My kids and i live this spot. I've noticed however the portions are much smaller now than before do thats the only negative part.

Absolute WORST organization and service. Slow and have a weird attitude. Other pandas are so much better.

Very disappointed with this location--it used to be my favorite. Today I placed an order online for a bowl with fried rice and Angus steak, which costs extra. The bowl was mostly rice with barely any toppings: about 3 1/2 small pieces of steak, one piece of broccoli, no bell peppers. Really $15 dollars for a large walnut shrimp and I get this? Plus to add insult to injury your serving rice that HAS NOT been cooked completely. The way I see it this establishment owes me a small order of shrimp to compensate and a large rice. I tried calling and it just rang and went to a voicemail. Apparently the server(s) and cook(s) could use more training. We absolutely enjoy panda but this time you missed the mark embarrassingly. FYI.... Terrible customer service. I ordered a two item entree online. They totally forgot to add one of my entrees. Once I got home and opened the box, I realized one entree was missing. After working a 15 hour day, I got back into my car and went back to the restaurant. The young lady at the counter was very rude and didn't even offer an apology. She simply said we can either remake the order or you can leave with no food. I will definitely not spend my hard earned money at the Riverbank Panda Express again. This Panda Express is the cleanest one I have ever visited, the service was wonderful and they staff was so attentive and kind. I had the chow mien and spring rolls which were fresh and tasty. Why does this place have to most miserable employees?! I arriver today for just 6 veggie spring rolls. That was it!! The person taking my order was actually very helpful!! The person checking me out was ready to start a fight with someone! When checking out, she confirmed my order to which I gave my confirmation...this is less than a $20 order, people (including donation)!! Checkout person then runs to the person who took my order and whispers something in her ear.....then runs to the office and says "can you check her out, cuz I don't want to." Apparently, this request must have been denied because she returned to the register to take my payment. I paid in cash and she gave me my change. Her face THE WHOLE TIME looked like she had just eaten poo. While she did ask the customers prior whether or not they wanted to donate to their current cause, she did not ask me. Okay so I want to say the cashier that helped me out was sweet. But I had placed an order online and it said it would be ready at a certain time I usually should expect it be done at that time. But I guess the machine wasn't working okay that's fine. I think this restaurant was not using their air conditioning. It was super hot inside the restaurant, we thought it would have been cooler to go out side even though it was in the 90's outside. Waited an additional 7 minutes for the sweet chicken breast after waiting in line, when I got home I saw that the chicken I was waiting for was not added to my meal. After speaking with the manager she asked if I wanted to come back to the store (after I waited in line, and then waited again for chicken) to receive the chicken that they didn't fill or come back another day. She said that she wasn't able to refund me the money because she didn't have the receipt, even though she asked me for all the details of my receipt when speaking to her over the phone. I really want to live PE but I just always end up saying it's fast food. This particular store was very fast and on there game for service. The food was just OK but I don't think that's the stores fault, it's just my taste buds for PE. In a pinch this is a good option. But no gourmet by any means. read more

I was so looking forward to this lunch for me. Server nice. TOLD the lady that rang me up I was going to eat my combo plate at the park, I need a fork please. I was at the store on Thursday evening at 6:45. It was pretty busy and I ordered 3 plates and drinks. When I went to soda machine, there was no ice. I asked an employee to see if she could get some ice and she returned to say they were all out. I saw they had ice where they had "specialty drinks" to serve in the containers and asked her for some. Surprisingly she told me that "the ice is only for specialty drinks". I asked her to please give me a small amount as the fountain drinks are fairly warm. She told me no and walked away. As I spent close to 50 dollars for food there I believe some ice is a small request and asked for her name. She immediately covered her name tag and said No! And walked off. She ran over to her manager and he spoke to her but did not come and speak to me. Another employee asked what I was waiting for and immediately gave me some. It is really unfortunate that the manager did not think that it was important to follow up with a dissatisfied customer and it reflects in the disrespectful manner that the employee displayed. The food is pretty standard across all locations nationwide, but this restaurant is slammed on weekends and it's definitely up to poor management. read more

No big deal I wait and 10 min go by no food is being served or cooked. I haven't tasted the food, but I was frustrated with my experience because I was told on apple maps that the location offered Apple Pay which I was happy about because I had left my actual card at home. I went through the whole length and they prepared my food, but then when I came to the cashier I found out they didn't offer it after all. We all know Panda Express food. The food was fine. This rating is bc of 2 other issues. 1. They way they built the layout of this restaurant was very badly thought through (or not thought through at all). The start of the ordering process is right inside the front door. So if there is more than 2-3 people in line then you have a lot of people standing out the door. We went there Sunday night to grab some dinner to take home. And there was about 8-10 people in line all standing outside. What do you do when it is winter? Not to mention, we had 7 people ahead of me and it took 34 minutes to just get to the front and order. Not good guys. Not good. 2. A middle aged lady brought her dog into the restaurant on a leash and was allowed to order, pay and sit and eat with her dog (corgi, not a service animal) at her table. No employee said anything about health code or sanitary issues for the rest of us. The line wasn't very long, 3 people in front of me, but I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes before even ordering because the staff is so slow and take care of online orders first. Some of the entrees are empty and the cooks look unhappy and are just going so slowly if they're even cooking. They're taking their time for my "fast" food. And I'm ordering something that was listed but has to be made to order. So here I am, waiting another five minutes or so probably more for my order.
