Farmstand' veggies were delicious, left natural and cooked to perfection. The Meh: The fish, rice and bread had absolutely zero flavor. If there was a garlic butter near them at any point in the cooking process, you couldn't tell because there was no garlic or other flavor. The rice pilaf was flavorless. I had high hopes for the bread. It's that same bread that is served at Sizzler and other steakhouses but this one tastes like nothing. Bland white bread taste. How do they manage to give it No flavor?? Service was ok. She came to check then disappeared for a long while. Ambiance is pretty cold. It's stark with nothing decorative to warm it up. It used to be a Shari's and while it was big and pretty plain, the staff, good food and prices warmed it up. This has none. I had such high hopes when Elmer's moved in to this space after closing in its old location. But, this is an Elmer's Kitchen-which means same old food at higher prices. This is not a fancy place that deserves high prices. It's a chain that seems to sells to people coming off the freeway who have limited choices, as they're always located near a freeway exit/entrance. I wouldn't go for those breakfast prices adding be back for the horrible dinners, either. Such a shame.
