Always a great experience at Chipotle in Roseburg, OR. We always enjoy delicious food and pleasant customer service at this location. I ordered a quesadilla this time because the portion sizes of other options are too large! Restaurant itself was clean and inviting. Went in today (9/25) around 6:30 PM, and apparently tonight's special was "How Little Meat Can We Possibly Give You for $14?" The manager, who was training new employees while also working the front counter, served us what can only be described as the world's saddest portion of meat. It was approximately 90% fat and 10% meat. The guacamole portion was equally tragic--I've seen more guacamole on a tortilla chip sample at Costco. I've been to this location numerous times and have never felt quite this aggressively shortchanged. And judging by the complaints from other customers in the restaurant, we weren't the only ones experiencing the Great Meat & Guac Robbery of 2026. The people behind us received basically the exact same portions. For $14, I was expecting a meal--not a financial lesson in managing expectations. Hopefully this was just a very unfortunate night, because this was easily the most disappointing experience I've had at this location. read more

Went there once, never again. We were anxious for this place to open because of Chipotie's reputation. Long lines, so figured it must be good. I wanted a salad?? What's that? hmm. Asked me what kind of meat i wanted. told them and they proceeded to put my lettuce on the bottom with hot food ladeled on top. When she saw the look on my face, she asked if I wanted the salad on the bottom or on the top. Never heard of such a thing. Who wants HOT wilted lettuce for a salad? We need a good place to eat in Roseburg. So far, every place we eat, we remark, never again. read more

UPDATE: I went online and their online forms kept having errors. No refund initiated. I will keep contacting whoever I can, in order to get help and a refund. The fact she never considered my health or contacted the poison control is beyond me. Eating plastic is TOXIC. I went to Chipolte in Roseburg and found plastic in the salad, I had it in my mouth and could not chew it, might have eaten plastic. I took my order back to Garden Valley Blvd. & Stewart Parkway 2060 NW Stewart Pkwy Roseburg, OR 97471-1647 I spoke with Shannon the manager who told me she could not make a new salad, and they were closing, refused to refund me because I ordered it online and said they were closing right then. I asked for an apology and she found it funny. I asked her to at least check her food and she laughed and said it was all getting thrown away, no empathy, no concern for my wellbeing. Not okay Chipolte. Bad form. I am going online because that's what she said I have to do to get my refund. It's not that hard to put yourself in someone else's shoes, imagine how YOU would have felt knowing you ATE PLASTIC because of someone else's negligence. How would you feel if the staff did not care and did NOTHING To rectify the issue at hand. read more

Every time we order from here the prices are different , the taste is different but the service and mediocre food is always the same! So over it. And we wont be back. We came from Ca. and the Chipotle we frequented was very good and you knew what you were getting a very tasty, consistent bowl of yummy for the same price every time. this Chipotle you never know what you will receive or how much it will cost. It's different every fricken time. And when I've brought it up in the inconsistent pricing I'm met with a blame game. I wish I would've taken pictures of the food. I asked my husband how come he didn't get mine with cheese and he said he did. The guy was just so stingy with it couldn't taste. It couldn't see it underneath the globs of sour cream and salsa. I actually had to scoop it out and throw it away terrible and then the guy below Scott, who said go on this webpage and he'd make it right they don't even have Roseburg Oregon as part of their stores so everything I wrote was a waste of my time. read more

Every employee I dealt with today seemed like the had an extra chromosome, had to repeat myself multiple times, asked for a tiny bit of sour creme and the dumped a whole scoop on, then when they checked me out the employee at the register tried stealing my change and did not apologize when I caught him (or whatever that purple haired flamer identifies as) Dear manager: do better your employees are thieves and they suck at their job. I can't believe this "garbage pit" is still open for business! It's filthy inside. They are always out of items. Management is horrible. The people who work there are very rude. They take their time when ordering inside with only one person serving at all times. I have complained to corporate. They obviously don't care. They responded with, "We will pass this on to management". Well, management is the problem! Never going back. read more

