Every time we order from here the prices are different , the taste is different but the service and mediocre food is always the same! So over it. And we wont be back. We came from Ca. and the Chipotle we frequented was very good and you knew what you were getting a very tasty, consistent bowl of yummy for the same price every time. this Chipotle you never know what you will receive or how much it will cost. I've been wanting to try Chipotle since it opened but never had the chance. I have been to other locations and am happy to have one in Roseburg. We were greeted as we entered and host Dash helped us figure what we wanted. We ordered the Carnitas Bowl with white rice and pinto beans and the Al Pastor bowl with brown rice, pintos, lettuce mix, pico de gallo and a sprinkle of cheese. The food was really good, though, the carnitas were dry. It would be good if they had a couple sauces. I didn't think the Al Pastor was spicy though there is a hint that comes in at the end of your bite. The place is new and super clean. They scored 100 out of 100 for their inspection. Pretty amazing but they got it all right. I thought it was a good value. The bowl was $9.15 for al pastor and $9.39 for carnitas. I ate a bit more than half my bowl so I will add lettuce and pico tomorrow for another lunch bowl or a tortilla for a burrito making it just over $4.50 per meal. *Menu is easy to read *Outdoor seating is super nice *Interesting fact. First time we have ordered from Chipotle, and after watching the TV ads, it looked like we would get a great meal. We both got carne asada burrito bowls. I've never had a bowl where everything in it was cold except for the meat. I expect the salsa and sour cream to be cold, but not the beans and the rice! The meat was tasty, but with some gristle in it, but the overall spiciness was a surprise. Too many jalapeños for our liking. They seemed to be in both of the salsas, as well. Well I think we are just about done with this place. To start We have been here multiple times and every time we go they don't have everything we want for our food . They either don't have salsa guacamole or the protein we want at the time. 11 dollars for a burrito that doesn't have what we want on them and then there's the cleanliness of the restaurant. The place looks like a bomb went off in it it's absolutely filthy. If I owned this restaurant I would either find some better management or maybe come into work myself because the current staff is not doing a proper job of keeping the place clean or keeping the food items prepared to serve. The kitchen ranges from 'needs cleaning' to 'post-apocalyptic', I imagine Chipotle doesn't appear to incentivize the staff to care much about the state of the building's hygiene but man it's kinda scary to consider eating food from this place lol. I've never been to one that's this dirty before. The staff was perfectly friendly at least and the ambiance is normal Chipotle modernist design, it's nice enough. I don't think I'll go here again though unless they seriously improve on the cleanliness, it's an open kitchen and while I appreciate the transparency, I'd think that'd come with some level of interest on keeping things looking at least passable to the customers. read more

They have cancelled online and call ahead ordering before 4:00 PM at this location due to limited staff... The -only- reason I consume Chipoltle was because I could order online and pick up my order at the drive through, I accepted the bland and inconsistent quality of their product for that sole reason. Convenience now being absent I have no logical reason to visit this location. Chipotle corporate: if your intention was to scale back staff to save resources you have achieved the opposit by scaling back your sales. Ordered ahead, 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, nothing in the bin. They asked me for the name. I gave them the meal name. They could not figure it out. Finally they find my cold food sitting over by the drive thru. The light brown haired woman at the drive thru then screamed at me to "read it right next time!". I do know my name and I did read the correct meal name. It was their error not to have put my completed meal in the pick up bin. It was their error not to be able to match a meal name with a meal. It was their error that my food was ice cold. I did not complain in any way, but was treated with incredible rudeness. I demanded her name to formally complain. We went and the door was locked and had a sign saying they were short staffed and not doing online orders but there were people eating in the dining area. A family was trying to leave and they were locked in and had to go out the side door. We went to the side door to employees shaking their head at us and so I asked "I'm guessing you're closed since you locked the main door?" Which they responded yes. They should have just put a closed sign on the door. This was also way before closing (like 2pm in the afternoon). Every time we go the wait is really long. They're almost always out of the sautéed veggies too which as a vegetarian it's what I want over a meat option. The last time we went all the tables were dirty and an employee bagging chips would eat one then bag a few then eat some more chips and bag a few. Stopped by this chipotle today to grab lunch for my mom & myself and was genuinely appalled by the state of it. This location is exceptionally dirty and the customer service is lacking, although the employees were nice. While serving orders ahead of mine, I noticed several employees dropping bits of peppers into meats and then putting them back into the bucket, so vegetarians beware of this location. I witnessed other concerning things + health code violations but I'd just skip this chipotle until they clean up. read more

Went to chipotle expecting to have great service as always! The person taking orders was rude and Inconsiderate of everyone. Informed they had no chicken salads corns or bowls. Tried to get an open face burrito to act as a bowl and they were hesitant of customer care. After checking out and sitting I turn around and I see a stack of bowls sitting there. I had to purchase a tortilla at additional charge for the inconvenience. This should never happen to a customer when the store is at fault. Will never eat at this chipotle ever again! Food was cold and I didn't see or taste the cheese sauce I asked for, but I did find a beetle in it! Complained to the manager, Alia, who was quite rude, like she didn't want to be bothered, said she'd have someone remake it. For what I call fast food it's really good. It's not fast food prices but the quality is really good.

The competition in roseburg isn't to competitive when it comes to employee work ethic in most fast food restaurants here, if a business wanted to come out on top it wouldn't be very difficult to do, and with this Chipotle being so new you would think they would be holding the standards of the franchise across the board. The only thing this chipotle has going for itself is it's the only one in town and there's no other location to put it on the back burner. Employees are on their own schedule, tables are dirty , prep tables are dirty. This evening a gentleman was ordering a burrito and was asked what rice he wanted as a coworker walked in for shift the employee tending to the customer just walks away to go chat it up with the employee clocking in as to never return to the customer. Another employee about 5 minutes later ( I'm probably being generous with the time) comes to service and completes the customers order with giving Barbacoa as the meat instead of steak like they had asked. Even though the steak was empty as with both beans, chicken , lettuce, mild hot sauce all ranging from 5 to 20 minutes out. I counted 7 employees and one actually working, one trying and the rest who knows. Someone needs to go in there and do some serious management. If this is a career they want to stay in they will probably stay there forever because I sure wouldn't hire anyone but one, but they might not have the chance to be there forever bc it may not last for very long. To think there is entry level positions in this country where individuals risk their lives for minimum wage and no benefits and are outstanding employees with an exceptional work ethic and you have employees that cant have food prepped in a timely manny, a couple of tables wiped off ever so often especially the table where the food is being prepared for customers, or maybe a little bit of communication! When an employee is asked how much longer for steak from a customer, they have to asked 3 other employees before a time? That's ridiculous, you are all in the same kitchen! 10 feet apart.
