O wow hot orange chicken!?!?
Maria R.

I pick this PAnda because my food is always hot the place is always clean and the staff is great. Everything was hot and full of flavor like always.

After I requested an extra bag to double bag my $40 meal After they stuffed it all in one bag

This Panda Express is a joke! TERRIBLE service...the whole place is ran by kids. I was waiting in the front of a line that was long and as I approached the front bar to order I was not greeted. The lady didn't even give me eye contact, she was too busy fixing plates and acting busy for a few minutes before I had to speak up She had terrible communication It was really disrespectful and rude I can't remember her even saying a word the entire time! Then towards the end it was a guy named Ron who wrung us up, he had our order hidden behind a drink dispenser as he tried to charge us. Without me seeing the order, I requested to SEE what I was paying for. Sure enough my side order and sauces were left out. Then he stuffed my $40 dollar dinner in one bag alone. I stood there requesting an extra bag and had to say it out loud multiple times before anyone noticed.... It was terrible And the food didn't taste fresh at all. Beef and broccoli was mushy and noodles tasted old. This place ruined Panda Express for me... For any management reading this -- My order was #224721 at 7:53 PM on 4/9/2025... watch the cameras and see for yourself. If I owned/managed this place, I would fire the front line people on the spot! Unbelievably terrible service!

Keep your gift card receipt it's your only proof of balance.....

This location is ideal for me but today they almost lost a customer, me. I keep my receipts with my gift cards just in case and today I was told my card " had no money on it..." How many times did that work on customers today? Fortunately I had my receipt to prove funds existed. Food was as expected, since I went through drive thru, my car was great :). Moral of this story- keep your gift card receipt.

This place wasn't very busy at all. We got right in and ordered it's delicious fresh food. Broccoli and beef, walnut shrimp, stir fried rice and orange chicken chicken. They did a great job on fresh, service. You get your own drinks. I really liked this place.

If you have a rush for fast food but want something more healthy, I recommend Panda Express. I have my favorite dishes at Panda Express, such as teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef and the fried rice. The vegetables are fresh. The meats are plentiful. The service is professional, proficient and friendly. The ambiance is family oriented.

11/15/2023 Decided to stop in since the last time was two years ago.. Drove right up at 11:30 with no cars in line... Had a kind of lengthy wait once I got to the speaker.. I've learned my lesson in the past: always ask what they are out of first- Which I never understand because it's still early, yet they were out of several entrees.. Orange chicken wasn't as crispy and flavorful in the past- chicken with green beans probably hasn't changed and safe to get. It's good to revisit every few years.. Picked up a one item bowl and a two item orange chicken and chicken with green beans..

I ordered greens for a side ...

Poor quality and poor customer service! Ordered some greens on the side and got literally 4 pieces of brócoli with a piece of cabbage. These young kids need retraining . Do better!

I've been to many different Panda Express locations before and this one doesn't measure up to the typical standard. This location is convenient and I love that it has a drive thru. When I ordered at the window, it felt like the associate wasn't really listening to me. She interrupted my sentences multiple times and seemed to be in a hurry. The portions are not the typical portions you get. My bowl had a half serving of chicken, compared to how much I typically get served at the other locations. Hopefully this location can make some changes and improve.

Broccoli beef, Kung Pao chicken, chow mein/ fried rice and a veggie egg roll.

Not only has the food become more fine dining, but so has the dining room and the restaurant's popularity! It's virtually impossible to eat here without a reservation giving the small dining area and limited tables, and they are regularly well booked in advance, so it is very recommended to give them a call well in advance to make sure you have a table reserved before arriving hoping to be seated. My favorite dishes are the kung pao chicken and their pork fried rice, but they have several other popular dishes, especially their rangoons. The portions are large and entrees don't typically come with rice, so it is best to order dishes family style to be shared. I can't wait to return, I am excited to try their Mongolian beef next!

This place is good for families as dishes ars big and carefully prepared. I would wish to give them a 4 or 5 star but the problem I had is they have too extensive of a menu that dishes are either good or just a miss. The xo scallops are flavored right but are not seared and dont have the proper texture for a cooked scallop. The salted fish rice was ok but it wasnt so salty. The pluses are the cup sized soups are good price and really delicious. The garlic noodles are great as well, but if you have nothing to pair it with just as great then it is hard to eat. They have a lot of items on the menu but when youre a small party of 2 or 3 it is hard to choose what to order. The grilled oysters were great but too huge. The jellyfish was also good. Place is small for a family style setting but it works. It is clean and intimate. I would give them another chance if I have a larger party or guest visiting town so we can try the larger plates and expand the variety hoping to hit their best dishes

Decor is a bit overdone, but that seems to fit the vibe of anywhere with casinos, so can't blame them for trying to fit in. A bar dominates the view from the entrance, then ample tables of several sizes to the right. We filled the rear corner (two giant tables) and had mostly good food, although the sweet and sour chicken was forgettable. A fried squash (pumpkin?) was delectable, had some very good bean curd/mixed veggies, the Sichuan water fish did the job but was a bit short from the best I've had-- which to be fair is tough because there is so much Sichuan food everywhere these days. A second veggie dish with lotus root was also excellent, and the sweet and sour pork, while not memorable, was distinctly better than the sweet and sour chicken.

My fianceé told me about the Lemon chicken she tried for her first visit and how much she loved it! It's not her usual to to for the lunch specials, but she highly praises it. I am very happy to say that I do too now. The chicken was cooked perfectly and reminded me of chicken Katsu, light and crisp. It wasn't drenched in a gelatinous over lemony sauce either. Everything was light and refreshing, if you love lemon I suggest asking for a couple more wedges. I can't wait to have it again very soon. The entire time we were there which was about 45 minutes there were hardly any other customers for a Friday I thought it would be much more busy around lunch time. I do not believe this place deserves to be that slow on a Friday at all. I'm seriously going to be dreaming of more scallion pancakes with that sauce! The dining room and bathroom was very large and clean. Also, I really love the pictures of the food along the windows. Pictures are always very helpful. On our way out we picked up almond cookies for $2 per bag (sandwich bag ziplock). When I bit into it I was immediately transported to the Japanese tea garden in San Francisco. I have very fond childhood memories there. We always had almond cookies with our jasmine tea. Well done all! See ya on the next visit

We ordered the Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken, Dry Fried Beef Chow Fun, and Gai Lan with Beef. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. With "Hong Kong Diner" in the name, I was expecting authentic Cantonese stir-fries with good wok hei. Unfortunately, the Dry Fried Beef Chow Fun lacked that signature smoky flavor, and the texture was closer to lo fun than traditional chow fun. The Gai Lan with Beef also lacked wok hei. The outer layer of the gai lan stems had been peeled away, so the stems lost the crisp texture that makes gai lan so enjoyable. The Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken was overly tender and quite salty. It seemed to be marinated so heavily that I couldn't really taste the natural flavor of the chicken. Overall, the restaurant offers generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly service. I just wish the Cantonese dishes had delivered the wok hei I was expecting from a place with "Hong Kong Diner" in its name. :)
