It seems like every time I go tho this wendys I have to wait for the biscuits to bake. It's breakfast time and they sell biscuits. WTH? If there were a "Less than 1 Star" choice, I would've rated it that. Watching Baseball today, we seen a Wendy's commercial. Not having Wendy's in years, it sounded good. Especially the frosty. Fast food establishments suck in this town but we were hopeful. It was a $55 order and you'd think the fries would at least be fresh. Everything from the fries, nuggets, burgers and chicken sandwiches were all stale and old. We tossed the food. I wouldn't let my kids eat it. The service and quality is exactly what's wrong with this country. People who only care about their paycheck. Not proud of the work they produce or company they represent. Wendy's use to be my favorite fast food chain when I lived in Denver years ago. And I haven't been to one since I moved to Oregon. This one isn't good. Bessie of Covid they close dine in, but their foods for drive through isn't fresh. I ordered fries and they didn't provide me catchup. The spicy chicken sandwich feels like it was cooked hours ago, even though I ate it right after I ordered it. Stopped on our way down 1-5 to eat lunch and change our daughter's diaper. While I was changing her diaper (on the floor because there was no changing table) a woman was banging on the door yelling at us that she had to pee. DON'T GO HERE! I was on a road trip and decided to have some Wendy's. They're always great, right? NOT THIS ONE! Walked in and the floor was slippery with grease. Counter help was surly and only just barely cared enough to take my order. There were 3 people behind the counter doing nothing. They should have been cleaning! This is the only Wendy's within this county. Saw that Wendy's was open again with limited seating for dine in. Stopped in and ordered after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Ordered the 4 for 4 with the double stack and an extra side of nuggets along with a jr. frosty. The time stamp on my receipt was 1:40pm on 6/27/2020. After waiting for over half an hour and seeing other customers that had come in after me get their food. I asked about my order. The staff was rude about it and did little to correct the problem. The order was never made. Even though they had the tickets lined up and sitting right there in front of them. I wasn't the only one waiting for my food. Wendy's is one of our favorite fast food places when we eat out. The fries are great and the burgers are the best in comparison to most fast foods. There isn't one in Springfield so we don't get to go often. This one is a special location because it's usually the last stop on the way home or the last lunch before we start camping. The service here has always been kind and the place is clean. The restrooms are clean as well, serving as a great break on a long ride. read more

We are just passing through and everything about our experience through the drive through was terrible. Took forever for two cars to get through the drive through. The food was all cold and disgusting . We bought a chicken sandwich , and two breakfast sandwiches. A friend and I had the Italian moztrella cheese burger and garlic fries the sandwiches had no taste as there was little (on my friends) or no (on my) italian sauce on our sandwiches in fact mine l iooked like they scraped it off to put on my friends as there was color on the inside of the bun but no sauce. the bun was hard in places burnt in others and mine was falling apart. the garlic fries were so soaked in garllic butter they were soggy and cold therefore we will not be ordering that no more read more

Not a particularly clean restaurant, even for a fast food restaurant. Lots of flies, especially behind the counter. Tables, when you see them at the right angle, are spotty and questionable. Our food came out pretty hot, but when I was a out to take a bite of my burger, I noticed a long strand of hair... I'm not one to make a big deal, so I just brought it back to the counter and they apologized and made me a new burger right away, hair-free. Their buns are super soft... I've always gone to Burger King or McDonalds, when doing fast food, once in a while an A&W or an Arbies. At at Carl's Junior, well one meal, my heart raced so bad, and it was so sloppy (juicy) - eh, never ever again. But, for the first time I tried Wendy's several weeks back, and was shocked. Chicken sandwiches, burgers, fries - so far above McDonald's and Burger King, I was caught off guard. Wondered why they are not the most popular of the chains. I am especially hooked on the grilled chicken sandwiches. Here's my thing, I don't like "Juicy," food - especially fast food, sitting in my car, and stuff is dripping everywhere, grease everywhere... Gross. What a mess. The grilled chicken at Wendy's doesn't drool everywhere, but it's not dry either. I was shocked that the veggies on the sandwiches were fresh, that they did not overdo the sauces or mayo. It was delicious, and is my go to from here on out. The fries - again, shocked. This dining area is inside of an older building which didn't turn me off at first. But upon entering there were a few ceiling tiles missing and stains in the ceiling. Almost every table was dirty and there was an odd smell upon entering. Takeout would've been fine because the food was satisfactory, but the venue was not good at all. read more

It was always our favorite place to eat... I am not sure what happened with the service in Roseburg. I hope my review makes a difference, I look at management as being the key to hire the right people that take serving customers seriously! Training is important, and listening to a conversation from an employee ... stating they do not really want to be there, and then forgetting that oh ... where is your order, I forgot, and there was no apology ! Walk in the door around 9pm to see a male employee zipping up his pants coming out of the women's bathroom. .. Saying to his other employees. I get a pretty simple order when I visit Wendy's in roseburg, a double stack 4 for $4 with spicy nuggets, a coke, ranch AND Sriracha sauce. As I'm paying I've learned to check my order before I leave because 9/10 times They don't give me the sauces I asked for, it's always one or the other. Pretty small mistake but it happens every single time! To top off my experience with Wendy's I asked for my double stack to have extra onions and I got one single onion. Fast food should be fast. After waiting ten minutes to place my order, I waited for thirty minutes and the order still wasn't up. Other people were waiting too. I watched a cars in the drive thru pulled out and came in to get their orders. When a customer finally went to get her order, Demi, was rude and slammed her food on the counter. We don't eat a lot of fast food but since we had been running around all day running errands I didn't want to bother with cooking & I didn't want to heat up the house. So I ordered from Wendy's & it was delivered by DoorDash. I have no idea whether the staff just threw the food together because they were busy, because it was a delivery or just because they just didn't care, but wow! The delivery bag was clean & creaseless as were the bags the food was in. The beverages were generous, not just cups full of ice & the flavor of the food was ok but the hamburgers were sloppy, the fries were cold, limp & you could have fit both "large" orders into a single fry cup & had room for more. It was a disappointment for sure. I mean I know they food is not going to be picture perfect like the menu shows but I would think it would at least resemble them. We stopped eating at Burger King because their food was normally cold & looked like someone sat on the burgers before they were sent out. Even the fries were cold & we no longer eat at McDonald's due to the fact that their food is just tasteless. Even Sonic puts out a sloppy product. Perhaps the food served at any of these places would more resemble food if it was eaten on site & they figure they can do what they want to take out because people probably won't bother driving back to the restaurant or complaining to the company. Guess we will add Wendy's to the list of places to avoid. I wish I had thought to get pictures of the burgers but they were nicely wrapped so we didn't know what was waiting for us but I did take pictures of the fries.
