I'm a regular at this Panda Express location. The meat and shrimp are always delicious. The rice has been dry at times, but if you ask for extra sauce and pour the sauce over it, it's addicting. Today I asked for all meat and no sides because I didn't want carbs. I got honey walnut shrimp, beef and broccoli and chicken teriyaki. It was all excellent!! Especially the broccoli! I've definitely had my share of inconsistent service and long waits at this location but today was phenomenal. The employee assisted me when I walked in and I was in n out in no time. I will never return to this location again. They get my order wrong and then I drive home 15 minutes away only to find out that they didn't give me what I ordered. They put the meal in the bigger container (not a bowl), filled it with their crappy chow mein, put about 5 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and NO teriyaki chicken that I chose as my second item. None. I did not enjoy my experience today and ended up not ordering when I came through the drive thru. When asked for a moment to make a decision on what we wanted the employee insisted that we came inside to look over the menu because the lobby was open. Mind you no one was in line behind us and we were the only ones there. I thanked them for offering that option and mentioned that no one was behind us and asked for a moment. When we were ready and tried to order our meal we were told they didn't have white rice. Then when I asked for brown rice the employee gave us attitude and then shared that they had no rice because their rice maker was broken. It's not my fault the rice maker was broken! Should probably start off with informing your customers of that first. The employee was extremely rude throughout the entire exchange. The employee seemed irritated by questions we were asking about the menu when options weren't available. She then insisted we came inside again to make our order and was resistant to serving us properly through the drive-thru. There were reasons why coming inside wasn't an option for us today and the employee did not seem to care. Panda lost me as a customer today. I ended up pulling through and did not go inside. If you're watching the calories be careful here - the count can really sneak up! Remember that this is fast 'American' food - not gourmet Chinese - and if you take that caveat into consideration the food is pretty good. Slow as molasses. Behind me were 8 customers. By the time I finally paid for food 5 people walked out. When I paid for the food the young man took my receipt and immediately crumbled it up as if to throw away. I use my receipt to do the survey. Asked for my receipt and he reluctantly gave it to me. Very disappointed with my visit today. When I got there, there was only two people in line who were ordering quiet a bit. After five minutes of waiting the line was very long and nobody was coming to help even though there were employees in the back just standing around. Then when I went to order food I ordered fried rice, Beijing beef and black pepper chicken with a chicken egg roll. The rice was burned / hard, the egg roll was cold in the middle and the beef was hard and stiff. To where it was hard to chew.
