Okay, so I've read through the salty reviews again just because I needed a laugh and, from what I've gathered, many of the reviews are coming from people who are impatient, entitled, or just plain unlikable. Every single time I come through the drive thru, I always place a large order so I expect longer wait times. They've got other people to serve and I get that. It's been about 20 minutes since I was parked in the VIP spot but that doesn't bother me. I expect that. The staff here has always been super friendly to me, and we have some pretty good banter at times. I love making people smile and that's always happened for me here. The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is second to none. I've never been inside the restaurant to enjoy the ambiance of chaos I frequently see described, so I can't speak to that. I stick to the drive-thru I suppose you get what you deserve. I'm not an asshole, so I'm not treated like one. I was hosting family for a party I ordered about $200 worth of food, I set the pick up time for 8 pm 4/12/2025 I got a text around 7:23pm that my order was ready. When I arrived to pick up around 8:05 pm I asked the cashier Karine if it was sitting for a while since I was hosting people & didn't want it cold or soggy she said no that they had barely made it I asked ARE YOU SURE? She said yes. When I got home and was about to serve my guest the spring rolls were all soggy and nasty food was cold & tasted like it was sitting in the containers/ boxes for a LONG TIME. I called the store & let them know about the quality of the food Edgar was the manager I spoke to I let him know and he wanted me to bring all the food back if I wanted it to be remade or received a refund. 5 stars because it's a drive thru so I don't have to get out of my car with the kiddos and they have good quality food for my family!!! BUT ALSO...drove through the drive thru and wasn't sure how to go about ordering the right type of plates for my family. When I got my food I realized I didn't order enough so I pulled around and parked my car. I walked in and explained I needed more chow mein. The manager was so helpful in explaining they were trying to help me save money by upgrading my plate not realizing I needed more chow mein than just a small side. So the manager upgraded the size and didn't charge me. Additionally, the chow mein was getting to the bottom of the barrel so he asked if I wouldn't mind waiting for a new batch of chow mein instead of the older batch. Thanks panda for being so helpful. I went around lunch time, and surprisingly, it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. My order was taken quickly and handed to me quickly. A separate woman (who was very nice) handed me back my change. I handed them a $10 after the woman at the window told me my total was $5 and some change. I didn't check until I arrived back at work, but they had given me someone else's receipt and the wrong change on top of that. I figured I'd be getting $4 something back-- instead I got back 3 dollars, which I hadn't realized because the change was handed back to be in a wad. Anyways, the receipt that was handed back to me implied I'd only get a few cents back in change. I was confused by the whole situation, and didn't have time to drive back, as I was on lunch. Just another reminder that we, as customers, not only have to check our bags to make sure we have all our food, but we also have to start checking receipts apparently. read more