I've been wanting to try Chipotle since it opened but never had the chance. I have been to other locations and am happy to have one in Roseburg. We were greeted as we entered and host Dash helped us figure what we wanted. We ordered the Carnitas Bowl with white rice and pinto beans and the Al Pastor bowl with brown rice, pintos, lettuce mix, pico de gallo and a sprinkle of cheese. The food was really good, though, the carnitas were dry. It would be good if they had a couple sauces. I didn't think the Al Pastor was spicy though there is a hint that comes in at the end of your bite. The place is new and super clean. They scored 100 out of 100 for their inspection. Pretty amazing but they got it all right. I thought it was a good value. The bowl was $9.15 for al pastor and $9.39 for carnitas. I ate a bit more than half my bowl so I will add lettuce and pico tomorrow for another lunch bowl or a tortilla for a burrito making it just over $4.50 per meal. *Menu is easy to read *Outdoor seating is super nice *Interesting fact. The price chips and Queso Blanco together is the same if you buy them separately. Usually there is a discount to buy things together. read more

If i could rate it 0 I would. We ordered through uberEats for drive thru pick up: two double meat bowls (which were not double) with fajita veggies ( they were raw not cooked. whole point of "fajita") ALSO took over most portion lettuce ( a sprinkle of lettuce) corn sour cream & cheese all of the portion was off it was almost a joke and it was room temp and we arrived 8 mins early for our order and 2 hours before the store closed Unfortunately this was our alt anniversary dinner since we were far from home and wanted to eat at a familiar place. First time we have ordered from Chipotle, and after watching the TV ads, it looked like we would get a great meal. We both got carne asada burrito bowls. I've never had a bowl where everything in it was cold except for the meat. I expect the salsa and sour cream to be cold, but not the beans and the rice! The meat was tasty, but with some gristle in it, but the overall spiciness was a surprise. Too many jalapeños for our liking. They seemed to be in both of the salsas, as well. Not sure we'll give it another try or not. read more

I love coming into this Chipotle location all the time. I swear this store tastes better than any other I've been to, and it always looks super clean. Kitchen looks clean, bathroom looks clean, dining room looks clean. Staff is always super friendly and Shay (I think he's a manager) is always super friendly. Would definitely recommend. It seems like management is amazing here read more

The kitchen ranges from 'needs cleaning' to 'post-apocalyptic', I imagine Chipotle doesn't appear to incentivize the staff to care much about the state of the building's hygiene but man it's kinda scary to consider eating food from this place lol. I've never been to one that's this dirty before. The staff was perfectly friendly at least and the ambiance is normal Chipotle modernist design, it's nice enough. I don't think I'll go here again though unless they seriously improve on the cleanliness, it's an open kitchen and while I appreciate the transparency, I'd think that'd come with some level of interest on keeping things looking at least passable to the customers. read more

Well I think we are just about done with this place. To start We have been here multiple times and every time we go they don't have everything we want for our food . They either don't have salsa guacamole or the protein we want at the time. 11 dollars for a burrito that doesn't have what we want on them and then there's the cleanliness of the restaurant. The place looks like a bomb went off in it it's absolutely filthy. If I owned this restaurant I would either find some better management or maybe come into work myself because the current staff is not doing a proper job of keeping the place clean or keeping the food items prepared to serve. The food is ok and that's the only reason they are getting 2 stars ... We won't be back read more

The team they had today was great, welcoming attitude, generous portions, quick, all ingredients were actually fresh and full during mid day rush hour. They have cancelled online and call ahead ordering before 4:00 PM at this location due to limited staff... The -only- reason I consume Chipoltle was because I could order online and pick up my order at the drive through, I accepted the bland and inconsistent quality of their product for that sole reason. Convenience now being absent I have no logical reason to visit this location. Is this the worst Chipotle in the franchise? I don't know. Is this by far the worst I've ever been to? Absolutely. It's hard to imagine things going worse. They are constantly out of core products to make food, constantly training sub-par employees. I've been there four times now and walked out every time. In contrast, the last city I lived in, I successfully ate Chipotle twice a week and loved everything about it. read more

