The chow-mein lacked taste, it is dry, and it has more cabbage than noodles. The portions were smaller than usual. Love Kung Pao but today it lacked taste. I must say the service was great. read more

I went through the drive thru at prime feeding time on 6pm on a weekday. The line went fairly quick. Not going to say that is the norm, but in my case it was. My order was packed nicely, not sloppily. I ordered a three item combo plate, cream cheese rangoons, and egg rolls. I even got fortune cookies, utensil packets and soy sauce packets. I ordered orange chicken, beef n broccoli, and honey sesame chicken breast. All of it was tasty. But the orange chicken was particular tasty. It had a slight sweetness and mild pop of spice in flavor and not hot spiciness, tender cuts. The brocilli was perfectly cooked so it was not mushy nor crispy raw. The beef n brocilli and honey sesame chicken were classic. They cook without using MSG! Luv that. read more

They close at 10 but my online order was placed at 9:12 for pickup at 9:33. I waited in the parking lot until 9:29 to make my way inside to pickup my order. A customer before me walked in the door and when I tried to open the door right after him, it was locked. A employee told me through the glass that I had to go through the packed drive through instead of letting my grab my food. While I waited almost an extra 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food, they were offering entrees they had previously told my family they were not serving any more of tonight. read more

Ordered for a pickup order. They locked the doors at 9:25 which it states online that they close at 10, as we were walking in. The worker screamed go through the drive thru. The drive thru line was long and by the time we got the food it was cold. Terrible service! read more

Ordered a couple of late night dinners to go. I had to wait 5 minutes because they had to cook some super greens when they ran out. It's understandable given the fact that it was 45 minutes to closing. I had half and half chow mein and super greens along with 2 entrees. The entrees were green bean beef and mushroom chicken. The food was good although a couple of the veggies in the stir fry were wilted due to them being under the hot lights, but again, it was close to closing time and I was happy they were open. Overall, it was a good experience and next time I will order food not so late near closing time. read more

Prices went off and portions went down. The girls serving shouldn't be working with the public. Or customer service. I won't be returning to this panda. read more

I always liked a good Panda Express I've came to this location a few times it's pretty easy to get in and out they also have a drive thru and they close at 9 and haven't no issues. The food is pretty good I normally like to get a bowl with chow mien and walnut shrimp. Food is good and hot. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because I paid $10 for my bowl and they should have given more food for what I paid for. I will come back here again I will just make sure I check my food next time. read more

Visited Panda in Placerville. 2pm on a Monday. Very disappointed! The food trays were mostly empty. I ordered a 2 entree plate. Half chow main / fried rice. I asked for broccoli beef , they said " If I could wait while they cooked it. " . The rice and chow menu was cold and the rice was hard. I did ask for fresh rice. The service was good , friendly, and willing to fix the issue with the rice. read more

My fiancé and I have come here twice and both times have been extremely disappointing. The first time we ordered a large side of rice and received a small. When we asked for a refund they refused to give us one. Today we went and there were onion skins in my food, and my broccoli was half over cooked and half raw. read more

Don't count on getting the correct amount of food all the other pandas give, you'll be disappointed.

I ordered the cub meal with chicken teriyaki and the the chicken doesn't taste like chicken at all, it has a slimy texture and very chewy... most of it was just fat. You guys might want to switch up who you order your chicken from because that did not look or taste like chicken. read more

The parking lot is tough to negotiate. Nice clean store with friendly ( if not quick moving) staff.

This is my second one star review in the past hour. I guess I'm on a roll! I RARELY give one stars. In some cases a business has a bad day so I take that into consideration. We'll, I bought 3 meals for my crew. It made sense; across from where we're working, a quick meal, Panda Express, can't go wrong. We'll, it was terrible. Maybe they feel they're so far from the corporate office in Rosemead (near LA), they don't give a shit and likely not concerned about a drive by from a regional manager, who knows. We all had rice which was both over cooked and under cooked, not sure how that happens. My Kung Pao Chicken had more skin than meat, the Firecracker chicken was lacking. We all dumped our meals after eating half, unsatisfied. I should have read the Yelp reviews others posted, McDonald's would have been a better choice. read more

