The train on top was cute, my daughter enjoyed watching it go by. I really enjoyed seeing the big variety of items to add to your soup. I'm picky about chicken pho and this place is one of the best in my opinion. My husband and older son order the rice plates at times and everything we've had has been very good. The owner is very nice. She is so friendly every time we have interacted with her and has a lovely smile. I debated how I would write/rate this review. I would have given less stars if I was rating my experience tonight. But I didn't want to discount the good experiences we have had in the past. I hope the owner reads this review as I was very disappointed this evening. We have dealt with one employee who is consistently rude each time we encounter him. I believe his name is Grayson. My husband has told me about him being rude in the past. Tonight I witnessed it myself. He had no sense of customer service when I called. He sounded very annoyed to take my order. When I came to pick up the order, as I waited for my receipt I contemplated whether I was going to leave a tip. I ALWAYS tip when I order take out. He did not smile, did not say thank you...He put my receipt on the counter without even looking at me, turned, and as he was walking away said, "your order is over there". Easy decision. No tip. When I got home I realized he did not give me the extra veggies for my soup, which he charged me for. Usually we get one bag of bean sprouts for each order of soup. There was only one. I did not call to let him know because at that point I wasn't going to go all the way back for a refund or to get the things he forgot. And frankly, I wouldn't expect him to be apologetic. I just hope this is an isolated experience.
