I'm in the sip club, so drink value is phenomenal. If I stopped there though, it wouldn't be right. The crew here seem to work together really well. There have been very few times that I've left this place anything less than absolutely satisfied. Always great atmosphere, knowledgeable about what's they have and patient when you have questions or take time making a decision on what to order. I frequent this place for a reason, well several reasons actually read more

I ordered via mobile order. It was easy to order on the app and I like how I can just come in and it is ready. Unfortunately, my order was both missing items and wrong. I did not get my baguette pieces for my soups. In addition, my chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was missing the avocado. I didn't notice these things until I opened it at home. I'd expect my order to be accurate or to be notified if they are out of products. read more

From flavorless watery loaded potato soup to cold chicken sandwich that tasted and looked like it was premade and sat in the refrigerator for a few hours, totally disappointed and not the quality food I usually get at Panera. I gave it a two star because the blackberry hibiscus drink was good, the potatoes chips crisp and the oatmeal cookie was actually delicious. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant. read more

I have to admit, after reading the reviews for this location, I was VERY leery about meeting my friend here for lunch. The reviews were mostly poor to awful, so I even wondered if I should call and suggest another place. That being said, I'm SO glad that I didn't! I had a great experience, the food was fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS, the customer service was exemplary, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. I tried something new to the menu, the Mexican Street Corn Chowder, and oh...my...goodness!!! It was LOADED with flavor, so yummy!! Chock full of roasted corn, potatoes, poblano chilies, and what appeared to be a cream base, topped with crispy crunchy blue corn tortilla strips. A perfect balance of textures! I had initially been disappointed that they only served the cheese soufflé during breakfast hours, but now I have ANOTHER favorite to make my tummy happy. Basically, you can take those bad reviews with a grain of salt, because whatever was wrong before appears to have not only been addressed, but resolved as well. read more

The food is for the most part always good. Nearly all the staff are great as well. Nice place to eat, hang out, and get some work done.

Me and my Fiance have eaten here a couple times so far. All three times our food was enjoyable, and good enough to bring us back. The service could have been better on our last visit, but still the establishment was clean and the food was hot. read more

Panera Bread - Panera offered a French Dipper Sandwich. Which I couldn't complain, was served fresh and hot. - Salad Near Me - Riverbank, California

My favorite location. They are always nice and friendly here. I really appreciate that they have almond milk available at the coffee bar. The only downside is that there is often a wait for the drive thru, but then again they are preparing and putting together more complicated items than the average fast food spot. read more

The food is mostly good. I feel the selection has gone down hill. Make sure you check your order before you leave the drive thru.

Inside was clean but bathrooms were gross. Employees didn't acknowledge us like human beings, just snapped at us where to pick up the food. Highly disappointed at the avocado toast for $4.50. $1.80 just to add cream cheese to my $1.99 bagel made no sense, so I bought a tub for $3.79 to take home for later. If you're feeling mediocre, here is your spot. Note: I have been to many Paneras, this one just didn't hit right. read more

Ordered the kids grilled cheese. As you can see, there was barely any cheese and what there was appeared as if it had been there a while (not gooey, solid) Staff in the kitchen were having a great time (joking and loud) Other food was okay, otherwise this rating would be a 1. read more

Came near closing and they forgot all the chicken in my sister's chicken sandwich. What??? We ordered to go and by the time we left the restaurant had closed, so my sister ate a chickenless chicken sandwich. read more

They always seem to be forgetting something at this location. A couple times they forgot my bread bowl. Last night they forgot my chips. I called manager and he said it happens a lot lately because they have been so busy that I could pick up chips. I could not because I was at work in Oakdale. They were out of Romaine lettuce at 330. I ended up ordering the turkey chili and a turkey sandwich. Sandwich was good so was chili. My only gripe was they put way too many chickpeas in there . My grandma had a bread bowl with cream of chicken with wild rice soup. And a Asian sesame salad with chicken. She had to have a mix salad mix since they were out of romaine. We enjoyed our food. Girl who brought out food for curbside was fast and friendly. read more

Long time customer of this Panera Bread store. They have plenty of options for everyone. Want to eat light or if you are craving heavy carbs, they got you all covered. This store is located in the Natomas Safeway plaza and though it has plenty of parking but it's always a little crowded plaza. You can dine in, take out, pick up from inside the store or do curb side pickup. You can order ahead, order on the app or order inside the store yourself using a machine pad or with a human, you got plenty of options. No matter how you order, they are speedy. We normally order ahead via app for pickup inside the store and by the time I reach the store, our order is always ready 99% of the time. My favorite items these days are there flatbread pizzas and chicken noodle soup. We also buy bread from here. It's also great place for breakfast and their coffee is pretty good as well. read more

I have never been to a Panera bread, but my friend brought me when visiting with her. I liked the decor and layout of the business and the staff was polite. I got a half soup and half sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup was so yummy. I enjoyed it and also got a half chicken salad sandwich. This was good but more average. The sourdough bread was soft, full, and not too sour. The chicken salad was okay. In its defense though I don't think chicken salad is too spiced up in general. Next time I will just try a different type of filling. read more

I had been here a few times and the service we have had from Huckleberry has been excellent! She is personable, polite, makes an excellent sandwich that was delicious and has been a joy to talk to. The restaurant has been clean, quiet and it has made talking to my friend easy. There were even students working in a back corner quietly. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I have been coming to this Panera for some time now. Both the quality and consistency with which meals are served is outstanding! The service is impeccable. Staff and management are tremendously attentive to their customers's particular preferences! A shout out to manager Joe and staff member Yoselin who go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. The staff's smiles make the atmosphere both uplifting and welcoming. We love Panera! This one here in Riverbank is pretty good. We ordered something to be picked up. Our order was correct except when we opened our salads, I noticed my friends HALF salad was twice the size of my FULL salad!! Very disappointing. My Chinese Chicken salad was really lacking in ingredients and size. Kind of bland. My friend's Chipotle Chicken salad was huge and full of several different kinds of goodies. She said it was delicious. My other friend's Steak and White cheddar sandwich was bomb. The ladies who answered the phones were both very nice. I am so glad they opened a Panera is riverbank! So much closer to me than Modesto! The staff here are very friendly and always welcoming. I really enjoy the environment. They always have a positive attitude and deserve a lot of credit! My only problem with my first visit was that it turned out I had to grab my own food and take it to my table. But honestly it's not a big deal and I've been here over 10 times that is not an exaggeration. I've never had a problem with my food. My usual go to order is a pick two : 1/2 spicy Thai with chicken salad and 1/2 turkey apple and cheddar sandwich with an apple. Food is always yummy and out in a timely manner. read more
