My order was packed nicely, not sloppily. I ordered a three item combo plate, cream cheese rangoons, and egg rolls. I even got fortune cookies, utensil packets and soy sauce packets. I ordered orange chicken, beef n broccoli, and honey sesame chicken breast. All of it was tasty. But the orange chicken was particular tasty. It had a slight sweetness and mild pop of spice in flavor and not hot spiciness, tender cuts. The brocilli was perfectly cooked so it was not mushy nor crispy raw. They close at 10 but my online order was placed at 9:12 for pickup at 9:33. I waited in the parking lot until 9:29 to make my way inside to pickup my order. A customer before me walked in the door and when I tried to open the door right after him, it was locked. A employee told me through the glass that I had to go through the packed drive through instead of letting my grab my food. While I waited almost an extra 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food, they were offering entrees they had previously told my family they were not serving any more of tonight. read more

Ordered a couple of late night dinners to go. I had to wait 5 minutes because they had to cook some super greens when they ran out. It's understandable given the fact that it was 45 minutes to closing. I had half and half chow mein and super greens along with 2 entrees. The entrees were green bean beef and mushroom chicken. The food was good although a couple of the veggies in the stir fry were wilted due to them being under the hot lights, but again, it was close to closing time and I was happy they were open. I always liked a good Panda Express I've came to this location a few times it's pretty easy to get in and out they also have a drive thru and they close at 9 and haven't no issues. The food is pretty good I normally like to get a bowl with chow mien and walnut shrimp. Food is good and hot. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because I paid $10 for my bowl and they should have given more food for what I paid for. I ordered the cub meal with chicken teriyaki and the the chicken doesn't taste like chicken at all, it has a slimy texture and very chewy... most of it was just fat. You guys might want to switch up who you order your chicken from because that did not look or taste like chicken. read more

This is my second one star review in the past hour. I guess I'm on a roll! I RARELY give one stars. In some cases a business has a bad day so I take that into consideration. We'll, I bought 3 meals for my crew. It made sense; across from where we're working, a quick meal, Panda Express, can't go wrong. We'll, it was terrible. Maybe they feel they're so far from the corporate office in Rosemead (near LA), they don't give a shit and likely not concerned about a drive by from a regional manager, who knows. We all had rice which was both over cooked and under cooked, not sure how that happens. My Kung Pao Chicken had more skin than meat, the Firecracker chicken was lacking. We all dumped our meals after eating half,unsatisfied. I should have read the Yelp reviews others posted, McDonald's would have been a better choice. read more

I placed an order at 5:00 for pick up at 5:45. I received a text message telling my food was ready at 5:20. I called to let them know I scheduled it for later pickup for a reason and they just told me "it's here and ready for you. You can come get it". When I explained that, no, I can not, which is why it was scheduled for 5:45, they pretty much told me again I can come get it when I'm ready and that it sits on some type of warmer. WOW. They close at 10 pm. We got here at 9:30 Tuesday July 1 on the dot and doors were locked but someone let us in cuz the restaurant and drive thru was full. As soon as we stepped in line this mean fat girl with glasses started yelling who let them in??? Did you even lock the door??? How did THEY get in and ran over to the door and made a huge scene in the full restaurant... I understand if the lobby maybe was closed and we made a mistake but idk it said open until 10pm and there are other ways to address it than publicly humiliating a guest...It was absolutely awful and everyone was looking at us...I have never been so shocked at the lack of human decency and complete disrespect and embarrassment a half hour before closing. She stormed over after calling us out like that and was like what can I get you but we just left because clearly we were completely unwelcome. I live in Cameron park and went there to grab dinner for my mom and I. Got to her home and the food was over cooked and very dry! Tried to call them to let them know I was going to bring it back and the have no phone. It was to late so I brought the food back with receipt and they would only give me a refund for on if the plates! Will never order from there again it was garbage and the manager was rude! No wonder they have only 1 1/2 stars! Why? oh Why is this ONE Panda Express location so awful? We live nearby but can't go there because the food is old and dry with limp vegetables and very stingy serving sizes. We've been to other Panda locations throughout California and have enjoyed fresh food and much larger portions! The service is just "blah" and quite slow.