Good food bad service I've been here almost 30 minutes after my pick up time they are very slow

I worked at a Chipotle in California and advanced through all the trainings to be a lead. I know the companies standards and they are not being met here. I have served and cooked in the middle of Manhattan NYC where I served over 15,000 people on a busy day... ROSEBURG has 22k people and this place is a DISASTER every time...and I feel NO empathy for the employees. I have been through the training and I know the companies standards and they are not being met here. I have eaten Chipotle from The east coast all the way through the west coast. The employees are not following standard of service, they do NOT stay in their place on the line, serving sizes varies VISIBLE per customer, ALWAYS out of items, services takes TO LONG, they do not move with any type of urgency when lines are pouring out the door.. 0 stars read more

If you have a short amount of time (15minutes) to grab lunch, order online! It will take them 1 hour to make a burrito! It's incredible how slow and rude the service is. Actually pathetic. I don't care if it's only been open 1 month. This staff is the worst I have ever seen. The employees are lack luster, moping around, the drive through girls are too busy gossiping to do their job. To make all things worse, they fail to acknowledge the 8 people waiting for their online orders. Totally failing and ignoring. Just walk in and order, it will be faster by an hour... but they will still be out of the item you desire LOL read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - customers at the counter - Fast Food Near Me - Roseburg, Oregon

Stopped by this chipotle today to grab lunch for my mom & myself and was genuinely appalled by the state of it. This location is exceptionally dirty and the customer service is lacking, although the employees were nice. While serving orders ahead of mine, I noticed several employees dropping bits of peppers into meats and then putting them back into the bucket, so vegetarians beware of this location. I witnessed other concerning things + health code violations but I'd just skip this chipotle until they clean up. read more

Ordered ahead, 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, nothing in the bin. They asked me for the name. I gave them the meal name. They could not figure it out. Finally they find my cold food sitting over by the drive thru. The light brown haired woman at the drive thru then screamed at me to "read it right next time!". I do know my name and I did read the correct meal name. It was their error not to have put my completed meal in the pick up bin. It was their error not to be able to match a meal name with a meal. It was their error that my food was ice cold. I did not complain in any way, but was treated with incredible rudeness. I demanded her name to formally complain. She refused to give me her name and continued her frustrated attack on me then dismissed me. Burn in hell nasty witch!! Done with Chipotle forever. Roseburg, OR read more

We went and the door was locked and had a sign saying they were short staffed and not doing online orders but there were people eating in the dining area. A family was trying to leave and they were locked in and had to go out the side door. We went to the side door to employees shaking their head at us and so I asked "I'm guessing you're closed since you locked the main door?" Which they responded yes. They should have just put a closed sign on the door. This was also way before closing (like 2pm in the afternoon). Every time we go the wait is really long. They're almost always out of the sautéed veggies too which as a vegetarian it's what I want over a meat option. The last time we went all the tables were dirty and an employee bagging chips would eat one then bag a few then eat some more chips and bag a few. Not sure what's going on at this location but may as well get something else because they'll either be closed or not have what you want. read more

The food was good, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I was standing at the counter for several minutes and a girl walked by, didn't look at me or acknowledge me. She came back around the counter and stood in front of me. No hello no smile. When we left the "supervisor" asked me how our visit was. I said the food was good, the customer service was terrible. I love Chipotle...I have no idea what is wrong with this location but I have given them numerous chances and they are actually getting worse! Way to slow of service for this type of restaurant and the music is too loud.

Went to chipotle expecting to have great service as always! The person taking orders was rude and Inconsiderate of everyone. Informed they had no chicken salads corns or bowls. Tried to get an open face burrito to act as a bowl and they were hesitant of customer care. After checking out and sitting I turn around and I see a stack of bowls sitting there. I had to purchase a tortilla at additional charge for the inconvenience. This should never happen to a customer when the store is at fault. When roseburg chipotle first opened, everyone was so excited that the volume of customers was hard for them to keep up with the demand. The staff and managers have done an amazing job keeping up with the growing demand.
