Amazing to wash down my Brisket Burger and Cheese Curds with. Speaking of Brisket Burger, Burgers and Q Food Truck was there. Omg they have the best burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds and potato salad , etc. We will have to visit again to try more on their menu. Great food truck !! Great local brewery. Their Worth the Wait Hazy IPA is my favorite beer from Roseburg. There are usually have some fun seasonal beers on tap to try too. Casual vibe with frequent live music events and games to enjoy. Can get somewhat crowded but there's a decent amount of seating both inside and outdoors. read more

What a great little hidden gem (well for us!) We're traveling and always scout for new breweries to try and I'm glad we came across this one. They had recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and we were eager to try their beers. The girl behind the counter was great and explained the beers and gave us information about the brewery. Great little Brewery near the heart of Roseburg. Absolutely huge selection of beer styles. I tried the Mocha Mint (which just sounded weird) it was really good. They also had Bandon Rain cider on tap - The Cranberry was a hit with our crew. Finished off with the bourbon barrel aged stout - MMMmmmmmm Fun little venue with board games and music. Wow! Steve and I simply loved Two Shy Brewing and the thing was that out of the four different beers we tried we really couldn't pick a favorite one because we simply loved all of them. Normally when I give a five star rating for a brewery and have several different types of beers I have one or two out of the group that are favorites but this was too difficult to make a decision on... so all four different ones were favorites... which is quite rare for us. Moving onto what we had... We had the Tropical Mist IPA, specifically this is a White IPA which we love getting because it's an IPA you don't see often and we always love them when we can get them. No exception at all here. Flavors to look for with this beer are citrus and hoppiness. This light bodied IPA is very refreshing and very crushable! The next beer was a wonderful pilsner, the Ella Pilsner. Again, we thought very highly of it and enjoyed the crisp, clean, malty and dry flavors in the beer. It also goes down very smooth! The next was a Toffee Nut Brown Ale. And another beer that we thought highly of. It was great detecting the toffee, caramel, coffee, and sweet flavors. The beer has a very nice, creamy body to it as well. And the last beer we thought just as highly of as the previous beers that we tried. Everything is Awesome Pale Ale was the next beer to come up to bat on our tastebuds. Another great light bodied beer that is nice and smooth as you drink it. Flavors to find with this beer is something of a hint of spring along with sweetness and subtlety. After trying four different beers from this brewery I think it's fairly safe to say you really can't go wrong with any beer you order here as we thought very highly on everything we tried! read more

Well.. this one is easy..one of THE BEST burgers we have ever had.. we had the brisket burger Friday night over at Two Sky Brewery in Roseburg. The hamburger flavor was some of the best. We learned that B&Q grinds their own beef. Get some, now! And as this was our first time at Two Shy, the 'Worth the Wait' IPA (read, very citrusy) was magical. The entire evening was magical, pub ambience, the fellow customers, wait staff, and dog friendly. First time in and i love it. This is my new Roseburg spot! Fantiastic beer menu, many of the beers have unique and fun flavor profiles. Today i got a 6 taster flight and all 6 were very good. Beer tender was super nice, informative, and seemed to care about the brewery and my experience. All was served with a big smile and the whole time i was there she was laughing with customers. A flight of 4x4 oz pours turned out to be my liquid lunch for the day. The brewery is small but the menu board contained quite a variety to choose from. Can't remember why this place was on my list, but I'm glad that it was. There were 3 stouts and a porter on the board today, enough to make up my flight. Mt Bailey cream porter was initially sweet but not too much so. The Oregon Rebel was their bourbon barrel aged imperial stout and it certainly tasted like it; it wasn't as thick as others I've had but well balanced. The cold brew stout had a very nice long coffee finish after about a second in; IMHO this is what a coffee stout should taste like! So many others I've had are harsh up front with no finish. Finally the chocolate mint stout was surprisingly subtle in its mintyness. There was a burger food truck out front but this was a liquid lunch day. There are 10 small tables inside along with some counter space. Outside had a few tables with heaters going. All of this was topped off with great servers and a very fast free wifi. Highly recommend a stop here if you're in the area. read more

We had been to the location at the coast but hadn't tried the Roseburg location until last week. I love how they let dogs inside which allowed us to cool off on a warm day while still enjoying time with our pup. The beers are tasty and the BBQ food truck was fantastic. The burgers, fries and onion rings were some of the best I've had recently and one of the tastier food trucks I've been to. read more

Stopped at this brewery on a recent trip to Northern California. We had our dogs so we had to go someplace dog friendly. The beer was great, the ambiance we super fun, and the food truck they had that day was amazing. I think it was Burgers and Q, but not totally sure. Wow. Great selection of beer. Great selection of IPAs. But what really stood out to me was the BBQ Wagon. I make barbecue, and have been doing so for over 15 years. I had the brisket sandwich and it blew me away. Meat was tender, cooked just right & had a great smoke ring. The side was a potato salad. It was some of the best potato salad I've ever had. And the onion rings were great & not greasy at all. I highly recommend Two Shy. I liked it so much that I bought a T-shirt, and one of the patrons chipped in $$ because I'm a veteran. I also chatted up one of the Brewers, and he is really into his craft. Can't go wrong Two Shy brewery. read more

Phenomenal customer service deserves five starts alone, but the beers are also fantastic. We stopped in for dinner and decided to do a flight--great value for what you get, 6 pours for $10 and she was generous to let us try a couple extra beers. The setting is very laid back, could work from anything to a date night to a midsized group gathering. We came on a Friday evening around 5pm and there were definitely people there but plenty of seats available. The Dragon Wagon was the food cart available when we came and we especially loved the garlic chicken. Beware, the spicy dishes are VERY spicy. I would recommend a spice level of 1 star, as I ordered a 2 star pad raumit and it was very, very spicy. Great, affordable food though--would recommend! read more

Two Shy always has excellent brews & rotating ciders. My new favorite brew changes regularly . Or should I say when the brew master adds a new release. You can't ask for nicer owners as Lyle & Danielle are conscientious, welcoming & committed to wonderful service at all three of their locations. We frequent the Roseburg brewery the most but have been to the Two Shy in Bandon a number of times which is a great place (we highly recommend their pretzels with cheese sauce & yummy pizza.) If in Reedsport we enjoy stopping by that location as well. Which ever location you visit I'm positive you'll have a great experience. read more