Food made me sick it tasted like bleach Ordered at the drive through Spring rolls and a bowl with chow mein with orange chicken. The chicken pieces I got where more bread then meat. After I started feeling sick I stopped eating and threw away the rest. I will not be eating at this location anymore or Panda Express at all :( read more

4/4/2019: I was hungry after I addressed all my morning errands; more importantly, I knew I didn't want sitting inside a Chinese restaurant for an hour or more due to having a plethora of imperative errands needing accomplishing-TODAY. Ok, let's go to Panda's drive-through window right now! I think I'm just going to order a bowl of broccoli beef with a half/half of fried rice and chow mein with something to wash down what I'm inhaling. Waaaah~Licketty-split . . . The bowl's contents quickly vanished! I was famished to the point, I was heavily considering making another run through the drive-through window ordering a couple of egg rolls . . . Control, control-I must control the egregious temptation ordering something utterly too greasy for my health! I gotta watch what I eat in order, preventing my heart exploding~SHISH! Drive away from Panda, STAT! Buh-bye! read more

The guy in the window outside. Very helpful. Very nice f or our 1st time visit. Food was surprisingly great. Ambiance was our SUV!

I placed an order at 5:00 for pick up at 5:45. I received a text message telling my food was ready at 5:20. I called to let them know I scheduled it for later pickup for a reason and they just told me "it's here and ready for you. You can come get it". When I explained that, no, I can not, which is why it was scheduled for 5:45, they pretty much told me again I can come get it when I'm ready and that it sits on some type of warmer. Oh, so yay, the bottom of whatever portion of my order will be warm while the rest is cold and no longer fresh enough to eat without reheating. Thanks Panda.... Thanks. read more

If I could give zero I would, these mfers always get my order wrong or skimp on the beef from beef broccoli. i bet they're all tweakers

WOW. They close at 10 pm. We got here at 9:30 Tuesday July 1 on the dot and doors were locked but someone let us in cuz the restaurant and drive thru was full. As soon as we stepped in line this mean fat girl with glasses started yelling who let them in??? Did you even lock the door??? How did THEY get in and ran over to the door and made a huge scene in the full restaurant... I understand if the lobby maybe was closed and we made a mistake but idk it said open until 10pm and there are other ways to address it than publicly humiliating a guest...It was absolutely awful and everyone was looking at us...I have never been so shocked at the lack of human decency and complete disrespect and embarrassment a half hour before closing. She stormed over after calling us out like that and was like what can I get you but we just left because clearly we were completely unwelcome. That woman should be fired because thanks to this incident I, a local, cannot return or recommend this business to anyone. Humiliating and just so beyond unprofessional and just really messed up. Shame on you. read more

Them only having drive thru open because they don't feel like opening the lobby today pretty terrible way to run a Business especially when they get your order wrong because they keep passing the headset to 3-4 other workers in the middle of taking your order and if you order 2 plates the exact same with fried rice half orange chicken half walnut shrimp they will give you two plates with all orange chicken and 2 small separate sides of walnut shrim p I've never seen a place mess up my order ever single time I go there absolutely terrible customer service‍ read more

Would love to give zero stars. The food is decent. The service is horrible. The drive thru is a dead zone. Sounds like they have a training issue. Took 5 minutes to figure out 2 meals. Asked to speak to the manager, Jordan I believe. She was dismissive. Obviously more concerned about her friends at work than doing their jobs. She should be fired. Or at least be sent to remedial manager training. I would avoid this place during lunch or dinner time. They can't handle more than 3 customers at a time. read more

There employee Peter is a real piece of @$#$%^. I placed my order in drive thru and had to park and wait. I was told it would be 5 minutes for chow main. After 10 minutes into a 30 minute lunch period and seeing other cars come and go, I went back inside. Everything that I had ordered had to be made. Peter thought he knew what I ordered and tried making 2 different bowls that were not what I ordered I finally said would you like to see my receipt. He tried giving me 1/2 of my order as good enough. No, not. When I pointed it out he got upset at me, the customer. Finally I just asked for my money back. Upon the manager, Rossa, coming out he tried to argue with me some more. This little man has some growing up to do. You do not treat the customer with disrespect. read more
