This was my first time here and I got the #4 basic sandwich because my stomach was uneasy. I waited for my sandwich which didn't take long and I get my sandwich and head to my car. I was starving and opened it up and there was a hair in there. I walked back in and showed them and all they did was make another sandwich (which I did not eat). One very fake "sorry" and future discount or free sandwich. All the younger adults in that line up have lots of hair and they should be wearing some sort of hair net-not just a visor that literally does nothing which is obvious by my hair in my sandwich. Very slow service and they do not make sure they are making things correctly. Had a sandwich here today and it was all lettuce with hard bread and barely any turkey. Here's my timeline: 10:54 am ... Arrived. Door locked. They don't open until 11:00 am. Fair enough. Employees are on the patio smoking and jabber jawing. 11:03 am ... Doors open and three people, including me enter. I'm first at the counter to order a sandwich. I order an Ultimate Porker and then sit down to wait. 11:19 am ... I ask about my sandwich, having seen a bunch of orders that came after mine filled. My sandwich had been made, but incorrectly it was a toasted Italian. 11:20 am ... Sandwich is made. If you're not going to open the doors early for your customers, at least don't open late. If you've got a bunch of phone orders pending, why are you on the porch smoking instead of preparing for the very predictable lunch rush? Lastly, instead of calling out the sandwich, why not provide an order number or a name? CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only two individuals working on Sun 6/22 @ approx 2:00 PM. One guy felt it was more important to mop the floor, allowing one woman wait 10+ min to even order. Other guy was making sandwiches. Neither had even acknowledged her or me when I walked in. In addition to the woman waiting, everyone in the restaurant was also waiting for their orders to be made. There was 15+ people. Another 5+ min, one of the guys took the women's order. I used the restroom & when returned, waited 5+ min for any acknowledgement. One of the two guys (multiple piercings; nose, face etc) finally came to the register - zero greeting, acknowledgement AND or removing his gloves that he had just made multiple sandwiches with!! Proceeded to take my order & return to making sandwiches - not removing gloves or putting new ones on! I kick myself for not calling it out but I really felt he would have been confrontational as that was his body language & overall attitude - like I was bothering him, being there to order. I order food online normally a reliable place to get food when work is busy. I paid for it online and when the delivery lady came here she said it was not paid for.... told me she could only take cash and doesn't bring change. This abhorrent location are jam packed with money hungry thieves! I walked in on my lunch break hungry for a sandwich. The location is small and feels awkward when you walk in, but the friendly staff makes you feel welcomed. After walking into the shop, you immediately smell the food. The olfactory alone gets your taste buds ramped up. Once your order is in, it's only a matter of time before you are served. As for the food, it's top notch. My sandwich ( number nine, Italian) was incredibly delicious. I'm looking forward to retuning sometime soon and trying Jimmy John's other options. One drawback is the parking. It is in a lot along a plaza that shares spaces with several other businesses. Fortunately a few are closed, so the parking will not be too bad, for now. If business picks up the way I'm sure it will, then parking will be an issue. I suggest utilizing the Albertson's parking lot if that is the case. read more

Go there for the great sandwiches and not for the customer service. I always order through their app, just because it's more convenient. If you do that, do not go where it says "Pick Up", because they have ignored me standing in front of them the last 3 of 5 times I've gone there. Going to the register is the best bet. read more

I would like to give these guys a 5 star rating, but because of their cooperate rules, they are unable to drive the five miles or less to our house for delivery! It seems to me that if a business sets up shop in a fairly small town, they should be able to deliver within the city limits...and the employees shouldn't get in trouble because they are trying to accommodate potential customers! With that said, the local establishment employs a very friendly staff, and the food is good! It's a lot of food, so bring your appetite! It is kind of cramped in the restaurant, but it works!! Having never seen or heard of this business establishment did not know what to expect as we are on the road traveling. Well way past dinner time and no desire for the usual places gave it a go. What I found was a very helpful staff to make recommendations based on my needs and when I got back to the motel to eat, a sandwich only I could make at two in the morning when that hunger strikes.
